I worked at a canes when I was younger. It s not a hard job at all. You have 4 things to make on the menu. I ordered 1 caniac combo extra crispy and it tasted awful. They 100% just threw back chicken they had already made in the fryer again because you could taste the dirty fryer they don t clean. Sad these people getting paid 17 something now.

We love Raising Canes, it use to be a weekly treat for the family. Recently weve all noticed a change in the quality of chicken we get at this location. Lots of tendons, fatty skin pieces, once found a bone. Other locations seem to have better selections of chicken.

The manager is a joke at this location. The cashier, Tiedrice, took my order at the drive-through. I ordered an extra Texas Toast and I double-checked with the cashier at the window to make sure I got that extra toast(yes, they charged me for that). I opened the box, and it was missing that extra toast. I called the store, and the manager picked it up. He was telling me I can come back to get that extra toast, or they will issue a partial refund for that missing toast if I come back. First, I think telling a customer to come back for the mistake that restaurant made is a really bad reaction. Second, the manager wouldnt apologize. Third, the manager explicitly said, If you think it is worth to come back just for that toast, you are more than welcome to. At this point, I think they purposely left that toast out of my box. I am going to report this to the client relations tomorrow.

Food is great, though selection is limited to how many chicken fingers you want. Every mean is chicken fingers: 3, 4, or 6. There is a chicken sandwich, but its 3 fingers on a roll. And the dipping sauce is great. So if you want chicken fingers, this should be the only place you go.

Its not bad fast food, just incredibly overpriced for what you get and its just meh. The coleslaw is awful. They should should leave that off the menu. My son absolutely loves the chicken, so thats why we go there and they are truly fast in the drive thru! They do great in their marketing strategy so you have to give them that!

Came to this location on 10/12/23 at 11:30pm for drive thru service and the lady taking my order was rude and disrespectful. When asking if I wanted drinks that already come with a combo I responded yes please and as I was deciding on my drink choices the lady responded we don t have yes please as a drink with attitude trying to be smart with me. You could can hear her coworkers in the back all laughing along with the lady taking my order. Poor customer service that is just unnecessary.

We always get great food & service here. Our latest visit on 11/8 was delightful thanks to our cashier & server, Tyra. She was so warm, welcoming & gracious! I gave her my grandsons name for our order, and she later stopped by our table to clear our food baskets. She called him by name and asked if hed enjoyed his dinner. Whenever she wasnt taking orders, Tyra was cleaning tables & checking on customers. Shes simply amazing!! We look forward to seeing her again soon.

I figured moving to a different state, Canes might be better, guess I was wrong. Ordered a box combo that the lady verified with me when I pulled up and got a 3 piece. To make it worse, it was cold, both the chicken and fries. Its under a mile from work. The quality and quantity have been decreasing significantly since the pandemic. I miss the good Canes.

The chicken tenders themselves are good, what would be better and 5 stars is if they had a selection of dipping sauce! I like to dip my tenders in Buffalo sauce. Drive thru employee around 8:30pm 8/10/23 was not listening & curtly cut off my boyfriend while he was trying to order. The guy repeated it back completely wrong TWICE not sure if he was new or having a bad day or what but it was not a good look for the customer service side. He also was talking about my boyfriend at the drive thru window to his coworkers. Really unprofessional. Not sure what he did wrong to get treated this way by the employee, as all he had said to him was what we wanted to order. No complaints. My boyfriend just gave up and took the wrong order. Please investigate this for future customers. Thank you!
