First of all, the portions. Omg the portions are huge! Was not expecting the table to be filled with that much food. I got the country boy and everything was cooked perfectly. My eggs were precisely over medium. Bacon and hash browns crispy delicious. And the pancakes fluffy not too sweet, just amazing. I will totally be back again!

For those who have never experienced a meal from Kelleys, you have not lived!! Kelleys ALWAYS serves the freshest, best tasting food this side of the Mason-Dixon line!! It is country, comfort food at its finest and you wont believe the enormous portion sizes, especially the chicken fried steak!! I promise, you wont leave hungry.... but save room for their amazing desserts!! You can never go wrong with their daily specials at a VERY reasonable price!! You cant beat it! We adore the staff there as many of them have been with Kelleys a long, long time (even after being closed for a year due to a fire, they all came back which says a lot about the owner)! If you havent been to Kelleys, you better get there as fast as you can.... youll wonder why you didnt go sooner!!

We got one fried and one grilled pork chop. As well as the grilled pork ribeye! So delicious. The pork ribeye was the best in our opinion. The cut was way more soft and juicy than we expected.

I came in tonight and ordered beef tips and gravy. Ordered my food came out pretty quick order to Sweet Tea got a unsweet ask for a sweet she just topped off my unsweet tea with more sweet tea whatever no big deal. When I say my potatoes were cold and rice at the bottom of my beef tips and gravy. Bowl overflowing. I pretty much took a couple of bites and left a full plate on a table and nobody gave a care in the world 9-18-24 26$

Cleaner than the other location in la marque, and food is just okay. Got a burger was good except it had too much mustard. And the fries were ok. Kids got French toast, which was more like fried egg on bread. Needless to say, kids didnt eat any of it. Hubby likes the breakfast here, but he mentioned the breakfast sausage at this location tasted different. Sorry, but I wont be coming back to either location.

It was my first time to eat here and oh what a pleasant experience I had! I went on a Monday and had one of the daily specials of fried catfish and shrimp. My side orders black eyed peas, coleslaw and broccoli rice casserole. This also came with a dinner roll and a piece of cornbread. All of that for under $12.00 is not bad. The location is close to the highway and in a good neighborhood. The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. The server I had was absolutely outstanding and seemed to really enjoy her job. The place gets very packed so if youre going for lunch or dinner you might want to leave a little early. Its a shame Im not staying longer in the Houston area because I would really like to come back here and try their breakfast and their dinner. So if youre in the mood for some good old country cooking, this place would definitely make a good choice.

Kelley s is my favorite place to eat when it comes to true comfort food and great service. Not only do they serve enough in one order to feed 3 people, the charge is less than the value of the meal. I can easily eat leftovers for two days with one meal. I usually order a big breakfast or a grilled fish because I love them, but since they started chargrilling the chops and burgers, I ve been ordering that as well as the homemade fresh onion rings OMG it s all so good and fresh. Now I ve been converted on dessert and started ordering the carrot cake. I m a dessert connoisseur and usually go for chocolate, but the carrot cake is amazing. I always get Togo orders of it to survive the cravings. I plan on flying in next month just to satisfy some cravings. Kelley s is super clean, the staff is on top of it all and the owners are very caring of their restaurant, family and community. I m a forever Customer.

Kelleys is a family...with a menu to cover all tastes at all times..Breakfast is available 24 hrs...Other meals remind you of dishes most of us grew up with from midweek meals to Sunday Dinner after church..Vegetables fresh like Grandma made, wide selection of meats and hot rolls to fight over...Something lite..All sandwiches and hamburgers for every taste with everything to accompany them....Seafood and Steaks with the trimmings....but save room for dessert (,or get it to go,)..On trip will.never be enough, so plan on at least once a week....Eat and enjoy.

It was Sunday afternoon. My wife had kelly s grand slam breakfast with the chicken fried chicken and the eggs fried over hard and hashbrowns and I had the Kelly s Key burger double meat double cheese with two eggs over easy on it and fries and one onion. Let me tell you this was so good. The burger weighed probably about 3 pounds. if you ever walk away from Kelly s still hungry it s your own fault because everything is so good. The staff was absolutely wonderful.

The service was excellent, and the taste of the food was disappointing. No where near the original diner experience of homestyle cooking of prior years. There were NO seasonings, in various dishes of our orders; meat loaf, broccoli cheese casseroles, mashed potatoes, the breakfast hasbrowns were bland, the pancakes, albeit huge, were dry, and for an all day breakfast diner, they were out of biscuits at 2 pm. Boo!! I love the biscuits n gravy. The best part of our visit this dsy was service with a smile, the food proportions are awesome and worthy of the prices, the onion rings are delicious and crunchy, the cooked carrots-delicious!! Well be back, but we may have to stick to breakfast and be here early before the biscuits are gone.

They are not service dog friendly I was forced to pay for the meal and not able to eat it because I slipped my dog the first bite of my meal I was told youre not allowed to eat here with your dog give me your plate the woman manager said so I paid $32 for the meals and the $20 tip which equaled over $50 and I got penalized because of a service dog I registered license service dog Kid-friendliness: I considered my dog my child is a registered service dog on the federal government give it to me by the veterans administration I was denied my food after I paid for it they took my plate away from me and said if I feed my dog there I dont eat there so I decided not to eat there theyre not dog friendly

This is a great restaurant. I eat here on a regular basis. This Sunday morning I called in an order for pick up. The guy did not know what my order was, but it is a popular advertised order. I asked for a side option that I always order when dining in and he told me it was not an option. Train your people if they are answering calls to go. I LOVE going to Kellys. Their staff is attentive and refill your beverages in a timely manner. Their menu has various food options to choose from . The food tastes great! I especially appreciate the Texas size portions. The price for the value is spot on, yea you might go to a Cracker Barrel because it tastes good but the portions are teny- tiny, you dont get too much for your buck.. at Kellys you get more than enough and still some to take home for the next day and it doesnt cost you an arm and a leg. The service was absolutely excellent the food came very quick and the order was correct! However the food had absolutely no taste at all I actually ordered the chicken fried steak with green beans cabbage and cornbread dressing. The giblet gravy on top of the dressing was cold the dressing had no flavor at all the Cabbage was overcooked and taste like it was just soaked in water with bacon pieces the green beans also were not seasoned and was served at room temperature. The hot rolls and Cornbread was probably about the only thing that was edible for me! But the young man and the other female servers were absolutely delightful!

The manager I called today her name supposedly was Jennifer me and my family go there mostly all the time and we own our own company and we are very tired and if people that know about owning your company, you can work 24 seven well the end of the day it was nighttime and my husband Wanted me to go eat with him with my nephew I said no I m so tired. Just bring me something back so he got me a chicken salad and he arrived home. I wasn t ready to eat Because I was still working once I was ready to eat. I opened up the bag and there was no ranch for my salad. I was very upset well by the time I called they were close so when I woke up the next day, I called and talked to Jennifer. She said she is a manager. She said I m sorry I can t help you. I can t replace your mail. I could just give you a dessert. I went to pick up my to go order and while waiting i noticed a 6% charge that said togo. I asked what was that charge for and they said it was a to go fee charge. Number one I was not informed they were charging me 6% to pick up my own food. This was very underhanded and very unprofessional as a restaurant. Just giving you a heads up how this restaurant operates dishonestly. I spoke to the manager and she just blew me off. I ask for a complaint form and apparently thry don t know what that is. So i wrote my complaint on the back of the receipt to the owner. I also let the manager know i was going to do a google review and she acted like no big deal. Really?

Hadnt been since they reopened after the fire. Still just as good. Huge portions. Definitely the place for comfort food. I ordered chicken fried steak for lunch. It was as big as my plate. And my husband ordered pancakes. Also as big as the plate. Ive never seen such huge pancakes. You definitely get your moneys worth. The food, service and atmosphere were all good. Thats why its been around for decades. Keep up the good work Kelleys!

I have been coming to this place since I was a child, at least 20+ years now, many many great meals over the years. But something has definitely changed, the food quality is down and prices are up. I ordered the Fiesta chicken this go around a dish I have ordered many times at this location, the chicken was the blandest driest piece of chicken I have ever had even with the toppings. It clearly was not seasoned or marinated which it usually is. So I politely asked for a replacement entree which the staff kindly obliged. I picked the liver and onions, and let me tell you I have had MRE s that would be considered 5 star dish next to this, it was foul. The first bite just about turnt my stomach and I had to spit it out it went straight in the trash. I am not a picky person and I do not expect Kelley s to be operating a gourmet facility it never has been. But the food prices no longer justify the quality of food, no matter the quantity. I could go on about the other dishes we ordered let s just say it was all extremely underwhelming. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere my friends. I suppose management will probably respond to this at some point and all I can tell you is to get your act together. I know the economy is rough and it s probably hard to find good cooks/staff but we gotta do better. Let s Make Kelley s Great Again!

My sister n law who lives in the area took me to this place in Webster, Texas, right outside of Houston. I love the food. This is a hometown friendly family restaurant. Our server, a young lady named Page, was so sweet, friendly, professional, and on top of everything. What a pleasure it was to have her as our server. Oh, and the carrot cake was to die for oh so good. When I come to visit this area again because Im from Chicago, Ill definitely go back to this restaurant in the Webster Clear Bay area. The food was great. You get huge portions u will walk out full and dinner for a few night. The baked poatos are enormous never in my life have I seen them so big. The burger was huge. Everyhing is big. It was good. Except the corn bread and rolls. Not so good. Tasted aweful.
