Save your money! The reviews are misleading I don t understand how this restaurant has 4.7 stars. The food is flavorless order the chicken parm and looks are deceiving. It s not even real chicken asked for garlic to be added they gave me garlic powder in a cup. This is not it! Not good at all! The salad they gave me when I paid for the dinner portion just lettuce and a tomato slice; absolutely ridiculous.

This is a more current review. In the past, these folks had a competitive product and good service. We decided to go back and have another meal. Sadly, I changed my rating based on several issues. One is the price and they messed up the order. They offered a special online but the listing didnt say Take out Only. The quality is still OK yet their service has dropped considerably. Sadly, I like to help local businesses out when I can. It seems they forget that most folks are having issues making ends meet. We were there on a Saturday at lunch and were the only folks in the place.

We really enjoyed our meals at Amore Italian Restaurant. I had the Chicken Murphy. It is like a chicken alfredo, but with a spicy kick. I really enjoyed it. Everyone else enjoyed their meals as well. We will likely be back here.

We stopped at another place down the street but the wait was too long, so we tried Amores and boy are we glad we did. The food was amazing, the service great, everything was just perfect. You must get the pink sauce and try the lemon desert cake...what a treat. Now that we know they are there and even better....BYOB....we are going to become regulars. It will take quite a while to work our way through the entire menu, but we are up for the challenge. Dont bother waiting in line, come down the street and have the meal of your life.

Our first visit. We ordered cheese garlic bread with marinana sauce. Yummy. Wife had Spaghetti with meatballs. 4 meatballs! She loved it. I had Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. Spectacular. Only the second restaurant Ive found with good Alfredo sauce (the other is Campisis in Dallas). We were very satisfied. Service was great. She came by often to check on us. Very friendly. Wonderful restaurant. We will definitely be back.

Where are all you foodies in Coppell, Lewisville, Grapevine... This place is a gem. Incredibly reasonably priced food, huge portions, fast/friendly service and....BYOB!!! As far as local Italian places go, this one did not disappoint. I ordered calamari, spaghetti, and a cannoli. The pasta sauce was fantastic, the calamari was amazing. The cannoli filling was very good, though the shell was a little too hard. Meatballs were alright. The only real problem I had was that the garlic knot barely had any garlic. Still good bread though. Very friendly staff too! Would recommend.

Went here after seeing it pop up everywhere as an Alfredos replacement (a local beloved Italian place that has gone out of business). This place is so good that I would have started coming here instead of Alfredos. Thats nothing against Alfredos, and instead a testament to how delicious this place is. I ordered chicken murphy and if you happen to have loved Alfredos, you will more than love this version. The chicken is well-cooked, well-seasoned, and plentiful. The sauce is amazing. Thank goodness they have great bread, too. It was so soft. The pizza is gigantic and packed full of toppings. The crust is very tasty. This will definitely be my go-to. Especially since they deliver! I am going to spend so much money here now that I know they deliver and taste this good.

Absolute find!! We decided to try this place out after a lovely warm day outdoors. Service was wonderful, very clean, and the food was amazing! Best pizza crust Ive had in a LONG time! So crisp on the bottom. We had a lg supreme, and it was MORE than enough to bring home for lunch the next day. And it reheated beautifully in the oven. Its definitely going to be our new go-to! We need to try some of their other options because this was fantastic! Mozzerella sticks were also yummy and chocolate cheese cake. We will be telling everyone to try this place. Its in a strip mall, so you dont notice it, but its a real gem! Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp right in front of the restaurant. Easy access into the restaurant and plenty of room for a wheelchair to get around inside.

I ordered Amores for the first time through Uber Eats last night. It was delicious! The food was delivered quickly and the portion sizes were HUGE. I got the lasagna and a calzone. I ordered a meat lovers pizza to take to some friends in Plano. Wrapped the box in a beach towel to keep it warm. Smelled delicious all the way. Tasted delicious as well. It was very meh. Entrée was ok, but nothing to write home about. Service was decent, but no recommendations were offered. Food was out quickly, but my drink was never refilled. It was $25 for an eggplant entrée and a tiramisu, which I think is steep for the quality, especially given that it doesn t include a salad. I was charged a $5 upcharge for extra sauce and a 2.75% fee for using a card, so just be mindful of the potential for additional fees before you go. Lastly, because my dessert was served completely frozen I couldn t enjoy it with my meal. This is a fantastic little Italian restaurant, which just opened about 3 months ago. Our waitress Yola was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The ambiance in the dining room was complimented with brightly-colored oil paintings of sceneries in Italy, along with a variety of old world Cafe style music. The pizza I had was truly New York style authentic and delicious, with a nice thin crust, and plenty of sauce. Located in a mini-plaza on a busy highway, which might be easy to miss, I definitely recommend to anyone who loves Italian food, and wants to be treated like family, come here for a memorable dining experience.

Hands down the best pizza and pasta in town. Went in it felt like home, everyone in the staff is friendly, I ve been told that the cooks came from Alfredo s when frida owned it. We had my husband and sisters birthday celebration here. They were absolutely wonderful! They had set up the tables beautifully and the food was great. The wait staff was amazing! Please take heed I am from New York this restaurant is subpar it gives a five-star, is why I thought well let me try this place.... In a basic sauce you should be able to taste the garlic, oregano,onion, these are truly just the very basics of what you should be able to taste and there is no taste whatsoever! I asked if the meatballs were homemade they said Yes! I took one bite it was rubbery... A homemade meatball never tastes rubbery it could taste bland but it will never ever taste rubbery which indicates this is from a vendor not homemade which that was deceiving and not forthcoming. So whoever is giving this place a five-star I give it less than a one star by far! Understandably just know that there are people that know how to put in five stars when the food is not five stars!

This restaurant is relatively new to the area, I think they said this has only been open about a month or so. If you like Alfredos when they were under their previous ownership for so many years you will like amore. Definitely have the strawberry vanilla cream cake and the tortellini. My boyfriend says that chicken alfredo is also very good. The salad is very good and very fresh too. It is BYOB at this place so enjoy!

We found this restaurant on our way home. So thankful we did. The service was wonderful and the food was delicious! I try not to order what I make at home because I dont want to have the comparison. I am so glad I threw that rule out the window and ordered the Chicken Picatta, it was totally better than mine!!! I hope to be back in the Lewisville area soon and I will be stopping by again.

My favorite place was gone so we tried this one, and the food is good. We also tried El Chillero and it honestly takes me a couple of minutes to decide since both places are very good. The only problem I have is I dont like my food coming out when I am still on my app and salad. Please wait until the customer has finished their salads, or appetizers. I come out to relax and enjoy my meal and not feel rushed. One other thing please put a napkin under the glasses. I literally hate a wet table or bar. Other than that it really is excellent

We stumbled across this gem tonight and are sure glad we did! We ordered the calamari and garlic bread for appetizers. Calamari was nice and chewy, but not rubbery. Garlic bread was soft and full of flavor. For Dinner we had the Baked Ziti with Italian sausage and the Chicken Picada. Both were fantastic with good portions. Tiramisu was spongy and not overwhelmingly sweet. Our Server, Elizabeth was courteous and available for any request we had. Extra shout out to Jose the cook. Two thumbs way up!

I went with my son for lunch and we both were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food, friendly service and cleanliness. They opened recently with a new remodeled look. Drove by a few times, noticed it was new, and decided to give it a shot. I went with the sampler and a tiramisu for dessert. Sampler was really good. Each dish was flavorful. Food was nice and hot. Serving size was HUGE. Definitely felt like I got my moneys worth. Tiramisu was good, though a bit wet on the bottom layer (more than I typically like). Since this is personal preference, I obviously wont remove any rating for it. Staff was friendly and prompt. It wasnt busy when I went in, but I dont feel like that would matter, since they were already so on top of things. Definitely will be back.

We tried Amores for the first time tonight. Our old favorite spot had a change of ownership this year and they are no longer good so weve been looking for a new Italian place. We had the chicken fettuccine alfredo and the Chicken Murphy. The portions were large and both were delicious. The decor was nice and the booths were brand new and spacious.
