We had an outstanding experience working with Trent Lewis on our first home in Union Park. As first-time homeowners, we were unfamiliar with many aspects of home construction, but Trent patiently walked us through every step, from the initial building phases to understanding how to maintain our utilities. His attention to detail and clear explanations made us feel confident throughout the entire process. Trent s professionalism stood out he was always quick to address any concerns, no matter how small, and his prompt replies to our emails made communication seamless. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and informed at every stage. Poor quality homes for the money they take. They refuse to fix defective materials and dont honor the warranty for issues reported. They responded to my comment here as a formality but I neither heard them or any attention was paid to resolve the builder issues. They work with a motive to reject any warranty claims. I can never think of buying an american legend home or recommend to anyone

Tattered American Flag for over a month. Let me first say I contacted this Corporate Office about the condition of the flag being displayed at their model home in Castle Hills. I even offered to take it down, properly dispose it, and buy them a new flag. Twice I talked to workers at the location and even pointed out the condition. It is disrespectful to the country, but in particular the United States military. If you cant treat the flag properly, do war veterans a favor and take it down so they dont have to deal with the agony of viewing it torn up in an ugly manner.

There is new site building on our street. Sunday on our way to church we ran over a bunch of staples used for construction on the street. Ended up with lots staples in the tire. Called the company took them almost a week to call back. Talked with the representative Frank from American Legend homes, his explanation was this happens all the time, it happened to him as well!! Well as person incharge why would you not address it? It there is a problem and you know fix it. It s the only way out of our housing addition, he recommended to be careful on the street around construction, well it s the Main Street and your crew were careless and left the staples on the street, and no one followed up to ensure the street were safe. For a successful company like this, this are some basics routines they should have.
