I love this place, and visit frequently. The General Tsos Chicken and the Orange Chicken is off the chain, especially when you get it freshly made (as opposed to delivery). I am usually not a fan of Crab Rangoon, but these guys nail it. You can see the individual ingredients inside the wontons! Im a huge sushi fan, and Ill be honest and say that Wok N Rolls sushi is not the greatest Ive ever had - maybe a cut above grocery store sushi - but that doesnt matter to me, because the Chinese food is out of this world, and more than compensates for mediocre sushi. I promise you, you will never go to Panda Express again. 100% love this place! Edit: I have now been coming here for ~2.5 years, and it is just as tasty now as it was the first time, maybe even more now. The chicken is still crispy, tender, and delicious! The crab/cheese wonton recipe is perfected! I have never been to a place that is this consistently delicious every time. The place seems a bit busier these days! My wife and I now live in North Richland Hills (North Fort Worth), and we still gladly drive a minimum of an hour round trip to come here. THIS IS THE BEST CHINESE FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD! And Ive had a heck of a lot of Chinese food in my time.

The food is BOMB! I got takeout and this is some of the best fried rice I ve ever had! The egg rolls are so good too. The restaurant has such cool legos in it which were fun to look at while waiting. First time. Ordered online. Food was ready in time given. Still hot when we got home. Nothing leaked. Ordered general tsoschicken and sesame chicken, crabmeat wonton, egg rolls, and fried rice. All of it tasted fresh. Wonton were more of a rectangular pocket and not usual cream cheese flavor, but were good. Will definitely try some other dishes next time.

Everytime I come here they are friendly and remeber all the details from the last time I came in and my usual order! And believe it or not I dont come often enough to be a regular. They are far from my house but close to where I used to work so its always a treat when I can make the drive out see them and eat the food! The sesame chicken has less breading and more chicken definitely worth the drive and the money no one close to me can compare to the quality you get from this family and restaurant!

First off, once you enter East Ocean you immediately smell this foul sulfuric smell. Customer service was good, though. She was nice and patient with us. We then ordered sesame chicken to go, and it looked and smelled like it was going to be good or at least decent. However, that sadly wasnt the case. When tearing apart the chicken it looked very strange...nothing like chicken. The flavor had an odd taste to it, and the texture was fatty with gristle. We honestly questioned what we were eating and threw the rest away. The outside and inside of the restaurant are not well kept, either. Also, I love sushi, but I would never trust their sushi. Its actually scary to think about. In all honesty, that place should be inspected. I never usually do reviews unless its a great place or a horrible place, especially hazard-like similar to East Ocean. I would never recommend this place to anyone I care about.

I ordered online I usually get shrimp and broccoli with hot sour soup and it s normally great but I haven t ordered in several months and ordered online my usual and they must have a new cook or something because it wasn t as good it wasn t bad but not as good as usual. Hot sour soup was very salty I believe they gave me egg drop soup cause it had a lot of eggs in it. Just wasn t the same not sure if I want to risk going back. Sadly disappointed with the lack of customer service. We have ordered numerous times from this location and it is unfortunate that we will no longer be doing so. Our order was delivered missing chicken in one dish and completely missing another dish. We called to have it corrected and when the young lady admitted to her boss that she rang it up wrong, her boss said we could come pick it up or be charged for the meal to be sent again! I was taken aback, but even more so when I stated that was unacceptable. The response I received was I will need to get off the phone as we are very busy. I do not understand how a customer that has already paid is less important than the new orders coming in. I understand some people are dishonest and ask for things they are not entitled to, but we are paying customers who just wanted our correct order. Very disheartening.

Consistency isn t there and my last order was 50 bucks and the sushi rolls were the biggest dissatisfaction ever . They weren t even made correctly they were wrapped in the seaweed roll and nothing else ( missing the outside rice ). The fried shrimp piece in one was hard as a rock and the fried soft crab was not that , it was hard crunchy crispies.. and we couldn t eat either one . The worst Chinese Ive ever had. Used to frequent this place but things have changed. Everything is extremely over priced. The menu reflects the cash price and credit is 4% higher. What was listed as Chinese dumplings were frozen potstickers at best and over a dollar each. My General Tso was dime sized pieces of gummy batter with scant chicken inside at all. I think was more batter stuck in the congealed flavorless sauce than anything else. If I wasnt back on the road I would of demanded my $20 back. The twenty would of tasted better.
