The customer service here is absolutely exceptional. When my order (a bit difficult I admit) was made incorrectly, not only did they correct the order, but offered a free entree for the inconvenience. To top it off, I couldn t come back for the order until nearly closing, when I called to ensure the pizza wasn t thrown away- from an hour before- Sergio, after working a demanding shift I m sure, took it upon himself to insist on making me a fresh one, in which I was able to pick up just before they closed. That is called customer satisfaction at its finest. A big shout out to Sergio and the whole team at the Dominos on Bunton Creek. My go to for pizza!

They ve been dropping the ball lately. If I m paying near a dollar for a sauce cup I expect that to be in my order- I m not giving away free money. Secondly, we asked for the food to be left at door as we have a newborn. The driver not only knocked but rang the doorbell and stayed there when we asked for no contact delivery my husband had to answer the door with baby sleeping on him in baby carrier , have flies come in so he could sign the receipt can t follow directions then you shouldn t even get a tip

Beware of $$. The pizza is great, the service was great. Fast and hot ill give you that, delicious food... Those tots man but .... Beware and check your statements because they charged both the cards I had used before essentially double charging me. It took a week to get the issue settled and now its going to take another week to get my money back to my card. The manager who never called me once offered me my money back duh.... Or the same order to replace the second charge. Nothing to compensate for the fact they kept my money for 2 weeks and never bothered to call me after I went to the store to deal with it. I give him credit for trying to keep the money in his store but your not going to force me to send that money on pizza when I need it for other things. Nice try. Check any cards you have on file because they trying to double charge.

Ordered $80+ worth of food which included 6 pizzas and a few other things. Delivery forgot FIVE of the pizzas and a brownie dessert for everyone waiting to eat at my house. When I called, the girl on the phone said I could have store credit or wait for their next delivery to go out since there was a mix up. I had 9 hungry tummies to feed and we were going to need to wait longer for the next delivery so we could receive what could be assumed to be cold food at that point? I told them we needed the items to still come out as it s 7pm and I have no other dinner options pulled out to make. And I let them know that the last time we placed an order they forgot 1 item as well but we just let it go. I guess this store just had a habit of messing up delivery orders. I asked if they d be willing to offer something due to the inconvenience. I mean why not ask, right? They used to offer free pizzas for late delivery back in the day. And this was extremely irritating. She offered me a drink or dessert. They forgot five pizzas and a dessert and they were willing to toss me a soda? I kind of wish I hadn t asked. Quite insulting. I declined and told them I d be taking my business elsewhere in the future. My kids laughed and called me a Karen when I got off the phone cuz I never do that type of thing. But this was the second time. So over it! Stuff is expensive these days! I can t afford their incompetence.

This review is not about the quality of food. The address shown on Google Maps is incorrect. The Dominos Pizza that is near the Spicy Bite restaurant is at 101 Hall Professional Center. The Domino s Pizza on Bunton is on the east side of I-35, near the hospital. So if you live by Plum Creek or Hometown Kyle, don t order from the Bunton address. Order from the Hall address.

Last night we received two delicious pizzas from the Dominoes on Bunton Cr in Kyle. They came hot and perfect! They were pan pizzas, one with extra cheese and light sauce. The dough was perfectly fluffy and crisp on the bottom. The other was extra onion and extra onion and was also perfectly made. We topped it off with Parmesan bread bites that were just crunchy enough and buttery too! A cold Diet Coke washed it all down. Our delivery driver was very polite also. Thank you Dominoes Pizza!! We ll be ordering again soon!! Keep up the good work!

They are so fast! I regularly need a delivery when my baby is sleeping and I can t leave the house. I order on the app, and they are there within 15 minutes every single time. I know I live close, but they are seriously fast. They get my order right every time, and never wake up the baby. This is the best dominoes I ve ever dealt with.

Edit 8/14/22: Finally decided to try again. Man what a disappointment. Sandwich has topping on only half. Pizza was literally destroyed and half upside down stuck to the box. No way to get a refund, only a credit for next time. But with no promise of a better experience, why go for a next time. OG post: Ive been ordering from this location fairly regularly for a little over 2 years now. It used to be that I received top quality food and rarely had any issues with my order. I would boast about this location! Not anymore. Recently, its been one bad order after another. No garlic crust even though this is the standard for Dominos. Minimal toppings despite ordering extras. Minimal to NO sauce on the wings we order. If we do contactless delivery, most likely will not receive additional sauces/seasoning even though we pay extra for them. Sometimes drinks have even been forgotten. Really sad to see how bad the quality this location has gotten. Cant comment on the staff since we typically do contactless delivery. When we do traditional delivery the drivers are always very nice.

Been coming here for years and it has been great until tonight 09/10/2021 @ 10:05 pm. Im waiting for my order and I over hear a young kid let a guy know on the pizza line that he has to go his mom doesnt allow him stay after 10:00 pm and he has to go the guy on the line tells the kid he doesnt care to bad. Now I video recorded this and me as a Mom would be furious and I would show up if my son were to call me and inform me. So keep in mind there are labor laws especially if its a kid in school you know what their schedule could be as them going by what their parents say. Dominos do better.

Ordered delivery from this location. Followed along on the tracker until it said complete. Yet, no pizza arrived. Called them and found out that they forgot to transfer the order to a different dominoes cause they weren t delivering. They said they could redo the order and it would get here in 35 mins. I have made 3 delivery orders from this establishment and will not make another. Each time there was either something missing or wrong with the order. Have ordered delivery from this store twice. Pizza was very good and fresh, hot , delivered very quickly. My favorite was the Hawaiian and the Philli Chesse Steak. Both really good. Drivers were friendly and the app is really nice. You can track you pizza from the time you place you online order until they are knocking on your door. Will definitely order from them again! So fourth time we ordered delivery it was not good. Our pizzas were dropped I think but still left at our door. See pictures. They were also very dry as if not near enough sauce.

We live near this store in Kyle and have never had any issues. Its almost like we order once a week from Dominos. Today I had a large order for the hospital and Mike was so nice during delivery.
