This is usually the taco casa I frequent, however, this time my tacos were extremely disappointing, I order 6 crunchy tacos through the drive thru, and every last one of them barely had any meat. I have never experienced this before and thought maybe it was a honest mistake due to the traffic of customers. I went in to show them and allow them to fix it for me, the staff was kind of rude about it and the manager told me thats the normal amount they always put on. I knew this to not be true because I come to this restaurant often so I asked when did the decrease happen, as the price stayed the same, and the guy says she asked do you just want your money back? Which I find kind of rude because I honestly wanted to know, those tacos are a little pricey to decrease the quality of their products so beware of that if you decide to visit. One thing I despise is horrible customer service especially when its my hard earned money being spent and the staff displayed exactly that.

Went to the drivr thru. It appeared there were only 2 people working at the time. Took longer than usual for food to come, but again 2 workers. The young man working the window was very neat in appearance and very polite. Will be returning to this location.

I was in the drive-through at 6:27 pm 2/24/2024 .i ask for a nachos with meat spread out with jalapeños on the side the cashier asks me did i want The peppers on the nachos I politely said no sir can I have them them on the side he started cussing at me I drove to the front and ask which one of you cussed me out ? He said me because you rude only because I asked for my peppers on the side . Ask him for his name and told him that I was going to report him to his manager .he told me he was Not giving me his name .but do what I have to do .if this issue is Not handled in a respectful way I will Never spend my money At noun TACOCASA

The service was okay, but to get my food and start eating was on a whole different level. I purchased a taco light, super burrito, casa delights and two sweet teas. My granddaughter and I start to eat and she noticed a black curled hair in her casa delights and there was also a black hair or lash in the try carrier with our food. I tried calling several times and was unable to contact anyone. I will return these asap, which is an inconvenience since I have children to pickup from three different schools. As much as I loved the tacos, Ill never eat here again! Thats promise. Im afraid to drink the tea, so Im returning it as well after my routes. Horrible horror.

This is the best franchise location in Dallas! Although next to the Interstate, its proximity to the cloverleaf interchange keeps traffic running smoothly. I only order the crispy tacos and they are always fresh and proper amounts of ingredients. Sweet tea is made perfectly for when you are thirsty but dont want to load up on sugar like youd get at Popeyes. The employees are also some of the best and friendliest. Not gonna lie, I occasionally tip because of how they treat their customers even though tips arent required nor asked for. Always here for Taco Tuesday.

The place is clean. The food is over priced. The male cashier speaks way to soft to the point you cant hear him over the plexi glass. The nachos are all chips, slight cheese and beef. You can eat all the toppings and be left with a plate full of chips. I would not recommend this place. Over priced food.

The service was very slow which is a shock because most TC are very fast. The staff likes play around with one another while people watch from the drive through line. One particular staff member was super rude, arrogant, and looked so high he could have been Cheech Maron. I asked him to count my change back because he seemed so out of it and he comes back with what, you cant count?, turned to the worker with headset on as they both laughed. I didnt feel safe even in the parking lot with all the people hanging and the attitude of the staff. I love the hell out TC but I will never return to this location except maybe to show my husband the idiot behind the glass

Worse taco casa Ive visited they didnt give me two items that Id payed for I spent 38.00 on dinner and tried calling the number on the receipt and it wasnt a working number so i had to drive there and retrieve the food and was told at the window oh we dont have a phone then I preceded to explain my issues young guy comes to window take my receipt close the window while I was talking and ask the kitchen staff if they made all my order comes back with my receipt balled up and say They said they made this order I tell him maybe they did but it was not in my bag, do you really think I would drive all the back for 2 items everybody at home ate but me Id worked a 12 hour shift and was simply hungry I had to wait 14mins in the drive thru for my correct order, he didnt want to refund me but instead gave me my order really sloppy made, Id lost my appetite scared to eat it , in the trash it went and Ive learned my lesson. Worse experience ever Really. Never going back

The customer service can be improved. The food maintains the chains standards, which is good. This location has prices that are higher than some of the other locations. Coffee was luke warm, they had a soda fountain machine, but no cups and no sign telling you to ask the cashier for a cup. The cups are not out because people waste them!??? Well, welcome to business! Cup loss is not that big of a deal, its a business write off. On the plus side, the store and restrooms were clean. And of course, Im sure the taco casa food was most excellent as it usually is...we didnt eat because we werent hungry, but the coffee was no good at the gas station side.

The customer service when you go inside is terrible. They don t greet you when you walk up to the counter. They just act as if you re not standing there. While I was waiting for my food, there was two different customers ( African Americans) that received their orders. Both customers asked for taco sauce, and the young lady that gave them their food advised there was no taco sauce available. A Few seconds passed a Hispanic customer approached the counter to receiver his food, and asked for taco sauce. The same employee immediately went to the back of the store and retrieved a brand new box of taco sauce. Once I had gotten my food, I asked to speak with the manager on duty, but he never came to see what I wanted, and told another one of the employees he didnt want to speak with me. During the entire time all of this was going on, I didnt once make a scene. I feel like this was all the way wrong, and for good, loyalty paying customers to get treated that way is unacceptable. Please train your current, as well as your future employee about good customer service; because at the end of the day, we are the ones to ensure your employees get pay checks.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! They took 12 mins to get our food out to us and no one else was in the restaurant. Then brought us dry/half topped nachos and told me I would have to pay for extra cheese and sour cream. Then told us its $2 for a cup of water. Charging customers for things that should already be on the food is poor service. MyFamily and friends will never return to this location!!!

I was here just Saturday and the person working in the store sold me four lottery tickets. They should have cost me $12, he tried to sell them for $22. I showed him his error and he told me to come back the next day and talk with the manager. I made him refund my money and left without the tickets. This is sad, he almost caught me slipping, but not this day. Dont shop here they are stealing from the customer. Pay attention when shopping in this establishment, they will cheat you. 2nd and last experience here at this Chevron gas station.
