Rachel was my bartender. She was really friendly & helpful with the menu. The wings were prepared perfectly - love that they re meaty and drenched in sauce! I picked only drumsticks cuz that s my jam. It s a little pricey but wings are a rare event for me, so I figured it was worth a splurge.

VERY Disappointed with the way NATASHA addressed my issue this evening. The app continuously messes up and not only was I Double charged on my last visit because we paid online through the QR code at our table .. but ordering today at the Frisco location through the app was no better and the GM Natasha offered no solutions to my concern that my rewards were not applied to my order and she very rudely interrupted me to tell me Oh Well, it is what it is and refused cancelling the order and refunding because I had already paid online! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND ALTHOUGH I LET THE OTHER ISSUE (last week at carrollton location) GO AND DID NOT BRING IT TO MANAGEMENT, THE RESPONSE I RECEIVED TONIGHT FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!

Someone told me the wings were the best here and it goes without saying they were. However my disappointment was found with the lack of employees present. Couldn t help but notice how people were turned away because they were so far behind in the kitchen and didn t have enough servers. Yet there were plenty of empty tables. (Bar was full) Takeout took over 30 minutes Regardless, staff was polite and food was good. Management simply needs to manage staff!

We are big fans of Buffalo Wings however this is the 3rd time we have come to this location and they make us wait to be seated and no one says anything so we have had to leave. This location has been running on serious employee failures for the last few times and the customer service is infamously bad. I recommend not visiting that place. I have been to many bdubs before and this was by far worst experience. Both the waiters were very very rude and wings were very dry and no sauce at all. Yeah, so all those really bad reviews youre seeing for this joint..? Believe them. Where to start... Well, heres a tip. If youre ordering takeout, make sure not to show up until 20 minutes after your scheduled pickup time. Your food wont be ready until then anyways, no matter how few customers there are. So youll just be standing around waiting, looking at an empty restaurant and wondering are my groceries thawing in the backseat? If youre planning on dining in, reconsider your plans. In my 20 minutes of standing around and observing, 8pm on a Thursday, I watched multiple customers be denied seating. Were not seating right now, despite there being only one table occupied, and a handful of people at the bar. The excuse here was theres been a run in call-in orders. Well, Im standing by the takeout area. By my count, one order was leaving the kitchen every 3-4 minutes, and the phone only rang once. As for the food, it was fine. Hot and correct. But barely any sauce on these , unseasoned wings. Spend your money literally anywhere else, youll be happier. Delivery drivers, my recommendation is to refuse orders from here if you want to be on time. Edit: As you can see below, someone will reach out to negative reviews with a form response, directing to the Orders and Visits section of their websites FAQ page. This section doesnt exist on their FAQs. Their form response is outdated. The Reach Out section exists, but this is a simple form that will likely lead to no resolution. BWW knows how far theyve fallen, they just dont care.

I had an amazing experience in this store as usual , amazing food , amazing staff , very clean .Today I met the cashier Annabelle . She is so much friendly - answered my all questions with full of patience and most importantly I like she is very polite and respectful to the customers . We waited to get seated for 10 minutes when it s only 7:45 and the store was empty and employees were disregarding us. Dirty tables and floors, no napkins or silverware on the table. I don t even know where to start. Friday around 4:30. Totally dead inside and the bartender was covering the entire restaurant. Somehow our food came out instantly it seemed, meaning microwaved it reheated in some manner. It was not the b-dubs I remember. It was bland and chewy. Took forever to even pay out bill. One of the worst experiences I ve ever had. I placed an order just like I do 2-3 times a week. I m on Keto so I frequent this location a lot. I accidentally placed an order to the wrong location. When asked to speak to a manager ( Chip ) he came out rude and very dismissive. He told me to call the other location that there was nothing he could do, I asked for help and he told me to leave the store, he threatened to call the cops on me and proceeded to threaten me by calling my employer and filing a complaint on me because I was going to file a complaint on him. 0 customer service skills, lacks compassion for a customer and wasn t willing to help even though it s the same company. Horrible experience. Filed a complaint with corporate. After seeing all the bad reviews I can tell why this place is always so empty. Here we are 2 weeks later and still waiting for a manager to reach back out. Haven t even had an apology.

I redeemed my 1300 points for 10 wings online through the app plus my 6 bday day wings online and when I went up to this location to pick up my order they told me My 1300 points were invalid. We came in around 9:30. When we walked in, a girl said past the black wall is open seating. Those instructions were pretty unclear and there were people sitting in the dining area, which is past a low black wall, so we sat at an empty table there and no one corrected us. Larissa was so sweet and came over and asked us if anyone helped us or told us about the area being closed, to which we said no, that they said to just sit past the wall. She was so sweet and went above and beyond to serve us anyway. She was very attentive, efficient, and provided us excellent service!

I don t know what is with this restaurant , we came as a party of 7. No server came to us for 20 mins and then came and asked to order online. We asked for an extra ranch we didn t get for 30 more mins after multiple follow-ups. I don t know why these servers are that rude and ignoring us. Walked in and the hostess Shara did not want to seat us, look more annoyed to do her job than greet us. The waitress we had Kristin was the only one that looked like she was working. Super sweet and always checked in on us a lot. Refilled our drinks and didn t looked annoyed by us. She had to tell Shara to help so she didn t stand there and look useless which she was. We came on a week day the place was practically empty except for a few people in the bar area yet we decided to get our order to go. We went on a Monday noon. The place was quiet and ambience was nice. It s pretty big and the hostess was very polite. We loved the food , when asked the hostess recommended honey sriracha wings, we ordered and they turned out to be the best. The Tennessee sandwich was huge and yum. The server and the service were the worst i have ever experienced!! I love going to bdubs and has been my favourite place but they are always short staffed, they do not care about what people want, you get water literally after 45 - 60 mins after being seated and has to be reminded that we need some water. I ordered a 15 boneless wings to go with 3 different sauces. When I checked my order I discover that there is hardly any sauce on one set and not enough on the other two . I point this out to the cashier only to be told that if I wanted any extra sauce I would have to pay 65 cts extra for each sauce so I asked for a manager but she kept insisting that it would cost me extra, so I demanded a manager and was told that I could not talk to people that way. Thankfully a manager came out and after I pointed out the issued she took the boxes in and came out with sauce in the wings. I know not what else they did to them but at least they have sauce on them now without having to pay extra for something that should have been there in the first place

Had lunch there on 2/ 19. Ordered the Buffalo Chicken Salad with the Hot Buffalo sauce. It came with 2 chicken breaded Tenderloins, not cut up. Nice tomato wedges, bacon and blue cheese crumbles. I had honey mustard as my salad dressing. Overall it was pretty good, I ate at bar and bar tender was very helpful and asked multiple times if he could get me anything. The only negatives were, the lettuce was fresh but had a little too much stem for my liking and the two drunk guys at end of the bar were loud and border line obnoxious.

Worst experience! They served their hottest and spiciest wings I guess to my 9 year old. Just one bite and she started crying and literally ran to find water as no water was served at our table even after ordering until then. After having some cold water and milk that came after 10 minutes, she started shivering and we just had to leave. It turns out that our server messed up and served us the wrong order. The Bar tender (as per our server) came and said that the honey bbq wings we ordered are supposed to be spicy and tried to put the blame on me.. but thankfully the server had the spine to accept his mistake. This location has never had fantastic service , but in the last few months the service has really tanked. Last night my family of 4 waited 15 minutes to be seated and after zero acknowledgement we seated ourselves (there were only 2 tables of patrons). Someone finally took interest in us only to ask us to move (because the section was closed even though there was a family eating in the booth next to us) so we moved only to be ignored again. Staff seemed confused, and disinterested. We walked out. About a month ago we were greeted with the same disconnected energy only during that visit an overwhelmed server reached out, seated us, and made up for the disorganization. We love BWW, but not like this.

Whoever owns the frisco location needs to empower the manager to hire competent employees. This review is just a repeat of things gone bad but decided to review them finally. Today we ordered for 5 people and asked that all the food come out at the same time ( because it hasnt in the past) of course I got left out and the to go order for tonight came out and I still never got my food. No wonder this place is empty except for a few steady folks that will stop for a beer. No wonder so many have gone out of business. If you have to shut down to find good employees then do so and pay them! might make a difference is sales.

Im sitting at a table right now. Ive waited over 15 minutes for multiple rounds of drinks, 15 minutes for appetizers that probably take 3 min in the fryer. The food came out cold, and mine came out 10-12 minutes before the other 2 peoples at my table. After 20 minutes wait8ng for shots my waitress just said Patience is a virute. No maam. This is wild. If you have someone managing this restaurant right now, what on Earth are they doing? The bar is late. The service is late. The kitchen is late. And theyve not come to the table once despite sending cold food back... This is a joke. Im paying this bill only because we will NEVER be back to a Buffalo Wild Wings. When EVERYTHING is this bad. Its a management issue.

Went for dinner today. No server approached us to ask if we need a table. Waited 15 mins in line for dine in only for the server to come and tell us that there is a wait time of 35-40mins. The server looked pretty lost and least interested in helping the customers. Very disappointed!

I have worst experience today in this location. Their online system was showing incorrect pay amount and requested to get me correct check even though online amount was less after trying multiple attempts. Interior needs a major face-lift, looks like a a shop with a bunch of tvs and tables rather then a restaurant, it smells, and it has qr codes as menus, so if your phone dies, goodluck. and servers stared at me, having a conversation for 5 min before seating me. But food was decent.

So I placed an order through Grubhub. I placed an order for 20 wings in Chipotle BBQ, an order of fries, two orders of carrots, and a side of ranch. When my order was dropped off, it was still taped closed with the order receipt taped to it...what I received was 10 plain wings, my fries, and a single order of carrots. Now, the wings box had the correct stickers on it for what should have been inside, but aside from that and the fries, that was the only thing that was correct. Now I ended up driving to the restaurant and explained what had happened...and they did make my order correct...but why is it that the wings get sprinkled with dry rub in the boxes instead of tossing them in dry rub when they come out of the fryer?? Needless to say...not going to order from there again, or visit in person.

Amber is an Awesome Bartender and I ve enjoyed coming here weekly for the last four years but Buffalo Wild Wings is starting to NOT put the customer first. It s bad enough a lot of times there s one bartender and No other servers in bar/cocktail and it s the Only section Open. Unfortunately this has nothing to do with Store Management, unfortunately it s at the Top. Here s an idea Fire your C-Level Management and pay them on KPI s and Improve the Customer experience. If I have to pay one more time from a key code on the bar which your internet signal sucks, then I ll happily go somewhere for full service experience. The Only reason I gave a 5 Star experience is because of Amber and her 5 Star service.

We went to eat at the Frisco location tonight for the first time. I believe our server was great. She had wonderful customer service skills. The kids ordered Mango Habanero flavored wings. They normally get the same flavor at Wing Stop and love it. Unfortunately, my 10 year old was not able to handle the spice since it was not on the same level as what he thought it would be compared to Wing Stop. I asked if we can replace it with another flavor less spicy. I was told ok then followed by a visit by the manager named Jennifer. She informed me that I could not replace it and would have to pay for another set of wings. I told her how the kids didnt know and thought it would be the same as Wing Stop. I further explained he was just a child. She replied its company policy and could not replace it without me being charged for another set of wings. So I would end up paying over $20 just for my 10 year to eat dinner. I have never been to any restaurant where if the customer is not happy with the food it cant be replaced with a better option and not charged double. This was an example of poor training and poor customer service. She was cold in her interaction with us. This was a horrible first impression of a business. We will stick to Wing Stop and warn family/friends of the unprofessional treatment from the manager. The only saving grace was our sweet server that felt bad about our entire experience.

I walked in with an order to go. Ordered a couple of different flavors of wings but not big quantities and not weird flavors. They said 30 min wait. Ok, waited 30 min and approached the desk. This place has to be a joke, how downhill Buffalo Wild Wings has gone, this location always has problems from closed dining room to only having 2 servers a day causing food delivery to be slow and pathetic. As someone who s gone to many many locations this is by far the worst. How do you upset everyone that s been here for 2 hours watching the UT - Bama game . Change the sound to UFC even though their may be 4 fans here for UFC (game is 27-24 right now) Way to go management. Extremely poor experience. The place was practically empty of patrons. We had to wait close to almost 10 minutes to be greeted to be told to wait again. The server mumbled and couldnt be understood. The food took forever to be received and at least 80% of what we ordered was cold or made incorrectly. When wed make basic requests such as refills or silverware, it would take a long time. Over $100 ordered in food. Definitely not worth it. We will not be back to this specific location.

It is September 4 at 12:03pm I just witnessed a rude customer that just walked back in the kitchen with a baby. She was being rude to the staff. She was acting like she owned the place but she should not be talking to staff like this. I asked several of the workers who is she. They stated she is the General Managers wife. She is described as a short lady with short hair. She was very rude to a front desk cashier, asking the cashier are you talking about me behind my back???? This type of harassment to staff is unacceptable and she not be tolerated. If you are the general Managers wife, you are not entitled to speak to anyone in that manner. Serious raise and kudos to William! We just moved and it had been a long day. Decided to sit at the bar and watch some games. William was stellar with recommendations and service. I watched him recommend to each patron at the bar the app for rewards and stayed on top of each persons drinks and food. I d say it was Above & Beyond service; but I m sure this is how he is everyday. THIS should be the standard for everyone. Food was great from the kitchen as always. We had the Everything Pretzel Bites and the new Bulleit Bourbon BBQ sauces wings. That might be my new flavor.

Walked in and was able to grab a spot at the bar without issues. Server was quick to find us and take our orders. Kitchen was much faster than several locations I have been to recently. One of the kegs had trouble and a manager came and apologized for the wait, which wasnt long at all, and gave us coupons for free wings. Impressed with this location and their friendly staff. Will be back again soon.
