Manager didn t want to give me a refund when i asked to do so. She said no because she already made it. They double charged me for extra, that was not fault. They put a small portion of avocado so i said to add a bit more because i was not gonna pay extra for a finer tip of avocado. Charger me 44$ just for me and my gf.

Since it changed to Subway series, it is common to see that the lettuce, the spinach in general, the vegetables are wilted and oxidized and it is a disappointment, its a shame I liked to go occasionally, not now

I recently visited this Subway location and want to commend the employee who served me for their attentiveness and excellent service despite challenging circumstances. However, I was disheartened to see that the franchisee had scheduled only one employee during a busy weekend shift. This not only places undue stress on the staff but also affects the overall customer experience. It s crucial for management to ensure adequate staffing to maintain the quality of service and employee well-being. I hope to see positive changes in the future regarding this issue.

Surprisingly a VERY PLEASANT atmosphere, Service and Highly recommend Pedro! We went hungry, but unsure of what we wanted and Pedro began making suggestions to my daughters, they both loved their choice and it was my 1st time to eat a Tuna Wrap, Excellent Choice Highly recommend! If you dont know where to go and want to enjoy a nice light, medium or heavy meal Subway is an excellent option Vegetarian options: You can order veggies and skip the meats! Dietary restrictions: If you have any, you choose your ingredients on your choice of wrap, salad, sandwiches, Flatbread or Personal Pizza!!! Parking: Right in front of Store front! Well, they like the punches here. Rich, they have a good variety of salads, they prepare them to your liking and if you want, you can take half or in a combo with chips and soda. Their employees, who have visited Laredo, are attentive and cordial, visit them.

If you want to have fun ask them about Sub spice!! They advertise it but none of the employees know what it is. Also if you order curbside pick up you will set there till you go in and get it. They just remodeled the inside so it is nice and clean. The food is subway fresh sometimes the steak is questionable. Last time I was there I ordered a sub club online they made a sandwich and charged me too much for it when I asked why they told me they dont sell sub clubs anymore!! So this person just put whatever meat she wanted on it and decided to charge me whatever price she seen fit. Then refused to give me a refund. The syrup on the soda machine is turned way down so the Dr. Pepper just tastes like carbonated water with little to no flavor. So I do not eat there anymore.

This subway is exactly what you would want from any subway. The employees will make your sandwich to your standards if you tell them exactly how you want it. They have no problems with any little details you might want changed. Very clean and their drink machine is never broken from my experience.

It is open 24 hours yet we stopped to make a purchase and they were out of wheat bread, chicken, no longer carry the jalapeño bread and one of the cheeses was all dried up and crinkled. Isnt it supposed to be at least 110% stocked for the overnight customers to be able to enjoy their favorite sub?

My roast beef sandwich was delicious. I made it deluxe and I highly recommend that you spend the extra change. It is definitely tastier with extra meat. It was fresh and the sandwich was prepared exactly right. The oregano, vinegar and oil by my request were perfect. Of course the vegetables were all fresh too. I brought my whole family and the sandwich artists did a good job. We were in and out if the store quickly
