I hired Lynn for a divorce in which two children were involved and the husband was abusive. She kept putting off even wanting to have the court date, tried to cancel the trial the day of and I had to go over her head and start shaking trees to even keep it that day. She never asked for temp orders or emergency child support despite an assurance during my consultation that I d get those things. In fact, she has her paralegal doing everything and idk if the paralegal quit or what. But my husband intentionally didn t show up for the trial and I was granted all I asked by default but because she didn t file a return of service, he was granted a retrial. Then she lied and said she did file it but refused to provide proof and what I can see on public record confirms she never posted it. I asked her about this and cannot get an email back. She s well aware of the dire situation at hand and children s safety involved and I assure you this woman doesn t care. Don t waste your money.

I would honestly give 0 stars if possible. Don t expect good communication. Don t expect her to call you the same name in court. Or advocate for you in anyway. You ll absolutely waste your money with Lynn.

Got bodied by my lawyer who only cost $300. Imagine trying to get child support on a disabled mans income. Horrible lawyer.

If you want to beat your case DO NOT HIRE HER. You will spend money using her services but you will receive the same plead deal that the court appointed offered for free. And then she will drop you as a client if you are not happy with her services. So be careful with who you hire

In my experience Lynn is one of the best attorneys in the Austin area. She is very knowledgeable of family law, and worked extremely hard to accomplish the best outcome for my case. For a lawyer she s not very bright. She didn t even remember to sign the paperwork before turning it into the court. Additionally, the papers she drafted had all the wrong names and dates and she can t even get her client to show up to court because she doesn t tell you the dates. Spend your money wisely - elsewhere.

Lynn was such an awesome Attorney! She fought hard for my son to win custody of his daughter, my granddaughter. Lynn worked day and night on our case and was always available for any of our questions or concerns. Lynn is family oriented and has compassion for her clients. Lynn Peach is a horrible attorney. She claims to do family law but wasn t even aware of the requirements for setting a hearing to enforce an order under the Texas Family Code. Then, once she s been fired, she refused to withdraw from the case unless she was permitted to file a false pleading with the court. If you need an attorney, don t even consider her. She s incompetent.

She is doing everything to keep my son away from me because his Dad is the one paying her even though she said she was working with both of us. She is not working for the best interest of the child. Dont support this woman.
