Elaine listed our house for only 2 months and brought 3 offers. The last offer was close to our full asking price and we have no doubt that she would have sold it at our asking price. However we decided to remove the listing from the market because we no longer needed the money due to another piece of land we sold. She is very efficient and does all the background work without bothering us for details on the house as other realtors do. Her thought process is very clear with specific reasoning as to how to market the property and how to price it competitively.
