Had to recuse themselves from the case due to a potential conflict of interest but this was only after my entire retainer was used. They seem to solely be in it for the money.

I would avoid at all costs. Couldn t produce an accurate itemized bill and used all of my retainer while providing incorrect legal advice. Wasted $10k and had to end up finding a new lawyer and starting the process over again.

I cannot say enough about Kyle Ferguson. She is an amazing lawyer. She is very logical, calm, amazing morals really put the needs and care of kids at the forefront during this process. I cannot recommend Kyle Ferguson enough. She is an excellent lawyer and exceptionally competent. Kyle knows the specifics of divorce law, she is great at reading people and dealing with situations to get the best outcome, and she always remains calm and level-headed. Not only is Kyle an excellent lawyer, but she also is extremely compassionate, empathetic and a great listener. Kyles support and excellent legal counsel definitely made a huge difference in me winning on some key issues (and keeping my sanity) during a difficult divorce.

Kyle is the absolute best lawyer! I had never hired a lawyer before and interviewed three - Kyle was by far the best and the one I connected with. She represented me in my divorce and her logical and calm approach was exactly what I needed to deal with such a stressful experience. It felt like I had hired a therapist/attorney as she was so good at handling every aspect of my divorce. I can not speak highly enough about great she is and I have recommended her to everyone I know who has needed an attorney. My family is very thankful for the help and professionalism by Ferguson Law Practice. The IRS had sent us a tax update 3 years later claiming we owed more than what was paid. Johns extensive knowledge in tax law was able to help us get the issue resolved without any court time or additional court costs.
