Order thru the app. It was a quick pick up. The only issue was that when I asked for my drink, I was given only my milk shake and told it was the full order. That worker left and another approached asking if I had already ordered. Upon telling the second worker that I was still missing my drink, he quickly filled it up and gave it to me.

Terrible customer service & food took too long to serve. I wish they would open in a different location with all new staff. Sad this is the only Carl s Jr in Laredo now, I ve never had any issues with the previous one in McPherson & from other cities.

I Like To Say : I Really Love Carls Jr. Because They Really Make Awesome Hamburgers , Fries , Onion Rings And Other Foods That They Have On The Menu . Mrs. Maria a. An elderly adult is racist, she gave me a medium glass when I paid for a large glass for my combo and my hamburger came without cheese, without bacon and without vegetables, only meat and an onion ring, that is not good, they cannot tolerate that type of behavior towards people. Customers, this is not valid, Mr. Manager.

Dont give your money to this place. I never will again. The young girl working the counter is extremely rude and has no manners or professionalism. She makes it very clear that she hates her job and hates you...the customer spending your hard earned money at their restaurant. She refuses to so much as smile or say youre welcome when you thank her for rudely, pretty much tossing your food on the counter and walking away. She has zero business working with customers ANYWHERE. Not even a fast food joint. I hope she does everyone a favor and quits.

Terrible service, I ordered a lunch and they only gave me half of the chicken in the literal lunch, the other half was just the bread, I had to cancel my order and lose my lunch hour and the worst thing was that not even an apology came from them, I will not return to this place.

Walked inside and the cook stated they would be with me shortly. 15 secs later he comes back stating they were already closed. It was 8:32 pm local time. Weird thing is there were two customers who had just ordered right behind me waiting on their order. I asked the clerk at the fuel desk what time this restaurant closed. I was told 10pm. Same as Google. I firmly believe my race played a part.

Despite our order took a little while to arrive, due to a management error, the manager came personally and apologized for the delay and offered a courtesy dessert. The team was always courteous and motivated, anyway food tasted great.

I ve been at this location many times within the last month and they have closed as early as 930 pm on Friday and before 10pm on Saturday which is frustrating being a truck drive but not only that foods been cold multiple times if they don t wanna participate in truck stop maybe they need find a different location
