I thought maybe they re having a bad day or something and I give them the benefit of the doubt coming back as a customer , but every time I come the server Vivi is always monotone always sounds like she doesn t want to work or has an attitude. Definitely recommend a new person to work the drive thru window if you cannot show good customer service to customers. This is what keeps customers coming back being treated properly !

I went to the Drive Thru a couple of years ago at this location and when I arrived home to eat, it was terrible! I thought surely they may have had an off day? My son and I placed an order to go this past weekend. Went inside the restaurant, looked at the menu and placed our order. Beef fajita tacos, what could go wrong? Again......awful! The fajitas were burnt. Not one single fajita was edible, they were all crunchy from how burnt they were. I do not understand how someone would allow this to leave the restaurant. If you made a mistake then say so and then let me make the decision on whether or not we want to continue to wait or not. $58 down the drain. AND I will take my business elsewhere. NEVER AGAIN.

We have been coming to the LP location for many years, at least once on the weekends we are in town. Super disappointed that they changed their michelada mix!!! The mix they have had from our Day 1 was perfect!!! If you re going to change it in order to carry your own brand, at least still have the old one on hand for your regulars! The new one is nasty! We love the food, and like the prices, but we want the old michelada mix back :(

This is an unpretentious Mexican restaurant that is very consistent with their food, service and atmosphere. The wait staff is always nice and work to get you what you want. The portions are generous and tasty. I prefer the food over their drinks. The margaritas werent the best but I still enjoyed them. The staffs attentiveness and attitude made up for any deficit on the drinks.

Ordered an item off the menu (#4 add cheese)and assumed it came as pictured (lettuce and tomato) after I looked at my food I noticed it only has onion and cilantro so I let the lady know whom took my order , she was also the manager Norma. She then proceeded to argue with me saying I said I wanted cilantro and onion and I proceeded to tell her that I never specified that and I wanted the number 4 just like the picture. She continue to go back-and-forth with me, and then she snatched the bag closed the window in my face. I politely pulled around went inside and just got a refund for my stuff. You don t treat people like that, customer service should be top tier at any establishment. she could ve just said my apologies for the misunderstanding and made it right instead of arguing with me about what I wanted and have a stank attitude!!

The service was great and the food was fresh and on time. This is not a traditional Mexican food restaurant. Their dishes are named and resemble Mexican dishes, but they are not prepared in a traditional sense. Great for tacos, burritos, or even tortas. This Arandas is the best. The cooks are thorough and the waitresses are on point. Alika is our favorite waitress. Shes always on her job and never misses a beat. You better learn how to speak some Spanish if you want your call in order to be correct. They need to have someone answer the phone that can communicate in English well enough to understand your order so you can get what you re paying for correctly. Even if I have them recite the order it never comes out right. Foods pretty good most the time, portions seem to get smaller and smaller while prices are driven up.

Been around the entire United States looking for this breakfast. I never found anything but disappointment in bad food that was over priced. You can find as good or tye dame in San Antonio. Its the Tex-Mex recipes the Texas Mexican restaurants use. It is the best!!! When one of these moves to Chicago or New York, Laurence Kansas, or Colorado Springs, they will kill it in money. We love the food here. Weve been going for several years. We had barbacoa tacos. 8 tacos only meat. My husband saved some for me because he got them earlier in the day and saved some for me for after work. I particularly always get the same because the meat is always perfect and tender. I have brittle teeth, so its my ONLY go to for the tacos. In an unfortunate event on 10/4 before we left on the 5th to see my sons Army graduation, I was enjoying my tacos after I came home from work. 2nd taco in, a huge crunch, and my tooth broke. When spitting it out it was my tooth and what I thought was bone.I called the restaurant and they simply took my information...but living so close, I wanted them to see that I thought was bone was a pebble/rock. I spoke to the manager there and another manager on their phone. They looked and inspected the rock, and I was told they checked everything and no way possible it was from their food. I explained that in the 2 minute drive, they couldnt have checked everything. I told them I didnt even know how to approach the situation. I wasnt even belittling their food because accidents happen. They were in the process of putting up holiday decor... The manager on the phone assured me of a phone call back on Monday 10/10. No call no nothing. I told them I would not post this if theyd try to reconcile this someway. They assured me they did not want the owner knowing and would call me back. Still nothing. .so heres my review. Feel free to call, yall have my number. If there isnt a resolution in some way Ill be making other calls regarding the establishment.

Ordered a taco dinner but they seemed to have forgotten the order. I waited 20 min at drive thru window before they came back and asked what I ordered. They did charge me as soon as I got to the window but forgot it soon after charging. They gave me corn tortillas when I ordered flour. The tortillas were so cold they just broke when I grabbed one. Very little rice that was not even half of the already smallish portion of the carry out container. I actually asked the one who gave me the bag if it was empty. She just apologized for the problems and I left. For $17, you would think you would get something enough to eat not 2 very small tacos and little rice. Cold, wrong order, no food and extreme delay. Find somewhere else to spend hard earned money.

Its the location. Compared to the one at wayside, we dont get this kind of treatment in the hood. Even the food taste better here

Went to the drive thru only to have call in orders cut in front of me. I got tired of waiting so I just went somewhere else. The food is not all that great, just go there because its close to my work.
