This place has gotten a lot of love from the community, unfortunately I cant find it in me...this has to be an honest review. The wings were very subpar, sorry. They look meaty...they look delish...but the flavors were quite lacking. One...what is up with the chives and sesame seeds. They did ask me if I wanted them on there...I said sure. But I dont see how that adds anything to the flavor profile of the wing. Is it for texture? I have noticed its more common in Mexico..so maybe theyre bringing that practice over here? But offering it on every wing? Sesame seeds and chives do not go with every single wing flavor. Moving on... The wings were a good size...and well cooked. I think these are air fried...so the fry on the wing left a little more to be desired. I honestly dont remember the flavors I chose...but probably Iwiings and Buffalo... The one thing that really threw me off...and almost made me stop eating, was their ranch in the small cups. I wish I had not stirred the ranch that much to have recorded it better..so I was given 3 cups and each cup was the same. As I was dipping my wings into the small cup, I noticed the bottom of the cup was extremely watery, while the ranch at the top was very thick. It could be simply explained...dressings settle. But it made me wonder...do they water down their dressings? Or did the ranch settle? But then why did it settle toward the top...maybe they have the cups upside down, so it settled to the top because of that? But still ...it was very unsettling to see all of sudden this watery mess push up through the ranch...I tried to record it right but I had already mixed it too much. One of the few times I can say I was almost grossed out on a food item and stopped eating. Is it worth the love? Well they also sell ribs..but if your name is based on wings, I will grade you on wings. Even with their great discounts, unfortunately will not try this place again.

Amazing quality all around regarding the food. Placed an order for a Family Pack of 24 Bone In wings. 2 sauce choices (Oriental & Lemon Pepper was our selection), 3 dips (ranch) & a side of fries and veggies. We also opted to get a regular order of their street corn (2 stalks). Delicious. The wings were nice and crispy, covered in sauce/spice , and full of flavor with every bite. The staff was professional and friendly. Drove from Weslaco to Pharr just to give this grub spot a go. Will definitely be returning. The only reason I gave this a 4 out of 5 is due to their outdated pricing on their online menu. I was expecting to pay the advertised $33 but ended up paying $42 for the family pack of 24.

I went on July 7th and the cashier sucked. She looked pissed and like she didnt wanted to be there. It was my first time going there.And I was asking her for advice on flavors and she totally ignored me. I told her I wanted some Buffalo flavored wings. And another different flavor, got the food, it was the wrong. She got one flavor right but the other was wrong. At the end, ate all the wings because I didnt wanna to talk to the cashier. By the way, the cashier was a heavyset girl.

Today I wanted to make a horde of wings since they opened I have ordered the same 30 wings and some extra large potatoes at first they were 42 then they went up to 52 now they wanted to sell them to me for 62 it is true that they are good but it is not for them to be abused Thats how we supported the clients from the beginning, they sent clients to their business and overnight they raised the price of things if they couldnt handle another restaurant so they could open another one.

An employee at the Drive Thru was super rude to me. I asked for her name and her name is Yenia. I asked for an order by phone and since I couldnt find it, he told me to go to the Trenton business and I told him that I wasnt going to go to her and that she would please take my order again and she told me no because I was surely in Trenton and she closed the window on me. . IWinngs brand new 2nd location opened here next to Cicis Pizza 10th and Trenton, McAllen Texas. Give them a try. They have Grilled wings, Fried wings, boneless wings, pork ribs and more. The food was delicious, and the customer service provided by the cashier named Myra Olvera at the new McAllen location was great. They are BYOB for the meanwhile . The Pharr Texas location is nice. It is a little cramped if you want more room definitely go to the new 2nd location in the Home Depot parking lot next to Cicis Pizza Southeast corner of N. 10th St. and Trenton RD. in McAllen Texas.

I visited this place because a friend recommended it to me. Honestly, I dont think I would go back, we tried the wings and the ribs. Good wings, good flavor. I liked the potatoes. The corn was also good. The meat on the ribs was very dry. The boneless ones looked a little small. I didnt like that they didnt have refills on the soft drinks. The service was a little slow, and the place felt very cramped. Clean bathrooms and very good location. In general, just good.

Awesome little hole in the wall chicken wing and bbq rib place. Food is always made to order, hot and fresh with an excellent flavor. Wings are sauced properly, not like other places that seem to skimp on their wing sauce. Service is top notch and the prices are very fair for the amount and quality of this food. This place is legit! My boyfriend had the original buffalo boneless wings they were a good size juicy he also got the cheese fries they looked so good good serving size as well. First time eating here after several people recommended. It is a small, family owned restaurant. Food quality is great. Food is made to order, and owners take care of customers and check up with you to make sure everything is perfect. You can choose to have your wings topped with green onions and sesame seeds. Wings were bad especially for the price they are. I got 4 lemon pepper and 4 garlic parmesean and to start off, the wings tasted like rubber. Lemon pepper wings did not taste like they usually do, they were very greasy and the grease overpowered the flavor. The food looks good but in reality the meat is dry and I also got sick to my stomach after 4 hours of eating there I started having very, very strong pain in my stomach. Im not coming back. In the commercials they show the food looks very appetizing but really? The meat was flavorless and very dry.

It was ok. The ribs tasted well, the wings were nice and crunchy but the flavors were a little off. I also got mine fried. May be due to the seasons they use Im not to sure. But I m glad I tried it. Probably not going back. Unless it s for their fries which were good.

The wings are better than expected. Fresh. Tender and good taste. The street corn was goodb. The fries were also good just needed a but more flavor. The prices are decent and comparable to most places. The dining area is small and clean. The staff is friendly.

Read the reviews and decided to try it out. Definitely worth it. Everything was delicious. My mother in law loved the lemon pepper wings and lemon pepper fries. My daughter loves the wings and carrots. Street corn was great, very flavorful wings and fries. Everyone on our table was satisfied. Overstuffed. :)

First time visiting, 8/24/22. You order at the counter first and then have a seat if you are dining in. We ordered the meal pack for 2 and some veggie sticks. There was 3 of us and there was plenty to go around; wings and fries. They have canned sodas and no fountain drinks or refills. The food was freshly prepared and came out hot in a timely manner. I would recommend this place for wings if youre in a hurry!! Doesnt take anywhere near as long as wingstop. Next time were trying the ribs!!

IWinngs, definitely worth a reorder. I accidently ordered the boneless wings(nuggets ), but I must admit they were tasty and the great thing about it, they were mostly chicken. They had the right amount of crust on it. The fries and the fry seasoning, definitely you cant stop at just a few. You have a choice of adding a topping of chives and sesame seeds or just plain. The addition of the seasoning just makes it that much tastier. Give this place a try,!!!

This place is great! Boneless wings were made fresh, baby back ribs are smoked overnight, and everything was flavorful. The service was wonderful. Everyone was so attentive and nice! Definitely will come here again.
