I can only say 10 out of 10. Food, friendliness, atmosphere, we didnt know any English, the cook who speaks Spanish came to the table to make sure everything was correct. Chapó for the people who work there. Parking: Wide squares. Kid-friendliness: You can go with the family. A good atmosphere. Wheelchair accessibility: No difficulties for disabled people.

My sister and I came for the Sunday $1 and we weren t disappointed. We were greeted with wholesome and energetic greetings at the door by the wait staff (they were the best). Not sure what our servers name was but she had on a cowgirls jersey and was gave us top tier service! We will be back soon.

Visted Razzoos in Lewisville, TX for a late dinner with my brother. Our server, Angel was so amazing! We initially sat outside but it got a little chilly so he brought us inside, set us up with a seat where my little brother could see the TV and made sure we had everything that we needed. He was such a personable person -- not the fake kind of personable but you could tell that he just really enjoys being of service to people. We also had the privilege of meeting Mike, the manager who was such a delight. This was my first visiting this location in over a year and I gotta say -- the staff there REALLY made the night great. And also, if you have not tried the new pumpkin pie -- OMG it is delicious!!

My husband and i finally tried this place. Wont be returning. The shrimp was overcooked, the potatoes were not even warm, the etouffee was just plain nasty. I dont know what that sauce is but its nothing like any etouffee Ive ever tried. It wasnt like they were busy either, maybe 5 tables total on a Saturday night at 7pm. And it was overpriced.

I recently dined at razzoos and had the pleasure of being served by Angel. Despite a rocky start with the host stand Angel turned our experience around completely. His recommendations were awesome each dish was amazing and perfectly suited to our tastes. It was clear that he has a deep understanding of the menu, and his enthusiasm was contagious. We were full of laughs and great food and drinks all night. I truly believe he would be a perfect fit behind the bar, given his impressive knowledge of drinks and how to create a great atmosphere. I will definitely be back to see him. Overall, he made our evening memorable, The hurricane salmon and pumpkin pie were the best part of the whole night. I can t wait to return!

I have to give a huge shoutout to Angel for his amazing service! We came out to eat after a long day and he welcomed us with his amazing personality and turned our mood around. He brought our food out so quickly, and I was really impressed by how he always had a refill ready before we even had to ask. I used to work nearby and go here once or twice a month. My favorite was the fried shrimp. I was in the area recently and dropped by and got the fried shrimp, hush puppies and cole slaw. All were very good. The sauce they serve with shrimp has changed since the last time I was there (7+ years) and I liked the old sauce better, but the new one was still very good. Service was great.

We went for a birthday celebration and we were greeted as soon as we walked up to the door, not to mention the manager opened the door for us. Brought my grandma here for the first time and she absolutely loved the food here. Mourin was absolutely amazing and we enjoyed our time here visiting with my grandma and telling her that we re getting married.

I loved it here. I had an amazing server sergio and he just knew what to do. I asked him for recommendations and he recommended me the hurricane salmon as my main dish fried pickles as my appetizer and they were BEST THING I ve ever tried if I could give this place 100 stars I would.

I sat there for over an half hour to get service. There may of been 10 people there. Waiters and waitdress standing around. I was so flabbergasted at the service. I told the manager about this and his reply was sorry!! You you like to place an order? NO!! I will go home a boil a couple hot dogs and never visit that place again. Now dont get me wrong, Ive eating there before and the food is good. Consumer servis sucks ROYALLY!!!

Been coming here for years, but the other day we ordered our meals and one to-go meal l, but forgot it came back 20 mins later and got told the waitress tossed it. Asked why she didnt hold it since she knew we ordered it for to-go and we clearly forgot it. Shrugged and said sorry and she can get the manager. The manager says she cant do anything even tho I explained it was a to-go and nothing was eaten in it and that most places will hold the food for a couple hours. Said it was a health code violation???? How can you say that then look at the table and see all the dishes and drinks still on it they only threw out the to-go meal? Thats the dumbest excuse Ive heard. Funny how when we ordered the to-go meal it came out 20 mins before any of the food came out. No wonder we forgot it with all the other food taking ages to come out. Ive worked in restaurants growing up and Ive never seen such a rude manager who didnt even offer to do anything really show how much the staff cares about the customer.

When shucking oysters, they dont slide blade underneath so it slides off the shell? Cmon now. Server Maddie was great. But otherwise service is slow. Some runners basically throw the foods at you and no response when you ask for something. Server showed me ticket, wrote hot sauce w/oysters and didnt get for almost 10 minutes! If your staff quits, its because of poor support. Still tipped well because again, server was great but poorly supported.

I love this razzoo s the people are always friendly and the food is always good, but in particular Paij is awesome! Every time i walk in she greets me with a smile , good conversation, and efficient high quality customer service . Even when theres is some sort of issue with an order she quick to sort things out and give great service . Cant wait to come back and eat again!

This location is horrible. Management is terrible. They want full price for small amounts of food and wanted me to pay for more fries. These people are crazy! Food is not even hot or fresh and my corn taste like it s stale. I will never be coming back to this location.

Service was basically non-existent. Appetizer never came. Brought this up to the waitress who was unbothered, so i said to cancel it. Not one check on our table. No drink refills. Nothing. Had to find someone and ask for the check. Waitress came and said, I got you over here. No have a nice day. Nothing. Restaurant was empty. I can see why. Fish was overcooked. Not well seasoned. Fried steak was overcooked also. Not the first time the food was off here, but the service to be this bad? We wont be back.
