Horrible service. Manager ran over shouting at us about our car seat being in the chair although we re getting ready to leave and had been sitting for over an hour. The girl at the front had to come back to our table and apologize to us. Server kayla was very nice but wont be returning to this location.

I got the shrimp pasta which has a flavor thats not what you would expect from normal shrimp alfredo. Its not terrible but its not good. If they had traditional alfredo sauce with shrimp or chicken it would be much better.

As if thats going to change anything about all of these horrible experiences people are having at this location. Hey Chilis, try investigating the problem instead of reacting to the symptoms. Changed to one star after receiving an extremely lackluster response to my three star rating/ review.

Gotta say this is by far the cleanest Chilis I ve ever been too! However the burger, ordered it pink and it came crusty and well done. Cheese was dried up. Chilis exists because of this burger. Hope they can show the old timer some love in the near future. We need a juicy patty and some melted cheese please.

WHO LIKES DRY SALAD?! Not me! Not me! This salad was ordered for a delivery for the second time in months! Why? Because the last time it was ordered the dressing was NOT included. This time, February 21st 2024 , it again was NOT included. I called Chili s to ask if they had salad dressing. The person who answered the phone said yes we have dressings. . I stated, I ask this because,I don t order much but the last two times I have they haven t included dressing for the salad. ,which is the Meal . DON T ORDER SALADS FROM THIS CHILI S IF YOU WANT DRESSING! they are DRY. Photos included please see. They offered me a free salad but I did NOT accept because it should have been correct the First and Second time. Also, I m not THAT freeloader. We left after being there a couple of minutes. We had only managed to order drinks & the server told my girlfriend her ID looked fake & was being really rude about it but still brought her the drink..?? The waitress (tattoos, hefty, Karen haircut, white) was just really off putting & condescending. Then my sister ordered a drink & when the waitress was done thoroughly examining front & back & even using her phone to google pictures of passports, we told her we were going to leave (to go to the other chili s on fairmont), she tried to make us pay for our drinks that she told us not to touch while she finished her investigation. TABC says just refuse service if you think the id is a fake. Not badger & offend the customers lol We were 29, 24 & 25. Good tippers too. Will not be back. Thankfully for them & us.

The only thing I did not like was that a customer was allowed to bring in their pet during dinner. Service animals I understand, but other animals should be left outside of the restaurant. Then the child runs off and the lady chars her child with a dog in tow. Dog hair flying everywhere... thats so unnecessary and gross

Ate with family and the servers let us sit wherever we wanted at lunch time. Service was quick and the food came out quickly too. Food was good and lunch deals were worth the price. They accommodated our special request for a single scoop of ice cream not on the menu too. There is a veteran discount available if you ask.

I came to treat my father because he hadnt had anything but ramen in several days and they managed to mess up his burger not once but twice, even brought him raw meat. The first time the order was messed up the waiter just apologized and then went to cashing another customer out instead of addressing the mistaken order first weve been here for a little over an hour. Definitely the worst Chilis experience Ive ever had.

Service from the bartender working as a waitress was poor. She was rude and acted as if we were bothering her for anything. Food was below par with very hard French frys and over seasoned pasta... sent one entree back because it was thrown together with what seemed to be the scraps.

Havent been to Chilis in years and I didnt missed much. The service was great but the food and drinks were subpar. My wife got the chicken crispers and I got the surf and turf. Didnt know they changed the chicken crispers, but the new style was just basic Sysco cheap breaded chicken. Wasnt good at all compared to the old style. My steak and shrimp was horrible. I got the ribeye. It was probably the worst one Ive ever seen. It was lower than a Walmart quality steak with tendons all through it. The shrimp was over seasoned with salt and pepper. It was probably like that to mask the over fishy tasting shrimp. Tasted like it was old and sitting in the back of the freezer for a long time. We both got a Casamigos margarita and it wasnt that great either. For the price of all of this, it wasnt worth it. You might as well spend a little more money and go somewhere else.

I get you have big parties but to wait an hour and then get told oh we are waiting on the kids pasta. The most simplest order from a table kids pasta, cajun pasta, and soup/salad it should have been out quick. We left without eating because we could not wait any longer. We eat here all the time with excellent service. On this day, it took a very long time to get our food and was not accurate. In all fairness, I have to say they put the gentleman on the server line with no trainer or anyone to help him. Our tab was wrong, also. He was very sweet and apologetic. He really tried hard. Overall, one bad day will not stop us from going back.

We had asked for our original waitress Anna, But she had become a manager,.. Leaving those she took our order , somebody else took care of us.... Because she was busy which I understand.... Where everything went wrong, I ordered the nachos... They were horrible but I didnt want to say anything.... A small plate of about 12 flat chips.. And they were burnt!!! You couldnt taste any Meat,only cheese. I wish I would have taken a picture so you could see how bad it was. For 12 dollars.. wow. Im not for sure if I go back..

Went for lunch and ordered combos with salad. Our entrees made it out before the salads. They got rid of our favorite southwest soup. The chips and salsa were charged to me even though they came free with my lunch mates meal. We had separate tickets. We could not grab the servers attention to correct and had to leave so I just paid. Little bummed with this visit.

Dont usually eat at chain resturants but thought we would give it a try. Well where do I begin. Chips wereostly broken. The salmon was cooked so long it was not eatible,the cook doesnt know what rare is the steak also cooked to death. Asked for a nice cab and it came chilled. Cabernet isnt served chilled. Servers dont seem to be there to make money. No more chain resturants for us.

My sister and I just ate lunch at this location. Deer Park. Our waitress (sorry I dont remember her name) was very nice, took our order. Mins later a very nice young lady -Megan brought our baked potato soup. I joked I hoped our bowls were bigger than what she was bringing us. She was pleasantly surprised laughing. She said if we needed more to let her know. Our waitress walked by and noticed we didnt have our drinks. Megan brought our drinks very soon afterwards. Then we had to cackers that were hard and must have been expired tasted old. Just wanted all to know Megan was so wonderful sweet and paid attention to us. More than our waitress.
