Because of my lack of knowledge during course of reporting an accident, I was left fairly powerless in fighting for a settlement from PRV Tree Services, without a non related witness and with relatively minor injuries Due to timing of Covid and the legal process, things dragged out, but Madsen successfully negotiated and managed to get full market price (at the time of my vehicle purchase nearly 5 years ago) for my car. There is a room for improvement on communication as far as keeping clients in the loop, but for a team of 2, Im pretty happy all in all with the results achieved. Sidenote: Do yourself a favor and buy a recording device for your vehicle and always get a witness! Especially in Austin, Texas, drivers cant be trusted... If you are injured in an accident though, give Madsen a call!!

I was in an accident last year and the first thing I did was call Madsen law office. I based it off their great reviews and just a gut feeling they would be good. Well I was right. Mr Madison got me a really nice settlement. Hes super easy to get a hold of, easy to talk to. Informs you of all the laws and information pertaining to your case. I was in pain and suffering from four ruptured discs and a broken hand. He got me all the medical attention I needed and now my back is better than ever and my hand is in great shape. He took all this information and went after both my insurance company and the person who hit me and he got a maximum settlement which Im very pleased with. His assistant Aubrey is also great. I highly recommend them if you get into an automobile accident.
