I had the pleasure of having lunch at Cava and I couldnt be more delighted with the exceptional options they offer. The flavors were rich, diverse, and showcased a perfect balance of textures. The customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend Cava to anyone. I cant wait to return and explore more of their menu options. Hopefully next time I can try one of their drinks. As they were out my first visit. 6/15: Update to my previous review. The service this time around was bad. Waited in line for 40 minutes plus for a mobile order. To then be told that I ll have to wait longer for chips to be made. It appears to me that you all don t prioritize the people in the drive through. As I saw the line inside go from being long to just 3 people. Not sure I ll be returning!

This place is a disaster! I regularly eat at Cava in Denton, TX. It is outstanding. I will never return to this Cava! I ate around 11:00 a.m. The restaurant was definitely not ready for service! There were pans littered about, there was no ice in the drink machine, the cola was empty. The manager???? kept telling me they would get the drink machine taken care, but it never happened! The food was just average, and gave me an upset stomach! Sorry excuse for the franchise!

I visited with my best friend and her less than 1 year old, so we were not quick to say the least! Food on the floor, tables not cleaned, and worst of all was the condition of the windows. Covered with fingerprints. Im guessing the door handles havent been touch either. I was here yesterday evening 8/16 for the third time. I am writing this review because I was stunned at how disorganized the workers are for a job that could NOT be more simple. They were literally running in circles accomplishing nothing and the location was not even busy. Refusing to get more ingredients when the container is low, asking me, the customer, if this amount of meat looks correct for double meat. What!? Ringing out wrong items for our order as well. I am not sure about the turnover rate here but it seems very high. There was one guy working that was noticeably on drugs, grinding his teeth, twitching, spinning in literal circles. Cavas are corporate owned and there is no excuse for how disorganized this place is in Kyle of all places. A job making pitas and salads could not be more simple. You can walk into any other similar style restaurant without all these issues and less employees.

I m always missing an ingredient from my order when I do the pickup. Today, again, missing an ingredient. I ordered half chicken, half lamb and only got a half portion of lamb. The lamb was just a giant chunk of fat, so completely inedible. Since I m missing my protein, I now have figure out something else to eat. Additionally, missing the hummus and the bowl was absolutely drenched in dressing. It was pooling at the bottom. There was so much dressing that I only ate about have the salad portion until I couldn t stomach it any more. Lastly, I order the blueberry lavender and got some watered strawberry lemonade or something. It s definitely not the blueberry lavender drink I normally drink. Questioning whether to ever go to this location again.

I love CAVA and I m so glad that they recently opened one in Kyle. The pita chips are really good and the wraps. I will always recommend cava to anyone! I also do a half lemonade, half strawberry (I forget the rest of the name) drink and it s so good!! May: One thing that I didn t like and I just couldn t stand was that there was a girl working the line (I m not sure if I should mention her name - starts with a Z). She was grabbing wraps and at one point, before she grabbed the wrap for the lady in front of me, she took her pony tail out and grabbed her hair with her glove wrapped CAVA hands and brushed them through her hair to put her hair up and then proceeded to grab the ladies wrap and go on about making food I was shook because I was like was she not aware? I was going to ask her if she could please change her gloves and not touch my food, but I was saved by grace because another guy came over to help us while she finished helping the lady. June: Update: came here about 2 weeks again after this review and they no longer where name tags and then my boyfriends lamb tasted like straight up SWEAT. He was very disappointed and hasn t ever had lamb that tasted like this. I still love CAVA, CAVA please don t disappoint me. Sticking to my safety food which is the pita with chicken & toppings. July: SECOND UPDATE: came about 1 month later and ALL their drinks are empty except for their nasty blueberry one .AND they forgot my daughter s rice!!! I ordered 2 kids meals and they only put rice on 1; I checked the recipet and they are both supposed to have rice HOW do you forget to put rice on a kids plate?! Kid-friendliness: They have kid meal options such as the wrap that you can customize for a child. My 1 year old loves it!

First off, I love the food. I love the mint lime drink and the bowls. Perfection! However I must say when you order online it s the worst service ever. I placed my order at 11:45am, went through digital drive-thru, waited 10 mins, still nothing, no greetings and getting ignored. Online is a 50/50 of getting everything I ordered or having items missing. Forget about calling the number, they hardly ever respond. It comes with great regret to give this Cava 3 stars because I LOVE cava, but this is the third time I get ef d by this location s Uber delivery! At least next time you decide to ef me, throw in a stick of lipstick so I can be ready to expect it! I eat here a lot at other locations and like that this one has drive thru. The portions seem less though and they re usually out of something. I haven t gone inside, but it looked busy. I m not upset, just feel like the portions I got were more suited for my girlfriend who usually can t finish the entire bowl at other locations. Food is the same though and I get a few toppings thrown in I didn t ask for, but I get that they re busy today. I d say I d give them 4.5 stars. I will be back and enjoy the food. I just took off .5 because the portions are a tad smaller than I like, but overall I love that there s a cava in Kyle as I stopped visiting the others because they re too far now. Keep up the good service! I think some low reviews should give them another shot! The food s fast and not the worst for you! Definitely will feel healthier after eating here than a burger or fried chicken! I still get the latter two from time to time though, haha!

My wife and I visited Cava Cafe in Kyle today 6/27/2024, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. As we placed our order, the workers repeatedly got it wrong. When we pointed out the mistakes, one of the workers became visibly frustrated and threw our food in the trash while fixing it. This happened twice, and the workers rude attitude made us feel uncomfortable. Despite being clear about our order, the staff seemed unable to fulfill it correctly. Due to the poor service and unpleasant encounter, we chose to leave the establishment. It was my first time at Cava Cafe, and I must say it was a truly disappointing experience. Regrettably, we will not be returning to this location.

CAVA has really been slipping lately. I had to go back and have them fix my bowl because the lentils were severely undercooked & hard as a rock. I take my order back to get fixed, and they gave me a new bowl, and it was screwed up AGAIN. This is the second time that I came and something was off about my food. Usually concerning the avocado. Luckily, this team usually fixes it for me, but it s kind of frustrating paying all this money and instead of them knowing that there s something wrong, I have to say something or else they will literally sell it to you that way. The first time that I came, they gave me avocado that wasn t ripe and I could literally see the worker struggling to cut it due to how hard it was, and he still gave it to me. I sat down and I tasted it, I immediately walked back up and asked for a different set of avocados. Today I came and they gave me avocados bad avocados again but today was the opposite case. It looks like it was sitting out for too long or it was already rotten. and it looks like there s a lot of new workers and most of them are not informed on the cost of things. Ive had meals delivered missing half the ingredients. If I order at the counter, its rare I have the full complement of options available. My last visit, there were only 2 protein options available. Second time trying this place. Both times the food was great! First time ordered online and asked for the free pita but didn t get it but everything else was as asked. Today I walked in and ordered. The manager man helped me and he was great! He checked the the up charges on items were okay. Asked if I wanted the free pita and gave it to me. Made pleasant conversation. Best of all, a team member walked in for her shift and he instantly said where s your shirt? . As a restaurant general manager I had the most respect for a fellow manager quickly addressing a team member being out of dress code!! (She had her shirt in her bag for anyone wondering) Store was clean, ambience was good. Give that man a bonus!

Wonderful Greek Mediterranean Food! Fresh and very flavorful in your choice of a bowl or a pita wrap. You can choose from a variety of entree choice or build your own. Absolutely blown away by the flavor and freshness of every item! The staff was super friendly and helpful - (Manager-JJ and Ashley) Even the beverages (non soda) are made in house - tea, lemonade, strawberry citrus, blueberry lavender, and cucumber mint lime. The fountain drinks are Maine Root and are all very good!

I went into Cava on a whim today as Im usually a regular patron at a competing company near by who consistently has been dropping the ball. I walked in and told the server it was my first time. He walked me patiently through the line of options and even gave suggestions when requested. Being it was my first time he gave me a great discount. They have gained a customer for life. I never leave reviews but this one was well deserved after an amazing meal and even better customer service.

I had honey chicken pita warp and it was delicious the food taste like homemade food. And when I saw the cook uses olive oil and not cheap canola oil like other places. I knew im eating real mediterranean food because they are all about olive oil. The service needs more organization and the mgmt need to figure out the work flow and food availability because they were out of few items and its dinner time but overall the food taste good just need some service enhancement

I was so excited to hear that close to me there was a place that served lamb balls, but better yet, when i got there i was ecstatic that it had a healthy vibe about it. the two young men that helped me were incredible, because they had options and it being my first time there i was in heaven as a foodie and as someone who grew up in the middle east, so after many choices of what i wanted in a bowl and the sauces or dressings had so much flavor, i cant wait to go back, not only for the food, but the fantastic service and outgoing personalities, like me. i give this place 10 stars for the food and the helpful workers, david and colton. try it the flavors will amaze you.

Revised review-everything perfect. Even at busy times they are rocking it without compromising service or attitude. Shout out to Jay who had me out the door (take out) in less than 5 minutes. On average we eat here 2-3 times a week because of the quality of food, quantity (we can share a bowl sometimes) and ease of getting in and out. We need a CAVA on Main Street Buda!

The food at Cava is phenomenal, however this location in Kyle, Never and I mean Never gets an online/app order correct. I ve tried several times to give them a chance to work out the kinks. When I ve addressed the issues after having to drive back to either get the missing meal or corrected order, I ve been told to just ask for a refund through the app multiple times is their answer to resolve the problem. At first they blamed their printer and or the app, for not printing the order when missing, but oddly when the order itself is wrong the sticker is correct but the actual product is wrong, so thats definitely a human error. They ll even let you pay for a drink, when their drinks are empty and their machine is down! but again you can ask for a refund through the app! Tonight again wrong order! I ve reached my limit therefore a review was necessary. I can t take the disappointment and total waste of money this location has caused me over the last few months! Neither should anyone else! With all of the dietary restrictions and allergies please pay closer attention and Do better!

Went here with some friends because Chipotle was closed. This was so much better than Chipotle though. Definitely one of my new favorite places to go. The food is great, the service is straightforward and they get to the point. Very fast food production line provides the orders very fast and efficiently. The seating area inside is a little small but it s nice and the front glass walls lets in lots of nice natural light. Vegetarian options: Most of the menu has vegetarian options and is definitely a good place to go if you re vegetarian. Dietary restrictions: They have lots of options at Cava for dietary restrictions. Parking: There s tons of parking spots. Cava is located in a strip of other stores so it has lots of parking in front of it. Kid-friendliness: They allow kids in Cava. The workers are nice and don t mind if kids come into the building. Wheelchair accessibility: The front door is wide enough for someone with a wheelchair to bring it in. There s also some outdoor seating if they want to sit outside instead.

Cava reminds me of Freebirds and Chipotle but Mediterranean fare. The flavors were popping. I fully enjoyed the food. I actually like the food at Cava. I eat there 2 - 3 times a week. But today, I made my way over to the Kyle, Tx location during rush hour traffic and entered their pickup window where I was greeted by one of their employees that smiled and unapologetically declined my order. I had not previously placed my order online. I didn t have my cell phone with me and I wasn t dressed to go inside. She could have told me they discouraged the use of the drive through for orders but not decline my order. I wonder if customer first will ever return? I cannot support a company that does not support me. I will never return to Cava again.

Food is delicious! Service is AWFUL! 45 minutes in the drive thru, after placing an online order. When I drove up to the window no one greeted me for 5 minutes. Two different people asked for the order name, 10 minutes went by and I called the place when no one was coming back to the window. The manager answered and one came to the window to talk to me. My food was not even ready. She said she had 50 orders to get through. They gave me one free cookie and one free drink since they could hear by crying baby in the car after thinking this would be a quick pick up and back home to nurse my son. PLEASE hire MORE people! The line had 6 cars ahead of me and I was there 45 minutes. The line had 7 cars after me when I drove away. How can good food be served like this daily? The customer service is not great! Only after I told the manager that being greeted with an apology is how the food service should take care of customers, did she seem sincere. The employees seem pissed off and that s not a good way to run a business! I watched multiple people inside go through the line and have their bowl made on the spot within the 15 minutes I was sitting at the window. For such a new place in Kyle that is known for delicious healthy food the staff and the process to make the food is all wrong!

Cava is really good. I make a green and grains bowl and add all of the different toppings. The issue I have is when it comes to the protein upcharge. I absolutely understand the premium protein like the spicy lamb meatballs and harissa chicken is an upcharge. What is not ok is when you get the half serving, you are charged for the full amount of the protein. A full serving of lamb meatballs should be 4 meatballs. When you get half the meat, you are still charged for 4 meatballs. So when I do half and half of lamb meatballs and harissa chicken, I m charged for the full price of lamb meatballs for half a serving (2 meatballs) and the full price of harissa chicken for half a serving (1 scoop). If you are charging me the amount for a full serving, give me the entire amount of the protein. Chipotle doesn t do this. They will only charge you for the most expensive protein (1/2 steak, 1/2 chicken) and will only charge you for the steak. Or sometimes they have the half price of the steak and chicken. I did contact support about it and they were quick to respond so shout out to Xiao from the customer service team. Ultimately, don t get scammed when doing half servings of meat. I wouldn t have noticed if I wasn t a reoccurring Cava customer. But trust me, I will no longer be ordering half protein because of this up charge or go to chipotle a few doors down if I m craving a bowl with different meats.

I was so excited to try CAVA and it did not disappoint. The service was very friendly. Love the healthy options for quick a take out or sit down meal. I had the Harissa Avocado and it was delicious. The portion for me was large enough that I still have leftovers. Also tried the cucumber mint lime drink and it was excellent; it was just the right amount of sweet. Even though this is a new location they seemed to have everything running smoothly and workers seemed happy.

The pickup-only drive thru at Kyle Cava location is anything but convenient or efficient. Scheduled a pickup order for 12:45 pm. Arrived exactly at that time and it took exactly THIRTY minutes to even get to the window (behind two other vehicles). Once at the window, a rotation of three different employees all asked for the name on the order. Thirty minutes to serve three cars in a pickup only line? Thats pretty bad service if you ask me.
