By far the best flower shop in the area. Not only is their service great but the arrangements are always well done. I have ordered from here several times and have yet to be disappointed. Update: Taking a few stars away from my original 5 star review. Reason being, I had called numerous times this past month (May) and not once did I get my call answered. Is no one working here anymore? Also stopped by on my way to work. They had the open sign on but no answer at the door. It was very disappointing not having been able to reach anyone. I was planning out a graduation gift. Too bad I had to go else where. Definitely left with a negative image of this place.

I would not ever buy from this company because not only are the employees rude but they are way over priced. I was told as a customer that if I am not spending over $300 dollars for flowers they dont want my business. Also when I asked for something medium for my wife and told them that my budget was no more than $120, so the employee said I have to let you go because I have other customers who is willing to spend more. I am tired of this companies thinking they can dictate the amount of money I am able to spend just so they can get rich. I will continue to let everyone know how rude as a company you are and how you dont care about your customers unless they spend over $300.

Olivia was the BEST! I had a last minute need for a funeral floral arrangement and found Allisons on Google with high reviews. I am from out of Laredo. I live out of town and needed a florist to order a standing wreath for a family member funeral. Peaceful Crossover was the name of the standing wreath and Allisons Floral did a beautiful job. The wreath was absolutely beautiful and they delivered it to the funeral home that same afternoon because the service was early the next morning. I m not from Laredo but I needed an arrangement sent in that area and as usual I waited until the last minute to order (called at 5 for a visitation from 5-8) and the person who helped me was SO patient with me and assured me she would try to get the spray delivered today. This was after another floral shop didn t give me the chance to even try to send it to the funeral the next day. Sure enough, Allison s floral shop worked AFTER HOURS to be sure I could get an arrangement to support my friend At the visitation and showed me a picture of it delivered. I called in to ask if they were opened for delivery (Sunday) so I could place an order online(yes) spoke to a very nice lady (I didn t get her name) She offered to place the order over the phone and it was the same price as online offer a ballon for $5 (yes) advised me there was a $10 delivery fee. I payed $80 and it was very affordable to me. It got here at the time she she said it would 2-3pm. The arrangement was so beautiful for my mother in law. The flowers were so fresh and really cold. Everyone was amazed when they arrived and she loved them

My brother and I ordered an arrangement for our mother for mothers day. I was called by the shop to let me know they would be out of hot pink roses, and if they could exchange them for red? I said as long as they were exchanging roses for roses (bright colors, nothing depressing) wed be ok. My mother recieved the most hideous arrangement Ive ever seen. The arrangement had zero roses. She recieved funeral flowers on mothers day. We werent trying to send her condolences, we were trying to send her a representation of love. Now, Ive been calling the shop for 2 days with no answer. We just got taken for $150. *Update: After calling the shop today and receiving no answer, I had given up for the day. Well, my mother called me crying saying she loved her new arrangement. The flower shop had sent an apology and a new arrangement for her. Thank you for doing that. I appreciate your efforts in trying to correct this unfortunate situation. She was so happy.

My daughter hired this florist a month prior and she was very pleased. It s especially difficult to find and have confidence in a florist when you live out of state. I too just hired Allison Floral and I too do not live in the area. I was extremely pleased with this florist for the following reasons. 1.Allison Floral has a very explicit web site with detailed descriptions of the arrangements. 2.Allison Floral includes price listings. 3. Allison Floral staff was available on Sunday afternoons to take my order. 4. Allison Floral sent me a photo of the arrangement delivered. 5. The amount of detail is beyond my expectations. Not only was everything done on the same day, in fact, everything came out exactly like the pictures posted on the website. The flowers are huge and very lively compared to other arrangements from the known florists. I never review places, but this florist really went above and beyond. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique piece. Dont waste your money on 1800flowers or FTD, they charge you double the amount for delivery. Go with a florist that actually cares about her work!!

Ms Olivia helped us all along, from choosing the different type of flowers/colors to deciding which vase to use based on our idea. Everything came out wonderful and we love the flower arrangements.
