I visited Next Level Urgent Care due to having a reaction to a yellow jacket sting on my face close to my eye. The pain was awful, the red spot of the sting was rapidly growing larger and the swelling was increasing. I was also having trouble breathing and the pain had moved up into the side of my head. The lady at the front desk was efficient and having asked me the necessary questions, she got me checked in quickly and I was seen right away. The technician took all my vitals and then the PA or NP Katie saw me immediately. She assessed my situation quickly and thoroughly. She ordered the appropriate injections to mitigate my symptoms right away!! I was monitored for an hour until Katie felt I was able to leave and out of any danger. Everyone I encountered was personable, knowledgeable and showed me a great deal of compassion throughout my visit!! I am so thankful to all of the team at Next Level Urgent Care for the excellent care I was provided!! With sincere appreciation, Summer

Went in for an eye infection. The doctor told me all these bad things, glocoma, needed antibiotics eye drops, need to go to an ER because they dont have the right equipment . So I went to an emergency optometrist right after and all I had was a bacterial infection and needed eye drops. And she said that doctor has no idea what shes doing, and that they always give you antibiotics eye drops. Wow guess what, Im fine. Waste of time here N money

Great, convenient option for urgent care when your PCP is closed or booked up. First, their intake system is done on the phone - so easy! Second, no wait at all! Third, each time I ve been there my needs were met with with attentiveness. Today, I had Lauren as my NP, and she was personable and very caring. Listened to all my concerns and addressed them! I will be back!

This is the absolute best urgent care facility! The staff is super kind, accommodating, and reassuring. I ve never laughed as much as I did today during a medical evaluation. The down payment is the most affordable and they do not exceedingly charge at all! I had Sara and Katie assist me today and you d be a lucky person to be graced by their presence. Both absolutely amazing people that provide exceptional care (not to add their top tier personalities). I can not encompass my appreciation!

The nurse practitioner is worthless. Dont waste your time or money to see her. Ive been sick for a week and Im only getting worst. She just told me to take over the counter meds. Im pregnant and she just told me to wait it out. Great advice. Theres safe antibiotics pregnant women can take.

This clinic is TERRIBLE. They care more about getting patients in and out than they are finding the correct diagnosis. Went here in 03/24 with chest pain, trouble breathing and a SUPER high fever. They told me I tested negative for strep, flu, and covid, but said we re just gonna say you have the flu . I start a round of antibiotics and the very next day I feel awful, so I go to the ER and get diagnosed with PNEUMONIA. I came here again 06/24 (this is the only place my work covers where I have no copay if I had another choice I definitely wouldn t come back). So anyway my tonsils are swollen (almost touching) it hurts to swallow, my lymph nodes are beyond swollen, fever, the whole 9 yards. I asked if it could be tonsillitis (not uncommon for me to get) and completely disregarded me and proceeded to test me for covid, flu, strep, even mono, all negative again but they say we re just gonna treat you for strep prescribe me penicillin. I take this medicine for 10 days my symptoms never went away and they got way worse. Here we are week 3 of my tonsils being swollen, at this point I can t even talk. I go back to the doctor this 3rd week and i tell them all of this and suggest I have tonsillitis AGAIN, he says you probably just have a virus they didnt test for anything other than mono, which I had JUST tested negative for 2 weeks prior! So the day after that I go to the er to be diagnosed with TONSILLITIS, and I developed an ear infection through all of this . If you don t have covid, the flu, or strep, they cannot do anything for you. And even then the antibiotics they prescribe are too low of mgs. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN. Everytime I go in here they basically tell me they don t know what s wrong with me, and that I probably just have a virus, prescribe me the same antibiotics I said didn t work the last time and send me on my way. I really don t understand how these doctors are so ignorant.

Can t say I m very satisfied with the our first impressions. The first fault is definitely either our insurance or them or both. (United Healthcare) Who told us to come to this clinic for our newborn who was running a fever. (They specifically wanted this one.) When we arrived first thing we noticed is they use an online system for login, but they are in a horrendous dead spot (Wi-Fi wise) and their internet they provide is not functional. The co pay was $50 which isn t terrible but we were charged immediately for it, and then walked back to a room. The rooms are old, poorly lit and give you the feel you are in a cave/dungeon. The entire rear of the building does not appear to be sanitary to the level of for say HCA. The doctors then proceeded to come in and tell us they were going to test our baby for Covid/FLU etc but then let us know that the have ZERO pediatric equipment and have no way to do tests in the way that HCA can. Now, the lady did say that she suggests that we go to HCA but also wanted to do the tests still. For obvious reasons we said no thanks and decided and asked if the doctor would honestly recommend we just go to HCA. She said yes just go there. So IF YOU ARE GOING FOR ANY PEDIATRIC TREATMENT, they do not have the proper equipment and either they don t communicate with insurances or the insurances have no idea what they do. (Very possible) So far we are in works with getting our copay back, haven t gotten a response from them. So we shall see which route they go there. My speculation is they wanted to do tests so they could claim it on our insurance. But that s unverifiable. Overall, from this experience we won t be returning for anything regarding healthcare again. Also, the front desk lady charged our card knowing the age and state of the baby, whether she knows they can do pediatric work or not, idk, but if she doesn t. Yikes. And if she does, an even bigger yikes.

BEST walk in clinic experience ever. Literally. From the moment we walked in all the staff were friendly, helpful and quick! My husband had what he thought was a severe cold. Sarah and Katie treated him promptly, kindly, and determined he actually had pneumonia. I can t say enough about what great bedside manner and professionalism these women showed. Luckily we caught it quick. They sent meds over to the pharmacy and he is on the mend.

While on vacation, my son became ill. I found Next Level online and scheduled an appointment for him. We were able to get in right away. J even did the registration online. The location was so clean and it was so easy! I just paid my copay and we were whisked back to a room. The staff was professional and polite. My son had ear infection and strep throat. We got antibiotics prescribed at the Walgreens across the street and we were on our way. It was the best urgent care experience I ve ever had!

My wife and I have both visited Next Level Urgent Care, me for broken ribs. Yesterday Patrick Rombs. N.P. Was the provider and he showed great skill and expertise and was friendly as well. I am a health care lawyer and can be pretty picky but this place is a great resource for after hours or weekends (or those without insurance or a regular provider). The front office staff is also helpful and kind. Thanks to all.

I ve had super traumatic experiences with seven previous toenail surgeries and was so afraid to have my nail removed today after I hit it and my nail was only half attached. I knew it had to be removed. Katie, NP and her staff were truly amazing. Katie helped talk me through my panic attack and took care of my toe. I was in pain from an inflamed pinched nerve, literally in tears when I walked in here. The lady at the desk was so nice and helpful, gave me an appointment time and how to complete everything right from my phone. It was so easy and not stressful at all. Went back for my appointment, they got me in 15 minutes later and Kate and (sorry, cant recall his name), the technician, were so wonderful. They were caring and calm and concerned. I received treatment and feel so much better already. I am super impressed and would recommend this facility to anyone needing care quickly.

Went into this clinic on Dec. 5 with chest congestion, cough, pain & shortness of breath. The female attending physician spent about 3 minutes with me, prescribed antibiotics, cough medicine & sent me home. Several days later on Dec. 11, I went to the Emergency Room because my shortness of breath turned into gasping for air. I was diagnosed with STAGE 3 CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE. I spent a week in the hospital. Maybe this so called Next Level Urgent Care clinic doctor should pay closer attention to their patient complaining of the symptoms I was experiencing, especially DIFFICULTLY BREATHING. This League City med clinic should be SHUT DOWN.

Just left, the amount of care that the team took. Came in for chest pains and other health issue. They ran a couple test and put my mind at ease. Wrote me a prescription and the bedside manner of the doctor. I forgot her name but she was SUPER detailed and nice. The Medical assistant was patient as well. Went here twice over a week period and the care was good. Place is clean and medical staff was friendly. Front desk staff was 50/50 on both visits. Biggest issue is the requirement to complete all check-in and forms via a phone/online. I understand that most people have a phone but the site is marginal at best and adds an additional 10-15 minutes in waiting for the links via text and I had to restart the forms several times due to technical issues on the site/online form not progressing. Update: took my wife in today and (again) spent way more time trying to fill out forms than should be necessary. I understand paper is antiquated but I d you re going to remove that as an option, ensure the alternative works and works well. Next Level Urgent care team are amazing. I am recently relocated to the area and get allergy out of control and it get to sinus infection. Team are very friendly and fast . Time from sinus to appointment took 30 minutes and another 20minutes appointment with treatment. Patrick and Timo are very good patient oriented medical staff. After having experience with them this location definitely is my first place of choice for UC.

I have never used this provider before, but we have a foreign exchange student who needed to quickly get a school athletics physical. His coach recommended this place because they only charge $10 for this service. The technician who administered his vision test claimed that he failed that test twice. The nurse practitioner who performed the actual physical spent a total of 30 seconds listening to his lungs, and even less to his heart. She never checked for hernias or any of the other standard physical tests that I had experienced during my athletics days. She also rejected my request to check his eyes again claiming that since he failed twice already, it wouldn t change anything. Even though he had no medical history of vision issues in the past. We drove home and he was able to read the fine print on every license plate on 2-3 cars ahead of us on the road. It made no sense that he would fail a vision test when he could see that small print at that distance. We scheduled an appointment at the optical department at Costco, and after a more comprehensive eye exam by a trained technician, they assessed his vision as 20/20! I have no idea how they could botch the eye exam so badly. Now, $140 later, he finally got cleared. I will never go back to this office because of the substandard care they provided to my exchange student. We have also told the school about our bad experience so that they will not send people there in the future.

Staff is friendly, and the facility is clean. But issue is with the ridiculous wait time. While there recently I noticed that the reason the wait is so long is because this is not truly an urgent care clinic. This facility processes physicals, and drug screens (witnessed while waiting), which are obviously not urgent situations. I wish there was a true urgent care facility nearby, not an ER, but Urgent Care (please note the two are completely different).

I came to next level because I couldn t get an appt with my normal dr. Made an appt with ortho for 4/5. I needed something to help with pain in my shoulder till appt. Offered a shot that would help for 6 hours. Waited hour and a half. I could have done teledoc. So pointless. Waste of 50 dollars. Wont ever go back. Waste of time and money. The entire staff was great! The front desk person explained the cost and got me into a room quickly. The nurse and the nurse practitioner were very friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. Treatments and tests were done quickly and explained well. My visit was quick and I felt like I was accurately diagnosed and all of my questions were answered. Came in today 12/26 around 5pm for a drug screening I needed for an agency job and was greeted by the guy in the front desk who made the check-in process easy to follow. He was polite, responsive, and was hospitable towards me and everyone who entered the lobby. I was then called by Mimi who helped me get the urine test done. She was very welcoming, kind, and efficient with getting what we needed done! Great staff & place is very clean. Not too long of a wait. I was in and out in less than an hour. Thank you!

Took my daughter who was having an active asthma attack. There was 0 sense of urgency and when it was our turn to check in, they stopped to ask if anyone had an appt first. Then, they wouldnt accept her Tricare bc they required the active duty members ID which I have never had an issue with before. The active duty member is out of state. Needless to say I was extremely dissatisfied with their service and will not recommend this place to anyone. UTMB was the way better option.

The extra few minutes drive for me was worth the visit to help my sick daughter. The service from reserving my spot, to checking in and then seeing the medical staff was great. We were done in 40 minutes in and out. They all greeted us from entering to leaving. I will definitely return if needed for my family! The office was nice, cozy and clean!!

My Houston ISD insurance covers all NLUC but this location. Yet this is my to go place. Since you walk in to the clinic every interaction with the front desk, Nurses and, Doctors is 5 stars. I ve been treated for Flu and COVID for myself and my 2 year old and stitches for me. I have used the schedule appointment or the get in line and both are very useful. Definitely coming back if needed, but hopefully not

Looked at my girlfriends infection for a whole one minute. Prescribed her an antibiotic that is apparently very ineffective in this area due to the prevalence of a certain type of bacteria around here. Very dismissive and seemed like they were in a rush. 175 dollars for nothing. Didnt find out about the bad antibiotics until we went to a more professional establishment where they treated us with care and answered any of our questions and concerns. The infection spread throughout my girlfriends leg and caused a lot of pain for her! 1 star.

On May 18th at 9:00 I brought my daughter in to Next Level Urgent Care with lower abdominal pain. My daughter has a very high tolerance to pain so for her to need to go says that she was in very bad pain. The nurse practitioner came in and listened to her heart and listen to her breath. Pushed around on her abdomen some and requested a urine sample. She came back within 10 minutes and said that it wasn t her appendix and that she did not have a UTI or bladder infection. All they did for her was give her a prescription for nausea. The rest of the day my daughter hurt almost to the point of tears. Last night we took her to UTMB ER. We told them that she had been to urgent care earlier that day and that they had ruled out UTI and bladder infection. Because of the earlier visit to urgent care they ran an ultrasound and that came back fine. They also drew blood and did a urine sample. The urine sample showed that she has a really bad UTI and bladder infection. As you can imagine, as a parent my husband and I were upset that the urgent care had misdiagnosed her earlier in the day and could have given her something that would have made her start feeling better sooner. Not sure how they missed that it was a UTI and bladder infection and the doctor at the ER couldn t understand how they missed it as well. Not a very good first impression of this urgent care after just moving here three weeks ago.

I went to be seen last week for a sinus infection that just progressively got worse over the past few weeks. I was treated previously thru a different provider but the medication I was given originally did not work. (Mind you with the previous place it took them almost two weeks, I had to get seen twice, in order for them to prescribe me an antibiotic) When I went to next level I was in and out and Dr. Twilley was super kind and easy going! I needed some tests done for a program in school and she got it done very fast and on time for me. There has never been a long wait for me either. I also am a big fan of the Next Level Prime program. Amazing staff from the check in receptionist to the med assistant to the nurse practitioner! Came in with a gnarly cut from an accident and a heavy fear of doctors, but they were amazingly patient and sweet. Super understanding and explained everything in full. Will definitely use them in the future (although I hope I don t need to). 10/10 recommend!

Was in today for sinus issue. Nurse Practioner on duty 02/12/22. Exam me in 5 minutes and stated take cough syrup. Worse I have ever been treated and took my co-pay. Left with no paper or inv. Kathleen H needs more customer service practices. Went to another ER and found out I have full blown Sinus infection. Was prescribed antibiotics. Its ashame she treat patients like that. Maybe thats why i was the one in that office. Should refund my copay. Then her write up on invoice was wrong. She said I demanded steroid. No just wanted something for sinus infection. Stua away from her.

This urgent care is wonderful! From the front desk, to the nurse, to the doctor they all made my experience comfortable and were all so kind and personable! I visited this place before Next Level took over and it was a completely different experience (not a good one) Thank you for making this visit positive even when I was feeling sick I will only be using this urgent care moving forward.

This was my first visit since Next Level took over. They were wonderful. They greeted me with a smile, took care of my check in quickly. Everyone was so nice and efficient. A truly pleasant experience. As I left (I was the only patient) I saw the whole staff hanging out together and having a great time waiting for more patients to arrive. The mark of a good business is if the employees enjoy it. Highly recommend. Next Level is SO MUCH BETTER than the company previously in this location.

My first experience at this location Next Level was simply bc I was on that side of town when I needed care for my 2 year old. I was blown away by the kindness showed right from the front desk check in. My daughter was seen and checked out quickly! 5 months later when I needed to take her to urgent care, I drove 30 minutes just to take her here. I cannot say enough how wonderful the entire staff is. They genuinely care for their patients. I came in with a sick child, but the staff noticed I was crying and they showed me love and compassion as well! I cannot thank them enough! With 4 kids all under 10, we are what seems to be frequent flyers to urgent cares and I will always drive the 30 minutes for this one!! 5 stars isn t enough

This is the worst place to get any help. Went for an open fractured toe last Wed, got stiches and now a week later, after waiting 2 hrs yesterday in their wait room, to be told they will let me know when I can have the the stiches they put in. Well today is Thurs, and I made an appointment at 9:40 this morning. No call, no text, no one can tell me what Im to do with my stiches

David Bonn was the doctor that we saw and we couldnt be any happier with how he handled everything. I brought my 8 year old son into the urgent care and he was crying in pain. Dr. David was very calm and patient with him as well as all of their amazing nurses. After many tests he looked at me and said that he is sure that he has appendicitis and that I needed to take him to the ER immediately. Of course I listened to him and took him to the ER. After their tests they confirmed it and he had the surgery. If Dr. David wouldnt have caught it things could be very different for my son. He also then Diagnosed me with Covid and made sure I had everything and every treatment that I needed to get better ASAP. I would recommend him to anyone!!

I ve now been here twice for a skin condition that needed immediate treatment. Both times I was seen in a timely manner and treated with exceptional service. The nurses take time to listen as to why I was there. The doctors made sure I was comfortable and talked me through the procedure. I received more information and knowledge about this skin condition at this clinic than any dermatologist I ve been to. I highly recommend this clinic.

Totally professional! I received same day service, everyone from the reception person to the doctor who examined me were friendly and welcoming. Facilities were spotless, my prescription was waiting at my local CVS when I arrived. Total time from entering the clinic to departing was 45 minutes, 15 minutes later I had picked up my prescription!

I was so impressed with Next Level Urgent Care in League City. Immediately, with the employee who welcomed me and did my intake I felt comfortable. She was so upbeat and really seemed to care how I was feeling. The nurse and x-ray tech were so nice, and the PA was kind and informative. I was in and out in no time and had results in 30 minutes. Do not go here. The nurse was very rude. Then when they went to administer the Covid test they went so far up my husbands nose he was bleeding. He was wincing in pain and the nurse responded with are you going to let me finish? He s still in a lot of pain hours after the test and we are debating on what we need to do for his pain. The other doctor who came in was of no help to us. The service was horrible and clearly no bedside manner. If you are looking for a Covid test and wanting a lobotomy at the same time this is the place for you.

Fantastic team! As soon as I walked through the door I was welcomed and cared for. From the front desk, to the techs, to the NP, I felt like they were truly working to give me the best experience. I came to this clinic due to some long standing cold symptoms, and the nurse practitioner Derek did his due diligence in treating and diagnosing my problems. When my PCP refused to see me in person due to my symptoms, despite being fully vaccinated and COVID negative, I am thankful to have Next Level Urgent Care expedited service.

This location has changed ownership from Urgent Care to Next Level Urgent Care. If you return, youll sign in as a new patient because the records didnt carry over, but the location and care is the same. Derek Bonn NP is still on the staff and hes a fabulous Nurse Practitioner. I visited the location recently for allergies and was pleased to see he was there. Service is quick and people are friendly. I highly recommend it. FYI, my regular care physician couldnt see me for 3 days so this location is a great option when you really need to see a doctor.

I went to Next Level Urgent Care this morning to get a sore in my mouth and my ear checked out. Overall, the care was terrible. The only positive is that the receptionist was extremely speedy with check in and very nice. I waited 1.5 hours after that, and only saw the health care professional for 10 minutes. However, worse than the wait, was the actual care. The person who was trying to flush out my ear (from buildup of wax), didnt know what she was doing and stuck the device into my ear so abruptly I yelled in pain. She called someone else in to help her with the procedure, because she didnt know what to do! Later on after I left, I realized there was blood in my ear. I have an appointment with my regular doc tomorrow to make sure she didnt damage my ear drum. I will never return.

I was brought to Next Level Urgent Care this morning after falling and injuring my left arm. From the time I walked into the Lobby to the time I walked out of the front door the care was phenomenal! Everyone working there was kind ( I was in a lot of pain). There were efficient, professional abd very knowledgeable. I can t say enough thanks to all of them. They made a very painful situation bearable. I have already recommended this urgent care to many people and will continue to do so. I was a nurse for almost 50 years so I know what good care is and I got it.

Went to Next Level to help a friend obtain urgent care. It was a wonderful experience from the get-go. The receptionist, Mirjam (or Mimi), was so easy to work with. She was on it, when it came to checking insurance coverage, helpful with the questions on the patient questionnaire, and cheerful during the entire follow-through process of continuous shepherding of my friend through the process in place. Angela the P.A. was thoroughly dedicated to diagnostic care and follow-up after my friend s X-rays. Angela T. was the radiologist who took 4 X-rays for comparative purposes and did so in a fast, efficient, and effective manner. Everyone was abundantly kind and properly focused on the process of appropriate care. Five thumbs-up (out of five) for Next Level Urgent Care.

I went to Next Level Urgent Care in League City because I injured my wrist while at the beach. Madison, at the front desk got me checked in quickly. Dustin had me laughing the entire time I was there. He took my mind off the pain I was feeling. The PA Angela was knowledgeable and read the x-ray before the radiologist. Luckily it was only a sprain. They got me a brace and I was ready to go. I am so glad I found this location. I know I will be back because I am very accident prone.

I brought my entire family in for PCR COVID testing prior to traveling. Mimi at the front desk was quick and efficient getting the 5 of us registered. Jacity was great with my kids and Angela C. put up with my husbands jokes, so that right there deserves 5 stars. Every staff member we encountered were incredibly friendly and down to earth! My 3 kids ages 11-15 were very comfortable with Dustin and Angela while getting checked. They made going to the doctors office pleasurable. Everything from setting up appointments, check in, and registration was so quick and efficient. I was actually seriously impressed by how quickly the doctors were able to figure out my issue and help me out! I came into Next Level with a severe toe pain that came out of nowhere, I waited maybe 5 minutes max, was immediately seen by the attending doctor who was responsive, asked questions, gave me an x-ray, etc. He was a larger guy with a beard, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The head doctor was almost immediately able to find out the issue based on my x-rays, joint inflammation of the toe. I was given a steroid shot, anti-inflammatories and an antibiotic and I started getting better almost immediately, by the next morning I was almost completely back to normal. My initial expectation was that I would probably be sent to a specialist, who would send me to another specialist...and I would be missing a week of work before finding out what was wrong. I was pleasantly surprised that that was not the case! I was in and out of Next Level in less than 40 minutes and they knew exactly what to do to find/treat the issue I was having. Every person that worked with me was great, the attending doctor, the head doctor, the receptionist. They turned a terrible day into a significantly better one. I wish I could remember the names of the staff to give them kudos individually! Thanks!

At the same location was another Urgent Care there and always got my shots there with out any issues. Back in December on the the first day they were open the staff made a phone call to their management to see if they can give shots that I had a prescription for and was told yes. Yet was told their computer system is mess up and could not save any information or having a hard time putting information in. I came two more time same computers issues and got my shots needed. Now I came on a weekend new crew working, told me they were not sure they can give me my shot and needed to call management. In the system it showed that I only received two shots and no notes of them calling for approval from anyone. The lady did say they would do it this time and no more. Not sure if this could be a HIPPA issue due to their computer system is mess up and where all of patient information is going. Apparently the left hand is not talking with the right hand to get the computer issues fixed. I did see them in the past type information in when I checked in the past and have no idea where my information went too. The last Urgent Care there worked well with me and asked for blood work done from my PCP to let them know I was cleared to get my shots.

We learned that my elderly parents were exposed to COVID on Dec 19 after three of our family members had just tested positive. I called for an appointment at Next Level and thankfully we were able to get in for testing the same afternoon at the League City location. We arrived from Pearland and found a very friendly, helpful & professional team. This team deserves much thanks for putting our fears to rest. The staff is very nice from the lady in the front all the way to the doctor on duty! When came here for a rapid COVID, Joel did my swab. Normally when I get my nose swabbed, my nose bleeds and it s always painful. When Joel did it, it didn t hurt AT ALL. He was very patient and gentle. When you come, ask for Joel!
