Zana and Team at Independence Title Leander are incredible. Great team work. They love what they do--which is to help Buyers buy and Sellers sell at the critical phases after the contract has been negotiated by the brokerage teams. Many people dont realize how important the work of a great title team can be to making things happen smooth and on time and being creative when there is a bump in the road. Zana has been doing this for possibly 150 years and she knows how to make things happen when other title offices dont always even pretend to care. (Well, I have been doing this for what feels like a hundred years, and Zana was here before me, so she must have been doing this since before Steve Ray Vaughan was making music on East 6th Street!). I love Zana, Jennifer and the team in this office. For my clients money--I think they are the best.

I was so disappointed with the liberty hill branch Independence Title that I had my escrow documents transferred to the Leander branch office.., I would have taken our business completely out if it woulndt have delayed the closing on our property. Advise: when Dealing with local developers/sellers, beware of the title escrow and any local providers being more loyal to the local good ole boys network than you... I would suggest being very careful or use someone with no connection or out of the small local community.
