Went through negative experiences with 3 other corporate lawyers before finding a really good one in Javairia This is why I used her for my clinic deal: When I interviewed her to see if I would hire her she, she told me that her belief in God simply did not allow her to be dishonest. This is very refreshing to hear in a corporate world that is often full of unethical practices I hired her and we finally closed on the deal within 2 months. What I liked about her was: 1. Her quick responsiveness, 2. Being detail oriented in going through 10s of pages of legal jargon that made no sense to me, 3. Her experience with previous healthcare related deals came in handy in a few instances when negotiations got tough Have already recommended her to others and will continue to do so

While on the search for a credible lawyer to help me with an incident involving Intellectual Property, I found Javairia. From the very beginning, she was helpful and answered every question or curiosity I had, as this was the first time Ive dealt with something on this level. This year has been quite difficult for everyone due to the pandemic for many different reasons. While it wasnt possible or safe enough to meet in person, communication was never an issue, as Javairia was always in communication with me- whether it be through email or phone call conversations regarding my case. Javairia got me a wonderful settlement in my copyright dispute case, and I will definitely recommend her to many others in the future that may have issues with similar incidents such as mine.

As a young physician looking to go into private practice, searching for a job yielded many opportunities. However, when it came to understanding contracts and things to look for before joining an established group, I needed help. On advice of my colleagues I sought legal advice in deciphering contracts I had been offered. Javairia Syed helped me significantly with this process and broke it down in a way I could digest it. She helped me pick out items that could be improved on, and wording that was not so clear and confusing. Overall, I was able negotiate a better contract and terms which were in my best interest (which is very important!). Overall, I would recommend her as she was very responsive and quick to review things and explain them to me. She also was efficient in dealing with the group s lawyer so things got done faster. Highly recommend!
