Got to the window and asked for Jalapeños to be added to my order and and the lady who took my order was super rude, the place was not busy at all, but they made me wait out front for my meal. I mean this was at 9:30 in the morning and nobody inside the restaurant, then when she handed me my meal, I said thank you and she just gave me the ugliest look as she did when I first drove up. People like this do not belong in customer service jobs. Stay home!!

I tried this place a few days ago. To make a long story short, the order of chicken strips I paid for, was not in my bag. I called to let them know about the missing item and a few days later, someone by the name of Lorena Sereno contacted me and told me to go back to the store, mention her name, and get my missing food. I did that yesterday evening, the person in charge told me he couldnt take care of me because his manager was on vacation. This was very upsetting because, not only was I giving them a second chance, I wasted my time going back to the store for nothing. A place that is this poorly ran should be looked at a bit closer by upper management unless thats how they do business, which is unacceptable.

I always ask for taco no cheese! When I ate 1 and I tasted the cheese at the bottom it waa a problem. I checked the other 3 and saw the cheese. The manager or supervisor on duty made it seem like it waa my fault and they didnt give me a receipt. They remade the tacos and she made sure to let me know they put a label on it. Why are you fussing and schooling me when you and your people are in the wrong. She made me feel bad but I dud return and make them re-make.

UPDATE: Orders have been a lot better!! Food is tasty.. still have to watch for your sandwich sliding away occasionally. Overall, still return weekly. They completely missed order notes. Not the first time, you almost have to open every meal to make sure they are correct. Other than missing requests like a regular bun or no mayo.. the food is good. Occasionally, they will leave out a drink or a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger when they are busy. Just check the screen and your bag. Quality of food is usually pretty good, except when they put a tad too much sauce and the burger slides away!

Ill nevr forget this sweet little elderly lady who was in line ahead of me inside the store who, cos I was 22 cents short on paying for my order, gave me a quarter when I told the cashier to let me run to the car and get the change. He was evn goin to let me slide on the 22 cents. So the little elderly lady insisted that I take the quarter so I finally did. Then I ran to the car to get a quarter to pay her back and she just would not take it. Make a long story short ... it was an all-around good day at Jack in the Box, from the cashier to the customers, the atmosphere & the clean restrooms, the fresh food & the great parking area. 5 Stars across the board. Parking: Parking area was nice. I parked under a tree and it was great. No complaints at all. Easy access in & out to the main road. Love it.

Pulled up into the drive thru ordered 6 tacos and 6 chicken sandwiches one shake. Kindly asked after ordered to include ketchup and ranch in the bag. Pulled up to the window found 2 ketchup packets and 2 ranches for 12 items of food? Now I didnt expect 12 ranches but 4 to 6 is more reasonable. My husband politely asks once again can I please have 2 more ranches (a total of 4) she looks confused and says in Spanish, solo le puedo dar dos (I can only give you 2 which were already in the bag) I offered to pay for extra ranches and she agreed when I asked her how much for the 2 she then agreed that she could only give 2 more. (Which is all we asked for in extra).I typically buy from this location as it is closest to my home but would really rather spend my money at another fast food chain that doesnt have employees holding out on condiments as if it came out of their paychecks.

Order 4 tacos extra lettuce. When i get home... 0 lettuce at all. Not easy lettuce, but none at all, despite my receipt saying i paid for the extra lettuce. I come back to get new tacos, employee claims theyre out of tacos, also claims their system is down and i cant get a refund until next day, and all they can do is sign my receipt. When i get to the window the employee takes the receipt... And refuses to give it back. Yep. Theyre gonna regret this.

Worst customer service EVER!! MANAGER IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE HAS NO BUSINESS BEING A MANAGER AT ALL!! Grand total of my order was around 30 dollars no biggie until they for forgot my sons tacos pull up and park 20 minutes before the lobby closes an the doors are already locked with people still inside the lobby dining swing through the drive through to get our tacos an pulled out my fries which is supposed to be a large order an the box wasnt even filled to where it usually is asked the manager if this is what passes for a large fry an she starts berating me and my wife in Spanish because we sont speak her language she then takes the fries an another employee comes up an says it was full we literally got our food an pulled around to get our tacos. But the whole staff wanted to argue about fries!! Luke seriously there fries top em off an move on seriously manager then starts waving the fries in the bag in my wifes face an starts screaming do you want them do you want them asked for a refund an was told no then she slams the drive through window in my wifes face highly advise going somewhere else!!

I went to JIB last night about 9:50p. Only 4 cars ahead of me. Line went incredibly slow. I was in line over 35 minutes and there was no escaping in the drive thru set up. I thought at least I wont have to wait for my order since I ordered an iced tea and a chocolate cake, plus I had exact cash. My order was not ready. He had to make it at that time. He charged me LESS than what was told to me when the order was placed...35 minutes ago. So he had to figure that out, told me dont worry about it. I was ready to scream. The tea and cake were good.

Would give no stars if allowed how is it I make an mobile order through your app and I sat 20+ minutes in drive thru to find out you gave my order to someone else refused to remake refused to give a refund to instead you call the police on me! The gentlewoman that you had was highly under the influence and just kept laughing in my face, when asked for a manager I was told they are mad at me (the employee) yelling at me and won t remake your order. The shift lead you had refused to actually help she only came to the window to say she was calling the police, I was made to leave empty handed no food no money worst service I ve ever had to deal. Sad day jack in the box done stooped down to the lowest, since when is employee mess ups the customers fault? No refund? No food? No nothing . 430pm on a Thursday went through the drive through & ordered 3 items and two drinks. The lady was no good. she asked 2 or 3 times what the drinks were ( 2 medium sweet teas ) we drove up to the window got the food with no drinks. When we asked her for our drinks, she was clueless. Also the price was bad ...2 medium teas, nearly 6 bucks is too much. So not going to recommend, because of price and someone who cant listen or communicate well, its not worth the trouble or time.
