Mario has been amazing. He was very instrumental in helping me with every process required by the VA. He kept me informed about my claims and guided through every process required by the Va and made sure they had the information they required. I went from 30% to 40% to 50% and finally to 100% because of Marios guidence. I would highly recommend Favorable Disability Advocates.

I was referred to Favorable Disability Advocates by a co-worker, after many years of trying to do it on my own. My first conversation with Mario Hamilton made me feel, I made the right choice in choosing Favorable Disability Advocate in assisting me in increasing my VA rating. This has been a struggle for over several years, but with the help and knowledge of FDA staff and Mario, I sure could have used them previous years to avoid hitting brick walls and being frustrated. This team worked in the best of my interest and coached me throughout the whole VA process. While filing for my social security disability, I really didn t know all the things that went into filing a claim. When I called the office I was greeted with a cheerful voice on the other end of the phone. While I was explaining my issues Mr. Mario listen to everything that I had to say, then he explained the process of how things worked and what his office does and we went from there. Being a Veterans I was use to the waiting process, but being that I was filing during COVID all the appointments and doctors visits that was scheduled for me were cancelled and they had to rely on what was in my medical records, so that took a while but while we were waiting Mr. Mario stayed in touch. All though I was turned down the first time we had to do an appeal with the Judge over the phone, I was a little nervous about that but Mr. Mario explained what would happen when we did the phone appeal so that helped. Because of COVID my appeal decision took longer than the normal 90 days but Mr. Mario kept in contact with me. So I m glad to say that I did get my Social Security Disability approved and I don t think that would have happened without this office. If I could give more that 5 star s I would. I wholeheartedly recommend Mario and Favorable Disability Advocates! In a world where disability attorneys will ask you a few canned questions and then often times take a pass on your case, Mario actually takes the TIME to find out the details and circumstances of your claim, and then fights on your behalf. My claim was mishandled and/or ignored for a year when I was trying to handle it myself. DON T try to. You really need a professional on your side to fight for you and Mario will definitely do that. He got my claim back on track and even with COVID delays, he got me the FULL determination that I deserved. My only regret is that I tried to do it myself for a year. I should have reached out to Mario on day one, rather than attempt it myself. I highly recommend Mario and his team!

Filing an increase of rating and for new ratings on an existing VA claim is difficult even in the best of times. My service related health issues I needed to file were also affecting my ability to do so. I contacted Mario H. with Favorable Disability Advocates who gladly assisted me. He guided me on submitting records and made sure the correct forms were submitted. Overall my initial claim results were very Favorable . I am continuing to use their services further. I have been fighting the VA for a total of 12 years for one specific claim. This condition has been considered the hardest to prove to the VA. I began to work with Mario in 2018 and even then with all the walls and denials he and I encountered, we pushed the course to prove my condition. I would like to thank Mr Hamilton for All the hard work this man has done for my son who is ASD and non-verbal! We were at our wits end dealing with Social Security (who look for every reason to deny you any coverage due to paper work!) It was a nightmare for us, due to the fact we had 50-70 sheets to fill out but after our go with Social Security we were about to give up until we found Mr Hamilton who is a gentleman in every way! He knew all the ends and outs of Social Securitys paper work and did all the filing for us! He got my son the coverage he needed.. Almost a year later we started having issues with SS again.. We could not get the info we were asking for from Social Security on why we were having these problems, so my wife said let me call Mr Hamilton... Guess what? he came through again for us in less than 24hrs... Got us the info we were wondering about and corrected their issues! Social Security is the master of deception... (Definition of deception. : the act of causing someone to accept as true or valid what is false or invalid) I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE NOT TO APPLY FOR SSI YOURSELF! YOU WILL NEED SOMEONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO PLAY THEIR GAME! I WOULD RECOMMEND MR HAMILTON TO ANYONE! I cannot tell you how grateful we are for this gentleman!

Mr. Hamilton has been simply amazing ! I came into see him because I have a 4 year old who is Autistic and needed services . I had no idea what I was getting myself into .
