I am writing to share my deeply disappointing experience with Tracy Taubert and Phillips and Tauberts, CPA. I engaged their services for both business and personal taxes, as well as for my partner s taxes, and the outcome has been nothing short of frustrating. From the beginning, the communication from this firm was poor. The tax advice provided by Tracy Taubert was unclear, and it seemed as though keeping us as clients and considering our best interests were not priorities for them. In 2023, we encountered significant issues with their bookkeeping services, marked by a severe lack of communication and unacceptable inaction by the team at Phillips and Taubert. By March 2024, we had not received any documents for the tax extension. Despite being told that multiple emails had been sent, we did not receive any on our business, personal, or family email accounts. When we finally managed to get the necessary documents signed and asked for a quick submission, we were shocked to learn that none of the bookkeeping we were charged for had actually been completed. Instead, we were billed for email exchanges supposedly teaching us how to do bookkeeping ourselves. After leaving an initial review about this issue, we continued to use their tax services for our 2023 filings. However, the situation only worsened. By June, after our books were finished, I attempted to set up a meeting to discuss the next steps for our taxes. Instead of speaking with me directly, I was redirected to the office to schedule a call. Following this, I received an email from Tracy Taubert abruptly withdrawing their services after we had already signed with her for 23 This entire experience underscores the complete lack of professionalism and accountability exhibited by Phillips and Tauberts, CPA. Their failure to provide consistent and clear communication, along with their unprofessional conduct, has caused significant inconvenience and stress. I strongly advise against using their services if you expect reliability and a customer-focused approach. I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BOARD

My former accountant took a life-changing job opportunity, and even though I had referrals, I opted for a local accountant and fast. I called Tracis number and Jennifer, her Admin, called me within days, walked me through Tracis process, answered my questions, and was even able to give me a quote based on some worst-case scenarios since she was doing both private and business taxes. Jennifer was warm and professional and was willing to answer all the questions I had through email and the phone. I provided the documents she asked for, answered a few clarifying questions, within a few weeks, I had the summary of my tax return in the secured documents server. We reviewed all the information, digitally signed and we had our return within 10 days. This was an amazing experience, even more so when you consider that we were last-minute clients with corporate taxes closer to the deadline than we were comfortable with. I will be hiring her again next year!

This is the second year that Traci has done my taxes. Im recenly widowed, 84 years old, and a completely ignorant computer person. Traci has been wonderful. I know she has gone the extra mile for me and done some of the things that give me trouble. She does know the person she is working with. I just thank the day that I found her on the internet.

Been working with Traci on QuickBooks training and I can t tell you how much she has save my life and books! She s great at what she does very knowledgeable. So glad to have found her. Traci Taubert prepared my wifes and my 2019 income taxes. She is great; knowledgeable, professional, helpful, available for misc questions and help, via email or phone. She works with you, and is responsive to requests to do things in a particular way. She has 2 secure encrypted portals for communicating messages and files that contain sensitive information. She did a stellar job on our taxes, and even e-filed them for us, although she will send them to you as a PDF though her portal, if you wish to print them and file them yourself. All-in-all, one of the most relaxing times Ive had during tax season. Thanks, Traci!
