Went for lunch at noon on a Tuesday. Doors locked people inside would no come to door. Had to call them and were rudely told the bartender was late so th ey were not going to open. Never ever trying to go to this totally pathetic dump again

We walked in and sat at the bar and wailed for 15 minutes and the bartenders just keep looking at us but never asked if we wanted a drink. They even served a guy that just walked in after us. The bar wasn t busy at all. They stood around and just talked to each other. Horrible service!

Almost every time we go here there is only one bartender/host/server who has to do it all. It takes a long time to get service, food, and drinks. They also got our food wrong last time because she didnt write our order down. We have tried a few times to give them another chance, but it just isnt worth it. We wont be back until management pushes for more urgency in the staff. There are TONS of places around Kyle and we will drive elsewhere for a beer and basic bar food. Too bad because its in such a central location. Needs new management!

My son played at the black star baseball friend. Was looking for a good place for lunch before heading home. I like finding places that are local to the area I visiting. The building is historical brick, has the the look and feel. Jessica the /bartender/waitress was ready to serve. I am a little picky when it comes to my beer selection but she didn t not disappoint in letting me try some of the local brews I haven t heard of letting me find the right beer for me to enjoy. I asked what was the most popular items to order for food, she recommended the wings and burgers. These for sure are the most ordered. Well my son ordered the wings and said he loved them. I ordered the basically burger and nodoubt it was awesome. Fresh meet made to order ready to go, bun was soft. If you want condiments it comes in packet form. But you shouldn t need much with this burger, was very flavorful and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for some sports on tv, cold beer, and a good burger or wings. It s told my wife to remind me next time we have games in Kyle cause I want to go to this place for burgers. Hope this help people looking for a non franchise local place to eat. We went here, yesterday for wing Wednesday. Wow, the wings were AMAZING! Crispy and not greasy! They were every bit as good (and even better) than places that sell only wings! The fries were also crispy and not greasy. I was honestly surprised that it was not super busy in there, with $1 wings and the fact that the wings were so great! The service was great, as well, Friendly staff and the dj played great music that wasn t ridiculously loud. We will definitely be back to try more of their food and of course have great wings! Parking: We went on a Wednesday, so there was plenty of parking!

Loved coming here and it s a good spot for watching sports. Wings and food are pretty good. Unfortunately our most recent experience was one that will result in us never returning. We sat at a high top table that was cleared off and we even okayed it with the server of the section before sitting down to ensure it was an open table, only to be bullied and harassed by regulars for sitting at their table for over two hours. After multiple people coming up and making hasty comments, we decided to leave in the middle of a game. Wish this establishment the best but fair warning to all that try and sit at a high top table near the bar!

I understand staff has been a challenge for all but unprofessionalism is poor, especially from women manager, that Carries over to staff. Its as establishment is paying customers to be there. Over 25 minutes for a beer.... close out and was over charged because our 2 drinks never arrive. They did not know how to refund $, so they said I would see a credit on my account by Tuseday?? Sadly been a customer since they open/Mitch and have had a # of bad experiences but this one was the final one. Especially seeing managemt /staff drinking along with its favorite customers.

Beer was not ice cold as my Exs heart as advertised on their sign outside. Beer that is advertised on the board is actually not available. Bar tender didnt care about that. Beer is served in plastic cups. I would rather drink straight from a can than go to a bar and drink draft beer from a flimsy plastic cup. Food is mediocre at best. Bathrooms could use a good cleaning.

Wings were heavy on the garlic and we didnt order garlic wings. 5 people was considered a HUGE party and they charged us $29.99 for the tip. Pizza was burnt on a extra crispy and a regular pizza. Had to ask multiple times for drinks and to go box. Wings took 45 minuted to make, they had a DJ who put the bass on at Max for 20 people. Fries were cold, pizza took a long time to come out, Will not Recommend any one to come here, will never be back. Was told the owner was the cook and they never came out to see why we kept sending stuff back or why we were unhappy. We also had to go up to the bar multiple times to ask for drinks. DO NOT COME HERE... STAY FAR FAR AWAY

Asked for wings to be hot (spice) received garlic and then they tried to tell me it was the hot. The place was not busy and the service was S L O W. Had a DJ who played the music way too loud for such a small place and few customers. I wanted to like this place I read best wings in town a number of reviews but all I can say is you need to get out of town and try the real wing places. They placed a 30.00 tip auto on a party of 5 which if it wasnt there we would not have given it. This place is a trap stay away. Customer service is non existent

***** Food was above average bar food.**** If I was a college kid this place would be ok to hang out. As for the service and the friendliness they need to learn a lot. If your are going to work in an establishment KNOW your product. When I asked about a few beers I had not heard of she said shes not sure what they taste like, she only does shots!......... Waitress dropped food off at table and never came back to check on us for more drinks (we were drinking beer ........ A decent small town sports bar. Waitress was attentive and accommodating. They have over a half dozen televisions that offer some variability in programming...I was able to catch my Broncos game as 3 others played elsewhere. I ordered wings, kind of pricey. Tip for next visit: Skip the wings, go with pizza. Beers were decently priced too. Ill visit again.

My wife and I have made 2 visits and they were both awesome. I personally enjoy the music played and the size of the TVs that show different sports games going on. They do keep a small staff so be patient and understand that most bars aren t just gonna push food out as soon as you order. Enjoy your company, enjoy your drink, and your food will arrive whenever it s ready. Not a big deal. If you have time to go hangout and enjoy a meal then yes please stop in. If you expect fast food then just go to McDonald s or something. The environment is great, the food is awesome, the servers are respectful and do their absolute best. I ll also make the bold statement and say they by far have the best wings in Kyle....honestly the best wings within 30 miles.

So Ive come in here a couple times & there always seems to be something off. One time I was repeatedly charged for chips & salsa, although I only got them once. The reason I was given was because it was a way to stay open during the pandemic. It was after restrictions were lifted. Another time, I was over charged on my tab. They do NOT honor their online advertised specials either. Was told our website hasnt been updated. Which doesnt matter. Its false advertising, plain and simple. After I mentioned the website I was then ignored by the blonde bartender until I left. It seems if you arent one of their regulars, then youre nobody. Twice regulars were waiting on and served before me, even though they showed up after me, and the bar was empty.

I was on a traveling work assignment and bumped into this place by accident. What an awesome surprise. Right in the heart of Kyle Texas. The vibe is on point. Great food and spirits. TVs are complimentary to the environment. According to the waitress, they have a DJ on Wednesday and Friday. I was there on a Saturday night. I had the adult grilled cheese with jalapeños and a couple of Shiners. Yummy. They also serve drink margaritas etc. I am definitely going back. Im glad I stumbled into this place. Wonderful dive bar. Key words dive bar. Know what you are getting into, then embrace it. Cheap beers, wonderful cheese curds, all on the square in Kyle. Great service from Alex, the bartender, who by definition was serving the whole place. 20ish beers on tap, plenty of TVs. Great place.

The 2 stars was for trying to find a table. There were 2 long tables reserved for a certain time but no one ever showed up to an hour after reservation so meanwhile as my boyfriend and I were looking to sit a nice couple told us to sit by them. The service Id give 0 only because it took about 15 minutes to have someone come up to my boyfriend and I just to order drinks. Then another 20 for someone to even ask us if we wanted food. We said yes and then they said theyd be back...no one showed for another 30 asked if we wanted food we then said no its too late we were ready to leave. All they said was oh sorry and walked off. Like I said 0 stars cuz SERVICE SUCKS!

I was extremely disappointed in the end. I thought the place was inviting but throughout the night I was continually reordering my food reminding my bartender of my unreceived order. It was apparent she was under the influence as she staggered and served. Her eyes dialated. At first, I attributed the look to some kind of disability. I paid and tipped in cash, an extremely generous tip (45%) since I felt compelled to show my appreciation for her service being opened during this COVID-19 pandemic. However, I was vulgarly kicked at 2230 when Centerfield supposedly closed at 2300, with verbal remarks I didn t tip . Extremely disappointing - after all trying to support a local business but not being appreciated for my services for even coming in when I could have easily chosen a chained restaurant/bar for the evening. I did notice that at 2200 the bartender s friends arrived and took full advantage of the bar service. As I was told Bar is closed! At 2240 I hear added verbal insults from the influenced friends. I would remind those deciding to try this place this place, it s trying and struggling! Needs a lot of help. I felt like I was living in an episode of Bar/Restaurant Rescue but before the renovations.

We USED to go here all the time, used to have great food and service but it has gone downhill. Booster seat was absolutely disgusting. Bathrooms were filthy with sticky floors. Had to walk up to the bar to get my beer. Wings used to be hot and crispy, tonight they were warm and chewy. Bar Rescue episode 773 in the making. Hope they can turn it around because we truly loved eating there before this pandemic happened.

So disappointed. This was my first time here and I was really looking forward to it! First of, service is HORRIBLE! My server was really friendly but it took forever for her to take our orders, the food took forever, and she never came to check on us or ask if we wanted refills. Secondly, I got the beef nachos which looked super good but the meat was SO SALTY. I m not usually the type to complain about the food but it was not good at all. Wont be coming back.

Last time they messed up the wings by overseasoning them and burned the pizza. This timelike half the chicken strips were inedible. Come on yall! The only thing saving them in this rating is that we have had good food there in the past.... Just not in the past year.

Just ordered a door dash from them. Order came with tatertots instead of french fries. The chicken fried chicken did not come with any gravy. If you order from them take out dont expect to get what you ordered.

Holy Wow! (Trying not to swear...) But OMG, this may be the best pizza Ive had in a while! Im from Chicago (was just there and had pizza 3 times in 4 days), and this is f-ing amazing! The chefs at Centerfield nailed this one! Keep it up!
