Rochas is quite new and thus very attractive. They have unique menu items but I went with more traditional enchiladas. The enchiladas were good but a little bland. I almost tried the chicken fried meat loaf, hmmm. I thought the service was not attentive enough since there was a small crowd when we went. Not impressed enough to return, especially since not conveniently located.

Came here with my mom after visiting from out of town and am baffled at this place. The food isn t very good, the batter for the fried pickles is poor and falling apart, and the service was lacking (but the servers were incredibly kind, just not super attentive). We got the check, and my mom noticed the prices were off what was listed on the menu. We got the menu and it turns out, the menu wasn t updated and we were charged the new prices instead of what was listed. Not to mention we were charged a 3% service fee, without any indication there would be one (despite the manager continuously informing us of the restaurant s transparency via a disclaimer notice at the front) even upon inspection. He ultimately honored the original prices paid, which we respected greatly, but we are extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency.

I taught working at Rocha Restaurant Washing Dishes and Pans. I did receive a lot of pressure from Jacqueline, Jose, Karen for not being quick at work and from the Manager Carmen Nájera: She yelled at me very badly at work and I had to endure the humiliation. For making a comment about her mother to young Jackeline, they fired me from work. But the children do have day shift hours. Of which they owe me $131 dollars and they dont want to pay me

Rocha s was an amazing spot to celebrate our 2nd year anniversary! Thank you to the owners for the amazing service, best service I ve gotten in ALL LAREDO!! The food was chefs kiss and the drinks were crafted so perfectly too - the bartenders were nice enough to help me choose a celebratory drink the house because of our wedding anniversary! This place is nothing like any other in Laredo! We were here for the dinner but we sure will be back for the brunch tomorrow! the atmosphere and music was also top tier! Amazing photo ops!

This was a surprisingly good outcome. I never knew they served breakfast in this location. The breakfast was on point. The price is reasonable. The waitress was very attentive. And this place has such comfortable seats, I wanna go back already. I thought it was going to be more expensive since the restaurant is so elegant. Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs.

Rochas surprised me with a combination of it s night-club esque interior space which maintains intimacy despite being open to the rest of the building it shares, as well as the quality of its food and incredibly fair prices for its drinks. I had the Tex-Mex platter (I can t remember it s name) and two house margaritas. The margaritas were fantastic, and the puffy taco was the standout of the meal. The service was great as well. I will definitely return if I have a reason to visit the Laredo area again.

So disappointing- my husband and I were immediately sat and then waited for an additional 15 min to place a drink order (there was nobody at the restaurant besides us)- the waiter disappeared in the back of the kitchen and returned to another table and took care of that party as soon as they sat-we kept waiting- to place a food order for another 15 minutes host just stared at us- - the other party received their drinks and food before we did- we decided to walk out- nobody acknowledged us- never returning

Walking up to the place there was EDM playing loudly, like at a club, but when I walked in I was literally the only person seated in the restaurant. Service was fine and food was decent. The service was bad, the servers had a bad attitude. My daughters drink order was wrong, my nephews food was not brought to him together with the rest of us, he had to wait for his plate and when we bought it up to the server he got upset and gave attitude like if it was our fault. They gave themselves a 25% gratuity like if they were a 5 star restaurant! Dont expect a return from me!

Excellent party place, its not so big but still you can get a lot of fun. Also they usually have brunch on the weekends but havent attended one yet, however, Ive come a couple of times and the service is always great, the drinks are well served and are not so expensive. Some people tend to come here as a pre-party place but others remain until it closes, since the environment feels a little private. The music is also pretty good, not sure if its the only place that plays House music in Laredo, but I really enjoy that vibe.

We were extremely impressed by Rochas! We were staying nearby on a business trip and looked online for a menu that would meet various dietary needs. Rochas had a diverse, but not overly padded menu. We ordered the choriqueso and guacamole for appetizers, and our entrees were the Grilled Chicken Salad and my partner had the Enchilladas con Pollo. I was pleasantly surprised at the enormous chicken breast and presentation of the salad. It was so fresh and delicious- and not painfully over-seasoned. The enchiladas were also outstanding. The food, while very authentic Mexican fare, seemed to have almost undetectable hints of another ethnic fusion. (We are guessing Moroccan? Middle Eastern?) Whatever it was, it was fantastic. It was an excellent value. And... the server Martin was attentive and helpful. We had near perfect service from him, and he was kind and personable. The restaurant itself is rather nondescript on the outside but boasts a tasteful blend of old world and modern contemporary vibes. People werent just eating... they were spending time together, playing games, and having casual chats. It was a breath of fresh air with a upscale and casual elegance. It was a very memorable dining experience. Highly recommended.

We were swarmed by flies the entire time we were there because they leave the back door to the patio open. Steaks were great. I was there today, Sunday 03/13/22 at approximately 12:15, hardly any costumers came in, and many went to the patio, I preferred to be in the living room, I ordered a beef toast, and a tea,... It came in a small glass and I could barely enjoy it, and I had to cancel the toast order due to the delay time of the establishment. All the clerks go to the patio to attend to how many young people arrive and they go to drink at the place... I am amazed at the Clerks prioritize the patio..Other customers inside the salon were canceling orders..Very bad service, I never come, despite the bad service, young people also come in if they were from the day before..Thank you. Nice interior place, but its a shame that it doesnt Worry about the service, its a disaster...at least Im not coming anymore...Im writing to you from another restaurant that is on the same corner...in less than 20 minutes Ive already eaten and Im already satisfied with this service here...Bye bad service..

The waitress was nice and there was another waiter who was nice and attentive. Food was good and drinks were delicious. The reason I give this place 3 stars is because of the bartender. My drink order, 1 sangria, was placed and the drink never came. The waitress went and asked him about it, she comes to tell me that he is working on it. I start to pay attention and this dude is dancing, literally dancing, which is cool but take care of your customers... Then I see him on the phone, then a table that got there after me gets their drinks. 10 mins go by, I dont see him working on my drink. This time I signal the waitress and ask her about my drink. She goes to check and comes back to say, hes going to start on it right now. Had it been a drink that takes a long process, i understand. But the second time i ordered a sangria, it was in my hand in about 6 mins. Would i go back, no. Would i recommend it for the food, yes.

Nice little bar and grill to go enjoy some great company. Hosted a weigh in for Triple A Promotions and did a fantastic job of serving and keeping the crowd feed and had plenty of spirits. Came here for dinner on our anniversary. Was expecting a little more upscale dining experience for sure considering this place is chef owned. Ordered the puffy Panchos with fajita and they did not disappoint. The puffy chips were really really good. I ordered the Chicharron de Catan and was really impressed. The Catan was really flavorful and cooked to perfection. The only recommendation would be to substitute the refried beans with a black bean, kidney bean, and corn mix that would pair better with the rest of the plate. My wife ordered the tampiquena plate which had fajita, puffy taco, enchiladas, rice and charro beans. The charro beans were really good. The fajita though very flavorful was a bit tough. The puffy taco was good. Must be something about the puffy tortilla that makes them really standout. The rest of the plate was on par with other places except for the enchiladas. The beer could have been colder. All in all a good dining experience. Highly recommended.

Figured wed have a nice breakfast for my Dad on his Birthday, but unfortunately had a bad experience from getting drinks to being charged. It took the server about 30mins to come to our table to get us drinks when there was only about 11 people in the entire place. Server had to be sought for to bring utensils or miscellaneous food items missing. Server would ignore us and take phone orders and forget items requested. Server charged us another tables order and we spent another 45mins trying to figure out what needed to be cancelled and charged again. It was my first time there and it was way over priced. I paid $15 for one taco and for one drink. it was a regular sized taco, I didn t get any condiments nor any napkins either. The drink I ordered was way too watered down and the service could be a much faster pace and the server was not wearing a mask.

The only place in the region that offers the Gar-Fish or Catan, in Mexico Peje-Lagarto. Catan it is a unique flavor and the owner is always there to be sure you will get good service and this rare to find dish, BYOB makes the place great for friends or family small gatherings. A traditional place in one of the nicest historic building of the city.

Great friendly services, best menudo in town. I highly recommend this bar n grill. The outdoor patio is great. The owner made us feel at home, right smack in the middle of town, ample well-lit parking. All COVID 19 precautions are taken very seriously. Plenty of ventilation, super clean restrooms.
