The service is bad at this location. If you go through the drive-thru, they will make you park and wait about 20 minutes before giving you the food, and its a guarantee that something will be missing or it will be the wrong order. In addition, the food is over-priced, and the food is not prepared correctly. Their staff is completely incompetent.

Not a good experience. I wanted to buy breakfast before work, I saw there was no line and I ordered 2 tacos (potato with egg) at 5:40am. I was the only one in line at the time. Later on, more cars arrived and they started giving the orders to them. They took about 20 minutes to give me my order because they were cooking a whole batch of potatos with egg, which I understand they probably cant only make for 2 tacos. However, if you know u are going to get traffic starting at 530 am, start prepping food a little earlier. Also, the lady was giving me the wrong order, and I had to wait again to get my correct order. I expressed my concern in a calm manner that I was waiting for 15 minutes already, she ignored me and she did not apologize. I feel like customer service is no longer a priority. Its unfortunate I have to be writing this review since I do like Taco Palenque.

Honestly, the tacos are their thing, because I dont know if it will be in this new location, which doesnt taste the same, for a broth the vegetables are mixed with more vegetables than meat, without any flavor, a new dish that they brought out horrible the dry noodle the pot beans :/

Excellent service from the Manager Jennifer Gonzalez who assisted me personally by phone to take my order, when I arrived I went through the drive-thru, paid for my order and they told me to move forward so they could load the order into the car (since there were several bags) Everything was excellent with my order and the employees at Taco Palenque

The food is good, the facilities are clean, the only thing with the service is that I have struggled on 3 occasions with the drive through because it has taken more than 20 minutes to deliver my order. Thats why I prefer to get out of my vehicle and wait at the restaurant so it can be a little faster.

Today marks 3/3 (and last time) that i give this a try. You go to the drive through and they ask you to park out back. #2 in my case. There was NO number 2. the signs were all over the floor and the area smells like sewer. 3 times through the drive through and 3 times I have to walk down to get the order because they cant figure stuff out.

Excellent option to eat, it remains faithful to Mexican cuisine, the tortilla chips are delicious, we love the sauces they have on the bar, the service is always incredible and it is a very clean place. Bad customer service, it s been twice that we have had experiences, basically they gave us the order wrong, didn t even listen to my order or offered me any size of drink just gave me what she wanted and didn t even hear me out to what other extra items I wanted. Friend asked for an extra oz of meat on his order and didn t get it. We had to get down and ask for what we paid for, For the order she was suppose to make since the beginning.

The best Mexican food that there is in town but prices have gone up. If it werent for the prices would probably show up more to eat here. Great food, friendly atmosphere, and service. This taco palenque is usually very clean and the tables are free of any sticky residue. The food is great and the frozen margaritas are even better! Its never too crowded which is great because the parking lot is on the smaller size so sometimes if it is packed it can be a little tricky to find a space Kid-friendliness: Theres a playground for kids to hang around in.

In drive thru. Asked for extra pico de Gallo and confirmed several times. I was assured it was there. Left without checking and found I small cup for 4 tacos. WTH? How can you eat any tacos without salsa? The problem is they have you pull up to serve the people behind you. When they give you the food, they walk away fast and you cant check your order. You have no way to contact them. If I wait then its not fair for the people behind me. If I have to go in, then it defeats the purpose of the drive thru. This has happened several times already, just didnt post it.

Took 30 minutes to get a quesadilla and a chicken bowl was ignored by employees when I went to the counter to find out why it was taking so long and people who came in after me were getting their food already. Once I got it very little chicken in the chicken bowl. I could have got a side of rice and beans and it would have been a better value and might have even had more chicken.
