Stopped in for a quick burger. Service was speedy. Got my double cheese burger $5+tax. There isnt much to complain about. Bun, meat and veggies were tasty. My only complaint was the excessive amount of salt on the meat. Else a great burger. Will try them again.

Usually the food is great, but we recently went for lunch and the drive thru was packed (not the issue). We received the fries and burger cold which was very surprising since the drive thru was packed. We also live like 2 min away so that shouldn t have been the issue.

Lettuce wrap hamburger is good. Like that sauce was on the side. Allowed me to put as much on as wanted. Great burger for keto diet. Parking: At times can be difficult to find parking nearby. Near several other restaurants.

Not sure what s going on here.?? 2nd time here, horrible again! Ordered breakfast burger, fries and a coke. Breakfast burger not good and not fresh. This was our first time trying PTerrys. It was OK. I m a huge Whataburger fan and since they started bringing In & Outs to Texas they ve been growing on me too. But Whataburger will always be superior. I d say PTerrys is closer to the In & Out style of burger. Only thing I didn t like, the music was too loud.

Awful location. I love P,Terrys, and this one is near my house, but every time I go there is something wrong. Once it was over an hour wait for food, the next there was a giant hole in the patio and my wife injured herself, time after that they took our order and money at the drive through and then decided they didnt have that stuff that day and just gave us some other food we didnt order instead and acted like it was our problem for expecting what we wanted. One time I got a soda cup with a big hole in the bottom, went up to get a new one, only to learn they ALL had holes in them. Place is cursed. Ive stopped going back

We drove through Austin and kept seeing P.Terrys all around so we thought we would try. We ordered a burger, fries, a sparkling lemonade and a cookie. The burger was okay. I think this was the best item. They are similar to a double double. One thing I would say is it was a bit overcooked. The fries were pretty basic but okay. I only had a few. The burger had filled me up. The sparking lemonade wasnt that great. Mixing LaCroix and lemonade doesnt count as something worth an upcharge. The cookie was stale and hard. I was okay with the oatmeal but just seemed old. P. Terrys is a one and done for us. Maybe one day well give it another try.

I recently went through the drive-thru at P. Terry s, and the experience was outstanding! The customer service was amazing the staff was friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was spot-on. Even in the drive-thru, they took the time to ensure everything was perfect and made me feel valued as a customer. The food was delicious as always, but the exceptional service really stood out. Ill definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend!

I usually order in the drive-thru but now and then dine-in. You have to appreciate a fast food establishment that cooks made-to-order as it requires a little patience. This place can be a little slow but my food is always hot and made exactly how I ordered it. They always give me utensils and napkins without having to ask. The customer service is always pleasant and the other day when it was raining, I went through the drive-thru got rain drops in my eye and the nice young woman at the window, when I asked for a napkin she knew why and grabbed it fast. She new we ladies with mascara and rain dont mix and I needed help so the mascara didnt run into my eye. Thanks girlfriend! The dining room is typically decent and I can find a clean table to relax and enjoy my delicious burger. However several times the soda fountain was out of root beer or the syrup was low and it took awhile for them to change it. Ill let it slide because I was able to choose my 2nd favorite splurge drink... soda isnt healthy so I call it a splurge because you shouldnt drink it daily. Anyways, just my 2 cents on soda. I think its a cute 50s style burger spot that is adorable. Love the menu options and give the chicken nuggets a try too and get the buffalo sauce would ya!?#@$% Better than McDonalds nuggets in my opinion.

Second time my to go order was stolen! If you want free food just go in and steal somebody s to-go order they ll just let it happen because they don t have a system to validate that you are in fact a Favor driver or Doordasher. It s frustrating knowing that my order isn t protected and when I order from here there is a 50/50 chance that I will receive my order. Very taken aback by an employee when I visit 3/24. (Short Asian lady, I found is a manager in training.) While waiting for my order, she called out a number for a couple of shakes she had made.
