Seems they have stopped stirring beans and meat again. Food is cold. Fans still blowing too hard. Would not recommend in the evenings till they get back to stirring and warm food. Update. Beans still cold. Now has become a Muslim daycare for school next door. Sure hope Management changes before too late. I believe homeless will move in next if nothing changes

On my way back to Austin from some fantastic training at ZFW I stopped for a Taco or dos. I do enjoy a good Thursday taco. I order 2 taco lites, I received 1.6 taco lites. There was no meat in front half of the taco, zero, zilch, nada. The back half of the taco was solid, as well as the other taco.

For a taco casa this place is fantastic. The employees were good at their jobs and very efficient. The facility was very clean. The food came out quick and everything was made correctly. The food was fresh and tasted great. In a sea of failing fast food this place was exceptional from the food, to the atmosphere. The owner and workers should be proud for standing out and doing a great job. Will definitely return.

The best quick and easy Taco chains and the food is tasty, hot, and fresh. Every staff member ever has always been friendly and helpful. The menu is pretty concise and that works well when the place is packed. They make the lines move well. Taco Tuesday saves a little cash as well. Worthy of that weekly visit.

Our wait was a little longer than normal, however, the gentleman that was working drive thru was very kind, took time to make sure our order was correct. When we drove away and around the front, we could see they were very understaffed. That could be stressful for someone handling the drive thru, and he handled it very professionally! Job well done, young man! I wish I had gotten his name. I will next time, and update.

I normally dont leave reviews like this, but this young lady left me no choice! Ive gone to this particular location for a while, and Ive never had a complaint. Everyone that I have encountered has been pleasant, but this day!! Omg, she definitely showed signs that she didnt want to be there and the way she handed my card back!! If you didnt want to work today, you should have called in! Better yet, quit!! Tf!! I like this location, but choose wisely on who you want to work the window. Thats all Im saying. The gentleman who gave me my food was very pleasant, and he was actually on the window when I came the last time! Thank you, sir! I really appreciate you. Casa, check your employees!!

We managed to walk in on 4/16/24 at a couple of minutes before 9:00. We walked up to the front counter and as a shift manager was about to take our order, a young lady employee came running up to us giving us the gesture of running her hand back and forth on her neck as saying uh uh. Were closed. The dining room is closed. We werent asking for special treatment. We did manage to walk in a couple of minutes before closing and we didnt want to live there or move in, we just came from seeing a movie. We just wanted to sit down and eat our meal quickly and go home and go to bed. What I have a hard time understanding is why the shift manager chose to listen to the young lady versus continuing to take our order??? But the thing that really bothers me more than anything is after we looked a little bewildered, the young lady started to speak to us in Spanish which was VERY condescending, completely unnecessary and pretty much sealed my decision never to eat there again.

This is one of the best taco casa locations, its always busy but they keep everything moving at a steady pace they rarely if ever mess up a order and always seems to be enough staff which is great in this day and age. The food is always nice and hot seasoned the way it supposed to be and the tomatoes are not frozen like some locations if ask for some. The customer service is usually pretty good and friendly with exceptional time they walk away from the window and dont come back til they have your order overall a good solid option for a good fast food taco I wil continue to use this location as my taco casa go to

Its been about six months so I tried them again. They are still using the inferior chips for the super nachos, but at least they were fresh this time. Very little beans and meat. Interestingly if you check the online menu, the photos still show the good chips they havent used for at least a year. The tacos are still the same as they have always been and unsurprisingly, are the best thing on the menu. With anything else, YMMV. They have definitely cut costs and reduced quality, but not with the Tacos (yet).

Usually have really good service here however tonight the young lady at the window kept asking me to repeat myself. I ordered a bean burrito no sauce. Then she asked if I wanted sauce I said no just plain Jane. Then again she asked if I wanted sauce. When I got to the window I asked if she couldn t hear me and she had a lot of attitude and told me she was required to ask. I get that but I had answered her several times. She was off putting with attitude and didn t really thank me and seem to act like I owed her. Sadly customer service has changed. Maybe she was new. So I will still try it again since the food is good.

This location has some of the friendliest restaurant employees Ive ever seen. The dining room is kept very clean. And if you miss how Taco Bell was in the 70s and 80s before they tried to get too fancy, this is the place for you. recently visited your location 731 S Industrial BlvdEuless tx 76040 @5:37pmI ordered a Super Burrito and Super NachoFirst the could not seem to understand my order to the nachos I wanted to add shredded cheese and lettuce No tomato No cheese saucei was charged 2.09 for cheese and I received jalapenos and no lettuce When I received the food, the bag had beans all over it.I took the food out of the bag and the container was just nasty, dried food and cheese on it, sauce packets had dried food on them. I was just upset with the presentation. My chips were so hard that when I bit into one my crown fell OUT. Needless to say Im livid at the service and the food
