This bbq joint has some the best bbq in Texas! Ive been to some big name places in Austin and Lockhart and this just as good or better. The Turkey was tender with good flavor same with the brisket. The beans and potato salad were also delicious .

Yet its location is pretty hidden, its flavor is not. Starting with my favorite the turkey sandwich, it has a combination of bursting flavor and so much moist that the chef did not comprise in any way. In past experiences and other establishments either you had one or the other not both. To accompany this sandwich I ordered a cream of corn which was great mixture of cream and corn kernels and bit of a kick with pepper. Next the chopped brisket and sausage sandwich was a mouthful of juices and flavor. Topping it off with the house bbq sauce is like the cherry on top.Bbq sauce blended so well being mellow and not overwhelming giving it that extra kick. To accompany this delicious sandwich I got the potato salad which included a mixture of ingredients that were perfectly blended and mixed. For the finale the Dino Rib came to close out the show. You can see the smoke rings which are full off flavor and with each bite the meat falls off the bone with no problem and to add to this delicious meal a side of pinto beans which are like no other. The all around taste and experience are unique to this establishment . The service is to that of southern hospitality which make you feel at home with family. Let me tell you that you will not be disappointed. Parking: Parking availability is around 10-15 car spaces but location allows for street parking as well helping in case of full parking. Kid-friendliness: Enough space for the entire family, kids will enjoy the ability of being outside and exploring the art around the dinning area. Wheelchair accessibility: The dine in experience is very formidable and comfortable, easily accessible for wheelchair access.

I cant recommend this place enough! The flavor of the brisket, ribs, and sausage are incredible. My first order from here was catering for a party and there were no leftovers! Cant wait to go back!

7/20/24 What a hidden gem this is in Laredo! Im a truck driver and frequent BBQ establishments all over the United States and Canada, This one is now on my list of my all time top five faves! Excellent flavor, the moisture is incredible and the brisket melts in your mouth like butter. BBQ perfection!

Absolutely the best BBQ in town. All the fixings were also delicious. The catered order was enjoyed by all guests so much that they wanted to know who had catered. This will be my go to catering service for brisket from now on. Great job Low Point!

Aside from the occasional Laredo Heat, this BBQ hole in the wall is Fire! Really great BBQ and super friendly owner! Brisket was miles ahead of its peers here in Laredo. You will not regret it at all! Cant wait to come back and try more!

Right up there with Cattleacks!!! From DFW area, born and raised on brisket (the good, the bad, and the dry) but the brisket at Low Point was definitely not a low point on my list. The brisket was perfectly moist, a perfect ratio of fat to meat, and a succulent flavor. We also had sausage, which was smoked to perfection with a nice crunch and juicy middle. The pulled pork was another nice blend of smoky aromatic flavor and juicy goodness. If the flavor pallet wasn t enough to satisfy, the customer service and real Texas hospitality put this awesome stop a notch above the rest.

Such a flavorful smoked brisket sandwich! I got a sliced brisket sandwich with a side of chips and a canned dr.pepper. Fair wait time. Excellent customer service! First time ordering, and the employees were patient with my questions Tap pay available! Outdoor seating; lovely atmosphere! Im definitely looking forward to trying more on their menu! Edit - second review: went back for the same order and the taste did not disappoint. Consistent delicious taste.

Visiting from Chicago and in the mood for some bbq (thank God I m in Texas! lol). Whenever I travel, I like to eat local, so I did a little research and found this spot and boy am I glad I did! It s located behind an auto parts store; finding it felt like I was on a treasure hunt- lol. Once you turn in, you re greeted by an inviting patio that I can t wait to hang out in when I return in warmer weather. The owners are fantastic dudes who let me sample some of their food. Had the brisket and pulled pork. Let me tell you, these guys know what they re doing. Smoke flavor was on point and the meat had the right amount of fat-to-meat ratio that made it decadent. Got the potato salad and it was a perfect compliment to the smoky meat. This is a small business and you can taste the love these guys put in their food. I highly recommend it and am telling all my family in Laredo that this is a must try. Stop in and support this local business .you won t be disappointed!

Formerly Chanos, this place has a great patio setup and ambiance with awesome wall art. The barbecue is amazing, and one of the only in the area that uses old fashioned wood smoking rather than pellet or automatic smokers. The loaded baked potato was a star of the show and can easily serve as one meal.
