So I ordered the Chicken Sandwich and it was Dry AF! And 2 little pieces of chicken. Maybe y all should go to Popeye s and see why their Chicken Sandwich is so Popular. It is one big piece and the Chicken is actually Moist. I am so disappointed especially after everyone telling me how good Church s Fried Chicken is. I am a one and done person. And trust me I m done

The worst chicken I have ever seen. I went in on my lunch break and I noticed everyone bringing their chicken back,and when I got mine I saw why! It was extremely burnt and dry. I took it back and they gave me the same chicken back, so I asked for my money back. I m not sure what happened to the old crew, but this new crew seemed lost.. Nice and apologetic but they kept the old pan of dry chicken, and still kept giving it out! Lost. Why would they think it s ok to serve something like this. Also this has been going on based off the other reviews!

This by far is the worst experience I have ever had at Church s Chicken. I will never eat at this location ever again. I placed an online order and went to go pick it up. When I got to my car multiple items were missing. I went back in to get my missing items. One of them was my Spicy Chicken Sandwich. When I got back to work to eat my sandwich this is what I got (picture below). My chicken looked molded and uneatable. I went back to the place of business to show them what they serve. Manager didn t really care they served that to me and couldn t even give me a full refund. Worst customer experience I have ever had. He couldn t even apologize for it. Church s in Lewisville needs to do better. PLEASE DON T EAT HERE!

The hours posted advise this location closes at 10pm. I drove 30 minutes(arrived at 9:16pm)just to stand at the window for 10 minutes while the workers on the inside just looked at me. Then a guy cleaning the floors finally came to the window to advise they were CLOSED .

Dont go here for any kind of customer service, but the chicken is fresh and hot EVERY time. The biscuits are fresh and hot EVERY time. I did have one instance I received some luke warm fries and my jalapeno poppers were empty stale. A drive thru would be nice but the location is small. As long as the chicken and biscuits are good I will continue to return.

Had to wait for the chicken as there was none available, the wait was about 20 minutes because they did not have regular non spicey chicken available. Had to wait for them to fry the French fries as they had none. Paid for an extra piece of chicken that I did not get. The place needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Dirty and greasy. The person doing the cooking kept counting the pieces of chicken that was available. Terrible place, I. Will not return back. The place is in Lewisville Texas on business 121.

Placed an order online to find out I had missing items once I arrived home. I wasted $66 plus dollars for stale, warm chicken and missing items (fries, 1/2 a gallon of sweet tea and a spicy chicken sándwich). Place was also dirty (floors and tables). Will not return.

Excellent service, although we reach 20 minutes before closing.. He reached out to us politely and informed us that closing time is 9 PM. He helps us in finalizing order according to the available items on shelves. .. very. nice and polite guy. We also confirmed closing times, which is wrongly mentioned on Google Maps. I have been to this location multiple times, but on 5/19/2024 I was denied business. I walked in 20min prior to closing, which I understand was a bit late, but the lady on the register was rude. There was plenty of customers in the store and customers were still coming behind me. The lady on the register asked what do you want? I asked for a large family meal, she said you can t have that (rolling her eyes) can t you tell it s closing time! She said it in a way, it was kinda embarrassing to me. I told her I was sorry amd left the store. After getting into my vehicle, I saw her taking 3 more customers. I don t know if she was in a bad moon, but took it out on my family.

Love Church s Chicken. This location can be extremely busy at times and may take a while to have your order filled. I recently ordered a large to go order for this Mother s Day and knew they would be busy. Let me tell you that April was working that day and she was on top of all orders. April was a charm to work with and she made sure all chicken and other products were stocked and ready to go. Got my large order in record time. April is an asset to the efficiency of that operation and provided excellent service. She deserves a raise!!

I ordered via Doordash and was excited because I heard rave reviews about Churchs. Im visiting Texas on business and figured I was in for a great meal before I fly home tomorrow. Well the dasher found me without any issues, and this pleased me. I got to my room, salivating with anticipation, and the food looked delicious. However, looks can be quite deceiving. The food: I ordered a 3 piece regular chicken with a biscuit and Mac and cheese. The chicken was hot, crispy, and bland...what happened to seasoning? The biscuit looked to be dipped in honey, which was off-putting because I am diabetic and didnt expect this as I could have ordered the frosted one if I wanted sweets with my meal. Would be nice to just have a nice regular biscuit with some butter on it. The Mac n cheese was kind of tasty but was almost mushy as if it were overcooked. I never got my pie, but I guess the way the food tasted, it too is more than likely mediocre at best. I enjoyed the tea the best, but when I return to Texas, I will not try Churchs again.

My lunch was okay, but the person who took my order doesnt know how to greet customers. I was in line waiting for my turn and when Tasha (the girl at the register), finished with the previous customer, she didnt say ,Next, or How may I help you today?, or Hello... it was a 10 second silence, and she wasnt looking at me. I ended up saying, Hi there assuming she was going to say it back. She says (ever so dry) ,What would you like to order... I gave her my order, and I waited 2 minutes after I paid. She was talking to her co-workers about other customers outside, cracking jokes, laughing and smiling with them, but couldnt say Hello, how may I help you? Management was there in the kitchen helping get chicken prepared, but didnt say anything.. no one knows how to greet people anymore. If this is the way this location operates, I wont be going back at all-I dont care how good the prices or the food is.

If I could give them 0 stars I would On 01/09/24 @ Churchs Chicken on HWY 121 in Lewisville. I placed a order for 30pc chicken and 4 sides for $68.00 and when I got home to feed my family. We discovered a long strand of black hair in the drumstick piece of the chicken. Called the store that night to complain about what happened and they advised me to speak with the manger in the morning the next day. I agreed and went to the store the next day. I spoke with the manger Walter who had no name tag so who knows if that was his name. He was very rude and disrespectful to me and my husband he refused to give a refund Or make my entire order over that I purchased he was debating with me willing to do half the order only. I asked for a refunded he said we DONT do that and called his manger and still no results. I asked for corporate number he refused to give any information and told me to look on website..If I was you I would not go this location to spend your hard earned money. The customer service is horrible the employees are not wearing hairnets or gloves the floor was nasty full of flour and grease and the manger Walter was very rude towards my husband and I it was like he didnt care at all to justify the problem that happened at your store. I reported them to corporate and any other departments I could fine because this unacceptable and cross contamination of food to customer my son could have gotten sick if he swallowed that hair due to his immune system being weak and didnt apologize or care that my food had hair in it from your employees not wearing a hairnet in the food service industry..0 stars all across the board I will never eat or spend my money there again

My sister and I were so skeptical stopping here due to church s went downhill over the last couple of years. Also there were no cars in the parking lot so we thought the food would ve been old, lol. Food always fresh and hot. The manager is very nice but hes very slow. Dont leave him with the register alone and orders will process faster. He moves like a snail but means well. If theres a line u will have to wait 30 minutes for a 2 piece because he takes and makes orders one at a time. He just needs help up front. Great Churches besides that.

Used to be the best and only place that I would buy chicken but the last two times Ive been getting the scraps and old grease tasting chicken. I guess thats the only purpose of 10 pieces, legs and thighs to get rid of their garbage

It was a long line. No drive thru. Chicken was hot but the okra was cold. While waiting in line witnessed a lady return with her smoked chicken that was over cooked. Once I heard her, I changed my mind about getting smoked chicken. Okra is considered a prime side so pay extra which is ridiculous especially when its cold!!!! Corn on the cob is also a more expensive side..

No lie... this is just kind of a hole in the wall place.. like grab yeah food and go. And they do take FORRRRRR EVERRRR, but when they do. They normally have someone there that is working the front that wants to be there! They most definitely make sure your order is right and your food is fresh... def worth the wait somedays but make sure to set aside time to wait on fresh chicken!
