Typical buffet environment. Positive thing is it has a small salad bar and soup. Pizza is good for teenagers and people with hangovers. There are desserts on the buffet; The cinnamon rolls with cinnamon glaze are the best. Look for coupons. BTW, small soft drinks are almost $3. Parking: Easy parking. Its next to a mattress store.

Favorite Cicis around! Always have to hit the salad bar, fresh pizza(&if not theyll make what you want!), delicious cinnamon rolls. One of our kids favorite places. For 2 adults and 2 kids we paid about $35 for the buffet. Kid-friendliness: Great to take the kids for lunch or dinner!

Went last friday said they do not honor the kids eat free everyday in summer. Also the 3 hispanic workers 2 young ladies and a guy. Will just talk amongst themselves while customer is waiting to order. Just to stand and stare at you, talk about you in spanish right infront of you and not even say a hello or greet anyone when a customer walks in. Bad class...

Came here once and was the last. Restaurant was dirty, tables were not cleaned up. The customers that were there did not help either. And not to mention the pasta was stuck together. Awful service. I promised my little kids to take them to CiCi s and my older son who did not want pizza was just going to sit with us while we ate- they wouldn t even let us in unless we all paid to eat EVEN though my older son was not eating. Awful customer service! Just because there are dishonest people in the world doesn t mean u every one like they are thieves! Needless to say we took the rest of my family somewhere else to eat!

This is the best CiCis we have been to. Full salad bar, all choices of pizza available at all times. We come to this CiCis every time we are in this area. I live in Montgomery County TX and all the CiCis should be as good as this one but unfortunately they are not. Thank You to ever owns this one, you re doing an excellent job.

I ve been coming here twice a month for years with my wife and had a great experience until today. The team on staff today at 4:00 pm was the most rude and incompetent I ve seen since I began frequenting this establishment in 2021. The restaurant was a mess when we arrived - so much so that I had to clear off my own table to sit. The ice machine was empty the entire time I was there. There was barely any pizza on the bar and the employees were just standing around socializing not making any more pizzas even though people were piling into the restaurant. My wife asked for the ham pizza because it wasn t on the buffet and they gave her a Hawaiian - didn t offer any apology or to make a new one. The manager ALWAYS applies the Veterans discount to the entire meal ticket and for the very first time ever today we were only given a discount for one person even though we both had military IDs. Never coming here again.

Pizza selection was very poor, dessert pizzas was very unappealing. Wasnt much of variety to pick from.Salad bar was very bare and salad dressing containers were empty. The food wasnt worth the price we paid for. We wont be coming to this location when we come back to Texas City. Parking: Very narrow parking places. Not much room if you have a big SUV like mine.

First off, why am I being asked to tip for a buffet? Second, I was made to confirm 3 times no tip before I was given my cups because the first transaction was cancelled by the cashier, then asked again on the second transaction then printed a receipt I then was made to sign for no tip. If your workers are this hard up for tips then you need to pay them better wage instead of guilting your customers into providing your employees a living wage. Also they had so many tables full with dirty dishes that a family had to wait almost an hour to get a table. Why would I tip for this type of experience or even come back to this location ever again? Do better!

This place is trash now. We came for my son s team party, and they REQUIRE every adult, even if you can t and won t eat their trash food, to pay for a buffet. $12.00 for a water. They have signs up all over the counter stating you can t be inside without paying for a buffet. Tells you the character of the owner of this location.

I love going to Cicis Pizza at League City. This time the pizza was very well cooked and the buffet was constantly getting filled with new pizzas. Salad bar was replenished accordingly. They are under construction, but that did not inhibit them in making a good atmosphere and working around it.

Drove my family about 20 minutes to get to this location (this is the closest CiCis to us) and when we arrived (8:30 pm) there was a paper on the door saying they were closing early at 9 pm (Online it stated they close at 10 pm). I understand closing early, but what I dont understand is why the doors were locked at 8:30 pm. There was an employee who saw me at the door, and I knocked to ask why the door was locked so early and if we could place an order to take a pizza home since it wasnt even 9 pm yet, and no joke, this kid looks at me and then turns around and gets on his phone and ignores me knocking. The employees dont seem to value the people who patron the establishment and give them business so they can all have jobs. Im disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer service at this establishment. Driving 20 minutes to find locked doors at 8:30 pm, despite the posted closing time of 10 pm, is unacceptable. Clear communication about early closures and proper training for staff interaction should be priorities. They could have updated the hours online to reflect the early closure so people wouldnt waste their time or gas to drive to this location. They could also train their employees on how to better interact with customers. The employees attitude and demeanor is inexcusable. As a result of this experience, we wont be returning to this location, and its disheartening to see such disregard for those who support your business. Shame.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Very clean location , even in the bathroom. The pizza was typical, but still good. Salad bar and the fixings were definitely fresh. Nice crispy lettuce! And the 1000 island dressing wasnt flooded with pickle flavor like at a different ,popular buffet . The only thing missing was the taco pizza , which is my favorite. Will definitely go back more often.

Pizza line had very little pizza... Alfredo, Alfredo with spinach, pepperoni alfredo, and the flatbread, but only about half a pan at a time. Pizza was undercooked in the center. Cinnamon rolls were raw in the center. Dont know what happened. All my prior visits were good as this was the gold standard for high quality and selection, but this last visit was very disappointing. Fix your ovens, run both of them simultaneously, you dont need two people taking orders, one will suffice, use your staff to make food.

Everything was nasty from the pasta, to the breadsticks to the pizza. The pizza had barely any cheese on it, and it didnt taste like mozzarella cheese. The pasta tastes tough-y like flour that wasnt fully cooked. I tried everything except dessert. The bathroom was dirty. There were only 2 stalls and one was broken. The toilet was covered in plastic to prevent anyone from using it. You could smell the dirty diapers from the trash and used feminine hygiene products were exposed in a trash without a lid. I had to leave after I watched a lady pick a front wedgie and then touch the utensils used to serve food. On top of it, she returned to her table with the same wedgie because her shorts were too small.

I purchased some cinnamon rolls. I called to place the order @ 9:41p the name on the order was for J 20 cinnamon rolls extra icing. I got to my house and they looked TERRIBLE but it was too late to go back and I threw them away because that was not quality cinnamon rolls . My $6 went down the drain.
