Walked in and immediately got seated by Wilberto, as well as took our drink and app order. He was very polite and helpful with any question we had. Got our food very quickly and everything was correct. Constantly checked on us to make sure we were okay, or if we needed refills. Overall had a 5-Star experience, and Wilberto was amazing.

The whole reason I went in was to redeem a coupon for BOGO free entrée. I went with my husband before he had to go to work. The table had trash on it from previous guests (paper kids menus and straw wrappers). The table was sticky and had either salt or sugar all over it. I dusted off the table before our food came. Utensils were dirty and had trash wrappers still on them. We ordered 2 burgers with fries. When we went to pay, she refused my coupon. Wouldnt even try to scan it. She said it wasnt valid. The coupon was not expired and only excluded the everyday value slam. Yet, she still refused to even try to scan it. I asked for a manager, and she told me they dont have one working today. I use to work in restaurants and you have to have a manager on duty. She rolled her eyes at me and put up her arms . Her name tag said Virginia, but the server name on my ticket says Lourdes R. Absolutely TERRIBLE service, filthy table and utensils, and the food wasnt great nor worth the amount of money we spent.

My chicken fried steak was really burnt and the Mac and cheese tasted soggy , I asked them could I get the the chicken fried steak reordered they told me that all them would come out burn I m not sure how and why maybe they should change their cooking oil so that the chicken fried steak doesn t come out charcoal burnt! I used to go here often late at night but the food Quality has been declining dramatically. The last time I ate here, I ordered a simple grand slam. The hashbrowns were pretty much raw. No golden brown color on them at all. In addition, The presentation Looked like someone just threw on the eggs and sausage and didn t care about how the plate looked at all. The service is OK but definitely could be better especially when there is a big party dining in. I ve noticed that when it gets somewhat busy, the servers and even the manager fail to deliver decent service. It s like they don t care about how long the customers wait for food Or how that food comes out. It s very sad that this Dennys and even maybe a lot of other Denny s are like this. The menu items are Of a variety and a lot of the food items taste good, but the late night cook doesn t care about his job therefore the quality of the food suffers and the waiters and the manager Don t care about decent service. It s almost like they don t want the place to be busy because it s too much work for them Which is sad. Dennys Has a lot of potential, but that potential is going down the drain.

Denny s remains Denny s. I have been going to this location for a while when I need some coffee and a chance to focus on my work. At this location, I feel safe with the night staff that are always friendly and make me feel welcome. The service tonight with Toni was great as always. I come in now and they even know how I like my coffee which is a nice touch. The food is always as expected and the manager checks to make sure I have everything I need. If you need a late night place to get in the zone for your own goals, this might do the trick.

Dennys has been going downhill for a while now. It was nice to actually walk into one that was not so outdated and clean.

Our waiter forgot we were there and left without even giving us an ur drinks or telling his co-worker we needed help. He actually told him we weren t eating, so no one came over to help us for 20-30 minutes, at least. That being said, the situation stuffed French toast was delicious.
