I love the checkout staff. They are ALWAYS so sweet and thoughtful. Although the store has great items in homefurnishings, there are not many comforter choices. The towels abound and are nice. Girls clothing is very nice with a pretty good selection. Womens is too dressy oriented. I bought a pair of jeans although I thought they were too high priced. Ladies casual wear is pretty abundant. I really like this store for my child but find little in what I feel I need as Im 71 and its hard to know at this stage just what to wear.

The manager Janet helped us right away and fast!! We are from Dallas and were heading down to Galveston to get on the Carnival Cruise ship for my daughters wedding and I as the father of the bride forgot my suits back home so I needed a suit FAST because we had to board the ship! We were there right when they opened and Janet helped us right away to get all the pieces for the suit and she was just wonderful and SUPER helpful overall!! We were all stressing and she was able to calm us down and get everything we needed! I want to thank the store Manager Janet for helping us so very last minute, we really appreciated it!! It was a wonderful wedding and I had something to wear to my daughter s wedding all thanks to you!! Thank you so much!!! My family and I really appreciate everything you did that day for us!!

Staff members were much nicer few years ago I used to get much more help at register , recently I felt that they care less for me to buy or change my mind if the situation required checking price or accepting coupon , staff inside Sephora rude as hell was following me as if I m a thief or something!! I am a makeup artist I spend thousands of $$ from Sephora inside mall , but once I saw this approach never again !

I had a great experience today at this store. Special thanks to Julie and Juan. I came here to purchase a jumpsuit today at this location. The staff in that area was Julie and her customer service was splendid. She answered my questions and was patient and kind with me the whole time. The display for the jumpsuit I was purchasing today had a 50% off sign. It was a mistake and the product had a different sale for it. When I had brought it to the attention of Julie, and Juan at the checkout, they showed no hesitation to honour that price. Thank you to Kohls for such honesty and a nice experience.

Customer service at this store absolutely (for lack of another word) SUCKS!! It is definitely NOT first come first serve here. They pick and choose who the want to help. I was picking up an online order. I only had about 15 minutes to complete my transaction, that was already paid for, before I had to be at an appointment. I waited in line about 8 minutes for 2 people to go through the line before me. When I get up there the lady scanned my pickup order and says oh it s on the dock, I have to go get it. While I looked at the time on phone she proceeded to help the person behind me. First of all, I was standing in line longer than this person. Second, it is not my fault you do not have my item where is SUPPOSED to be when you emailed me yesterday that it was ready for pick up. I may not have time to pick my item up before my trip out of town and I needed a larger suitcase!

I arrived at Kohls at 7: 30 p.m. and the doors were closed and locked. The sign on the door as well as the website indicate that the store would be open until 8:00 p.m. When we have big box stores shuttering on the regular, I dont see how any business can afford to turn away customers during posted hours of operation. It is disappointing to drive all the way to a location to find that the standards, systems, and procedures are just not being adhered to.

The lady at customer service was patient and considerate in her explanation of things. It was relatively fast and easy to do a return from online using my emailed receipt order number. The cashier was not as friendly and not as helpful with the coupons but efficient. The dressing rooms are open for use without an attendant.

Absolutely horrible experience. I don t know why I bother to walk into Kohls anymore. Other folks must feel the same way because there wasn t many people there. I had to reinstall the kohls app on my phone while I was there walking around. An old kohls credit card that I haven t used in years magically popped up on the app. I went to the service counter and asked them if they could check to verify that this old card is still closed. They told me they were sorry they couldn t help me with that. I would need to go online to see if it s closed, but they d be happy to help me open up a new card. The other horrible experience was when I tried to use the 20% off friends and family coupon. The coupon doesn t work on any name brand items. Just about everything stocked in the store is name brand, so the coupon is useless. I walked out of the store without buying anything. I don t want to come back. The store has bad vibes. All of the walls are bare. They don t use the walls for displaying product anymore. It makes the entire store feel so empty. Is kohls going bankrupt just like Bed Bath and Beyond? It feels like they are.

Employees are always seen with a bad attitude. Today I lost my cell phone and I went to ask customer service, the girl at the register told me that no one had delivered it. I kept looking and he looked at me and he didnt tell me that someone had already delivered it, I asked again and with attitude asking me for details of my phone when I already knew that I had lost it and I gave him the details of my phone previously, in that place I was not I feel welcome very nice place Good prices but horrible workers Kohls should invest in training their staff More than doing commercials, with staff like that They dont make you want to buy anything from them

Tina who works at Amazon returns is extremely passive aggressive. She scoffed at me because my label was taking forever to load (for which I got out of line in respect to the people behind me.) I brought in the Amazon box and she asked if I wanted to keep it to which I replied no and then she took it and said well you ripped it all up When the only tear done was the one necessary to open the contents. She then scoffed again and proceeded to toss the box across the counter.

My husband and I went here to return an Amazon order and the kohls employee doing the return was extremely rude and unprofessional. He said to my husband are you on something, why are you so fidgety and shaky. My husband has a neurological disorder that causes him to shake and he is already self conscious about it. We will never shop at this kohls again. The employee was a young man with pink hair. Such a horrible place.
