Shanan and Katie are very passionate about what they do. They are quick to answer phone calls, text messages, and emails. They did an amazing job staging our home and hosting open houses. They are very well known in the Crystal Falls neighborhood so that is why we went with them! Shanan and her team are the absolute BEST! From the beginning to the end, they are with you every step of the way and beyond. I reached out to Shanan who was highly recommended from a very good friend of mine in the Leander area. I was moving not only my family out of state but our business as well. Shanan went above and beyond to help find our family the perfect home within our budget. I had never leased a home without walking though it myself, but Shanan made the process as peaceful as possible. Once we were all moved out of our home and business in WI, loaded up and ready to head back to Texas we got a call from our property manager that we were NOT able to move into our new rental because of TOXIC MOLD!! Shanan and her team came to the rescue once again and found us a NEW house, but not on just any day of the week, it was 4th of July weekend 2022. It was such a stressful situation to be moving across country and by the time we landed in Texas we had a place to call home It turns out the NEW neighborhood is even better. Thrive Realty helped me both sell my home that I had with another person quickly and for a great price, they where their the entire way providing additional services and recommending vendors to help both fix and stage the home. I understand that my home may have gave them the idea to expand out and offer staging directly which is awesome! After selling my home, I reached out to them again to help sell some property my Mother had in Lago Vista. They were amazing! Getting drone shots of the lot, and again selling it very quickly. Ive owned 10 homes in the last 22 years. This was the most incredible home buying experience Ive ever had. Shanan held my hand through the entire process (this was a tough a scary buy as a first time single mom). She NEVER gave up, quit looking for me in a scary market and found me, literally, the perfect home. She scheduled EVERYTHING and daily told me dont worry, I already took care of scheduling that when my anxiety was through the roof. Since I work from home, I needed to find a place to rent before listing our house. I found the best real estate couple in Jasmine and Travis, who jumped on to help me with both! I was looking for a very specific place to rent, and despite a difficult rental market, they were able to quickly get me into a townhouse of my dreams. My girlfriend and I just graduated college and were looking to move into a house. We first thought about renting, and then met with Tamara Nelson who advised us how great the market is to buy a house right now! She is a close friend of my mother and quickly became a second mother to us throughout the process! We found a house early on and started the paperwork process strong. Unfortunately, the Home builder representative and lender did not fill out their paperwork in time and caused some delay. Tamara and her team were great! They keep my husband and I updated and informed with each step of the purchasing process and were always available when we had a question or concern no matter what time of the day that it was. I felt like we had their complete attention and that we were their top client. They are not only very knowledgeable about reality and all of its aspects but they treat you like a long time friend. As a buyer, Tamara didn t push my husband and I to offer the asking price but helped us get the lowest price she thought we could get.
