10/4/2024 Last time I will ever come here. For the mid to average quality of food here its RIDICULOUSLY overpriced. A plate of tacos cost a whopping $17 dollars and thats with no rice or beams. The basic fish filet cost $15. Kid nuggets cost $11. Absolutely insane. The fish filet used to cost $9 WOW the food is basic and for the price absolutely NOT WORTH IT!! Never again!!!!!!???

Unfortunately today we had a horrible experience at this location. They offered us to buy one sushi roll and the other for free, and when paying we were charged for two. Without telling us that it had to be the same style when we noticed others before ordering, WE ASKED with the manager NACHO. The bill should have been $25 and they charged us $50. I think it is ABUSE because we have been clients for many years. Tonight, we were let down and lost some excellent customers! As such, I am advising everyone to check their accounts before paying.

Went here about 1 week ago and food was great but waitress made me give this place a 3 star because of how she reacted to her own mistake. Went with my family and ordered their mariscada for 2 and 3 drinks. When we asked for the tab, we were asked if we would be paying cash or card and we told them card. 1st off they have a card fee which now-a-days, for the money they make, is ridiculous. Then they hover over you while you re given a portable charging station which makes you feel sort of pressured to hurry and pay. 2nd, our card payment fee and tax included % on an extra $4 drink that we didn t order. When I told the waitress about the mistake, she reached in her apron pockets and took out 4 dollars and slammed them on the table and walked away. No professionalism on her part, even though I had already tipped her over 20% of our total.

I usually shy away from Mexican seafood on the Texas/Mexico border, but La Laguna was highly recommended by local drivers. The huachinango diabo sauce was fantastic. I was impressed with the size of the Gulf of Mexico Red Snapper. A lot of deep fried options on the menu-in true Texas tradition. They do offer aguachiles and different seafood soups which Is nice to see. Chips and salsas are great. The guacamole salsa was one of the best I ever had. Impeccable service, very nice and tranquilo setting. Truck parking available.

I placed an order through their page, they confirmed the order and I even received a text saying that it would be ready, when we arrived for the order they said that they did not receive it and that it is not their fault that the page no longer works and that they have been there for months They dont use it and they should say on their page that it doesnt work but they dont know why the page continues taking orders. Several times it was mentioned to me that it was not their fault, which from a point of view, if they are providing that service and it does not work, they should take responsibility and admit that it is their mistake or some kind of apology. Anyway, we had to wait another 30 minutes for the order to be ready.

The service was awful. We barely saw the waitress. We had a big table and ordered different meals. All of then except the mix ceviche were so disappointing. I ordered the shrimp al mojo de Ajo and was terrible. I couldnt even eat it. I used to like la Laguna but now I dont think we will be back.

WOW ! This seafood restaurant has a diverse selection of dishes to choose from. I will be glad to give them another visit. This was my first time there where my father and myself were recommended to have lunch. I ordered a seafood cocktail called vuelve la Vida, it had octopus, oysters, shrimp, crab, and more! I also enjoyed some very tasty fish tacos. It is a great place to eat and treat yourself to some great seafood!

One of the best places to eat seafood in Laredo. The prices are a bit high but also the portions are very decent. The service is nice and fast. To eat we got several items to try out as much as we could, every main dish comes with 2 sides of choice (Vegetables, salad, fries or rice), first we got the Chicharrón de Pescado, that came with a cocktail sauce, the Chicharrón was extremely good, a bit crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, the flavor was just perfect. We also got the Tacos de Camarón al Pastor, which was a very original flavor, we liked it a lot. Moreover, we ordered the Enchiladas Verdes de Marlin which were very good as well, the sauce was very tasty, the marlin seemed to have a little of cumin which some people dont like but it was not a problem for us. Finally we got the Barquito mixto which is basically a ceviche with octopus, shrimp and fish, it was good although not as tasty as the other dishes, but we put on some lime juice and sauces which ended up making it way better. To drink we got some Micheladas which were very good, originally they didnt include tomato juice (clamato) but we asked for it and they included it.
