Great work they do for the community! I know their work and they have made it possible for neighborhoods to have public lighting, streets, buffers, always with the help of the people of the valley. What a disappointment, today I supposedly had an appointment with the lawyer and it turns out that he arrived and had left, a certain Happy Rivera attended to me, I dont even know who he is but the only thing I can say is that he knows absolutely nothing about law, They should train more specialized and less ignorant people, pure waste of time

Lousy service , incompetent personnel . No clue on what they re doing . Paid 2k for service and lost case due to abandonment . They never submitted any of the evidence I provided . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH L.U.P.E. They re not for the people . They re for the money only .

My mother went to ask for information, they charged her for the membership to go out with them, they charged more than a notary to fill out the passport renewal application, be careful that they see your face. They think they are ignorant!

The only thing they are interested in is that you are a member and they send you to other lawyers. That was my case. I went because I wanted help to renew my permit since they were charging me $500 elsewhere, and there they said their lawyer had a lot of work, totally. waste of time and money

Terrible service and customer service. I have been going to process a foia for a year and they always give me calls to dial. On Monday, oh, they call me. I send emails and they still ask me after a year, I speak. Of course, I havent been speaking since they turned 6. months but the truth is, the service is terrible, those who answer give you a complete detour on the phone, they are supposed to be there to help, I am very sorry and I went to San Juan because the abbot was already available.
