Hidden Gem , the rooms were clean, comfortable. The area was quiet even being right off a busy highway. All you need within a 5 to 9 minute drive. I will stay again the next time I visit the Dallas area!

Our room had several water damage spots on the ceiling and the wall. There was no black out/privacy curtain so the sun came blazing into our room late into the night and early in the morning and people could see into our room at night if the light was on. I talked to the front desk attendant who told me that maintenance would put up a curtain the next day. After no one came to fix it the next day I went down to ask again and she said maintenance does not work on the weekends so there was nothing they could do about it. The coffee maker did not work all weekend. The breakfast was nothing like it was advertised on the website. These are all things that the hotel advertises as benefits of staying there. With the exception of the black out/privacy curtains which I feel like should be a basic necessity for any hotel room. Overall I am disappointed with my stay.

Staff was so sweet and helpful here!!! We really enjoyed our stay. The staff definitely made a difference with that. The location is not ideal as there is not anything walking distance, but would definitely stay again Noteworthy details: Staff was very helpful ever time we needed anything! Overall nice hotel, great staff, great breakfast. My only problem was we stayed 6 days and housekeeping and front desk kept giving us the runaround about cleaning room during our stay. They will give u plenty of trash bags but in my opinion a room needs cleaning and not just trash bags to remove the trash. But like I stated overall nice room.

Well my truck broke down and got swap from days inn to this place was told my room was ready when I got here my room was not ready been waiting for two hours and I still dont have a room about to find another place to stay plus if you dont have any way of getting around you will have to have your food brought to your room nothing around this place not even a gas station not a good location for a motel who build a motel With no Restaurants or convenient stores around it? crazy if u ask me

Worst customer service and front desk. Made a reservation at this place and they would not answer the phone. Called since 10pm to let them know I was showing up late. They disconnected the phone so they wouldnt answer the calls (yes once i got there called the phone and not a ring and made sure that was the number and it was.). They canceled my reservation because I got there late but also called priceline to call them to let them know and they also could not reach them. I called comfort inn who owns these hotels and they could not help, they found another room some place else but they could not give me the room for the canceled room at this other location. Also they also could not reach the people at the hotel they called and called and no answer even they could reach the front desk. Just the worst service ever.

Well to start Front desk service not so Professional you ask them for a Towels cause room didnt have towels, they look at you like if your gonna steal the towels, Breakfast lady very Rude she comes at you with an ATTITUDE when all ur asking for is milk eggs yogurt. No eggs on the menu cause supposedly they ran out witch is a lie cause another review said same thing. Parking lot full of beer bottles broken watch out your car can get a flat tire. For the money ur paying not worth it. Go to a motel instead.

This was by far the worst hotel I have stayed. No towels due to shortage according to the housekeeping staff. Some of the service staff was rude and unprofessional when asked questions regarding hotel. Staff is unhelpful and quick to handoff the problem to the next person because they are leaving for the day. Breakfast was not even breakfast, it was old biscuits, bacon and one option for cereal. Recommend not to stay at this hotel.

Food and drinks: Hotel has a pretty good breakfast. On another note, there arent many food spots in walking distance from the hotel. One of the worst hotels I ve stayed in. Motel 6 quality for Holiday Inn prices. They say they have free Wi-Fi but they have it lock down so all you can do is check emails. No water pressure and water doesn t get very hot. Breakfast is bad even for hotel quality eggs not cooked all the way a couple pieces of cold sausage.

I first noticed they had a security guard walking the premises and they had large screens showing cameras throughout the hotel and that made me feel very safe. The beds were comfy, and had nice marble bathroom counters that were beautiful. I loved the small fridge so I could keep colds beverages in the room. The location was easy to find and I had a great stay. I had even called a few times regarding my reservation and they were always kind and helpful.

We checked into the Sleep Inn after a horrible experience at another nearby hotel. When I got there I wanted to make sure the pictures on the website actually matched the current state of the hotel. Joe walked me around the lobby and showed me the pool area which looked exactly as advertised online. Julius at the front desk and Stacey a worker at the hotel were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Glenda made sure the breakfasts were on point and delicious. She was even security and ran a few people out of the lobby that were not hotel guests but trying to get a free breakfast. This place is amazingly clean and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and safe in their hotel. I would defiantly stay here again with family and friends.

There is virtually NO water pressure AT ALL .we are working construction locally here, and we keep getting moved from another local hotel, Best Western plus to here due to vacancy issues. Here at sleep inn, during my last 10 day stay, I didn t see one housekeeper the entire time. I had to get my towels changed out every 2 days myself after working 12 hours a day. I had to take my trash out and retrieve new bags from the front desk a couple of days. Toilet paper, tissue, etc. ANYTHING you may need that most any other typical hotels offer, you will find yourself at the front desk waiting for someone to finally show up so you can ask them for these things. (That are usual done daily for you by hotel staff and housekeeping) If I had my way, I d never stay here again

I was very upset with this hotel. That chicken had to argue with the lady to get them to put my rewards into the system. I was told that the doors would be locked at 9 but I would have to use a door key to get in but while sitting in my vehicle at midnight I had security approach me and harass me to find out whether or not I was a guest at the hotel then the other guests in the hotel were very noisy and the room was quite uncomfortable

It was just okay this time around because it was dirty and the noise on the second floor was horrible. Elevator and hallway on second floor had very strong order of marijuana.The chair in our room was stained , icebox was dirty and face towels were dingy. We normally stay when we come to this area and we were shocked how it has gone downhill. We are not smokers so with the very strong marijuana smell we had to use our shirts to cover our mouths and noses even with our face mask on. Come on Sleep Inn get it together because y all use to be clean and it used to be a very nice place to stay.

Lateefah is the only manager that is Great, she s been with the company for over 3 years and does help out with the staff when possible front desk sorry she s not busy and the lobby floor stained and the carpet dirty, bathrooms filthy in the lobby. The new director of sales Christy don t know what she doing, sits in her office and smokes cigarettes all day losing contracts, do not check the rooms to make sure their brand standard no housekeeping, the linen is dingy From the comforters down to the towels the current housekeeping don t clean just there !! And the current GM is more concerned with his looks then the hotel, walks around on weekends hungover.. I wouldn t recommend a soul staying there !! Hallways are disgusting and nasty

When you have continental breakfast for your guests, from 5:30 until 9:30 or 10 you should have enough food to cover you until that time. This place is nasty. When I got there the sheets were already slept in. When I asked them to change the sheets they made me wait 3 hours, and still no one showed up. So, I went to the desk and asked for clean sheets nicely, and the girl at the desk gave me dirty sheets saying that they came out of the dryer when they werent even warm and smelled like body odor. When I asked for another set, they were dirty as well. I went back to the room and slept in the chair. The next morning I went to work. I get a call to come get my stuff from the room while Im at work. When I got there they still had not changed the sheets because I hide a piece of paper in the bed. Someone else can sleep in these dirty beds. They smell like body odor. I found food and hair the the beds that were made. They didnt wipe down any surfaces or the vacuum the floor. DONT GO HERE!!!!!! BTW this is during COVID!!!!!

My name is Ashley Drew and on June 3rd I stayed in the Sleep inn in Lancaster tx. The service was great, the rooms were clean. So my 2 small children and I decided to stay again on June 8th. The front desk manager and the manager were not nice. They accused me of having a puppy that wondered in the building. A friend of mine owned the puppy and the hotel manager was being unruly to her about the puppy eating the artificial plants. Followed by all the rudeness Id already paid for the room with snap travel, I check in and the clerk charged my card $143 When the room only cost $72. Which means they charged my card twice for one night. Once the kids and I get to room number 224, the room was dirty. The bed was not made. I was petrified especially with the pandemic and all. I filed a complaint and I was moved to room 219. It was better but from the moment my kids and I arrived the customer service was rude, unruly, the room was not clean, and card charged twice. What are your office going to do about it? Ive enclosed photos of the room, and of Bank statement with proof. Please help I really like it here and my kids and I didnt deserve the treatment we received today. They also didnt seem unapologetic either. Please contact me ASAP AT MY name is Ashley Drew. Paid for a room two days in advance, they sold my room prior to my 3am arrival. Attempted to sleep in the car in the parking lot, where someone tried to carjack me. BAD location, super ghetto staff, spending hours trying to get a refund. AVOID!!!

I have stayed here several times in the past year. This last visit has been something different. The staff is not as friendly as they were before. They didn t even have wash clothes available. I had to break my stay up over 2 reservations and was told that I have to check out at 11am and check back in at 3pm. I have had to do this before with this hotel and others and I didn t have to check out to check back in. Such an inconvenience.

The front desk person was nice and it seemed like a decent hotel on the surface. But the positives end there. The hallway and rooms didn t smell fresh which was the first sign. Then we pulled back the sheets on the bed... they were NOT CLEAN. How hard is it to keep white sheets clean?? Just use bleach! We booked four rooms and ALL of them had this problem. The cleaning person was not there and neither was the manager (just what someone else mentioned in their review). We asked for a refund and left immediately.

Staff was extremely rude. When they found out we were LGBT+ they flat out refused to rent us a room! They had rooms at one minute then when my Trans brother walks in they changed their mind! This is completely unacceptable!

Ok hotel. a little more activity in the parking lot than normal but generally a safe place right off the freeway. front desk people not friendly and the morning lady wasnt familiar with system so instead of being able to renew for another night i had to check out and come back later to check in. Didnt clean the room when i stayed more than 1 night.
