Lisa was incredible! Me and my family had to get many documents notarized last second....I called her up and she met with us that same day!!! She was very responsive. One thing about her is that she really values her clients- when she gives you a time- shes there. We met at her office and everything was there- a copier, stationery, etc - there was even witnesses that we needed. :) Basically working with Lisa, you dont have to stress out- she has it covered. She is very knowledgeable about what is needed to be done and how to do it when it comes to documents being notarized. And to top it all off, we needed to meet with her again last second and she was very accommodating. Very friendly! Definitely reassuring. When you have last second tasks that need to be done by a process that you dont fully understand, it is great to have somebody like Lisa to assist. We will definitely use her again in the future. My husband and I recently moved to the area, so I reached out to LC Notary to see if she could assist us with getting papers signed and notarized for the sale of our out-of-state home. Lisa was extremely flexible and understanding when we needed to push back our initial appointment and diligently worked through some tech troubles during the process. Not wanting to keep us too long, she even offered to run our overnight package out to be shipped and sent us a photo of the receipt the same day. The next day we learned that two additional documents were needed and she quickly resolved the issue and ran out again to pick up the label to make sure they got overnighted! Lisa was incredibly kind, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to be able to have our documents to settle on the sale of our home on time.
