This is the best soufflé I have had! I had the crab soufflé for dinner and then the blueberry soufflé for dessert! Absolutely amazing! Update: My husband and I stopped by for a quick lunch yesterday afternoon, and we were absolutely impressed! The ambiance was amazing warm, inviting, and perfect for a relaxing meal. Our server, Valarie, was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. She was truly fantastic! We couldn t resist having the Crab Soufflé again, and it was just as delicious as we remembered. For dessert, we indulged in the Grand Mariner, which we paired with a glass of Felice Moscato. It was the perfect combination absolutely delicious! The service was outstanding, and the food hit all the right spots. We ll definitely be back soon!

Rice soufflé is some of the best French food I ve had in the metroplex. We started our meal with the marshmallow soup, which is a tomato soup with small resemble marshmallows, a duck soufflé and finished with a pear port soufflé that may have been the greatest dessert I ve ever enjoyed. We will surely be back

A staple in Dallas for years, it is a special occasion type place to join company over atypical food. Extremely French aesthetic. You come here for the souffle and they recommend both a savory and sweet for your meal.

I was recommended this restaurant by a client of mine. I was eager to try it out. Overall I thought the atmosphere was sensational. My food was incredible. I started off with the Marshmallow soup(it doesn t have any real marshmallows in it ) and fresh bread. My waitress, Angelica gave great recommendations. The soup was great-the marshmallows are actually mini goat cheese soufflés-brilliant, bathed in a carrot/tomato soup! Next up I had a great salad that she recommended-I swapped the bleu cheese that was originally on the salad for goat-10/10 would recommend! Lastly I tried the chocolate soufflé and a cup of espresso. I couldn t finish all of it-great to share. Great flavor and came out piping hot. I sat up at the little bar, I got to watch them make of the soufflés-it was so interesting!! I will be back soon!!

Wow on the service and atmosphere! Southwest chicken paired with marshmallow soup was perfect. Selection of Harney & Sons hot teas served in a pot, not just by the cup. Pleasantly surprised by the fact that they have plush knit blankets for guests if it s too cold inside the restaurant!!

I love Rise and have been here multiple times. Its one of the places I like to frequent for special occasions, which was for this time as well. The service was always nice, but we ended up having a really passive aggressive waiter this time? Quick to interrupt us, didnt check in often, and quick to leave - we felt very rushed and unattended to (not the vibe for a special dinner out). He really wanted us in and out even though tables were still empty around us. Like, daaang boy. If I wanted an in and out treatment, I wouldve gone to In-N-Out and they still wouldve given me better service. I still left the standard tip out of consideration for the rest of the staff, but not happily. May forego this location for the Plano one in hopes for better service?

The place is cute. The soup and bread were great, but the actual souffle was tasteless. I ordered the mushroom one and a glass of white wine that was warm. The sweet souffle was white eggs and the falvor on the side. The check for 1 it was 80 dollars. When i got home, I had the most horrible stomachache of my life.

Absolute perfection. Impeccable service on point. Recommend the bubble flight for drinks. The lobster souffle special is delish. Classic grand marnier souffle dessert is perfection. French country atmosphere is absolutely kitschy but in a good style that works for the place. Go and have a blast with a very good meal.

Rise Soufflé earns 4 stars for its excellent service. The staff was attentive and made the dining experience enjoyable. The food was just okay not extraordinary, but still good. What really stood out was the bread guillotine, which was super cool and added a fun touch to the meal. Overall, a pleasant experience, but the food could have been a bit more memorable to match the great service and unique presentation.

Great atmosphere; unique food. Very cute and cozy. Fancy food without being pretentious. They do a lot of thoughtful little touches like giving you a thought of the day (instead of a fortune cookie); real towels sanitized between uses in the bathrooms (much less waste); a guillotine-like bread knife that my dad loves; etc. Ive been here several times, and its always a good experience. If you like escargot, Id recommend the escargot souffle, but theyre all good. Vegetarian options: Several vegetarian options, but Id call ahead to ask beforehand if youre vegan Parking: Parking lot is fine. Ive always been able to find parking, but the parking lot is set up with one-way directions and roundabouts, so just drive slow and look around. Parking spaces are narrow, but Ive seen people with huge cars park there successfully.

For any celiacs, do not go here. I had a reaction to a gluten free soufflé I was served for dessert. The manager during the incident ended up calling an ambulance for me. Just this mishap ruined about 2 weeks of my life due to brain fog, on and off pseudo seizures/paralysis, constant intestinal pain, having to take time off work on my own dime, plus worrying all my friends and family. I did confront the manager later and was told that cross contamination can happen in the kitchen. The only thing the manager offered me was a gift card back to the location; as if I would come back here after what happened. I even had to speak up to get a refund on my meal. I did get the soufflé I was served tested the weekend after and it was flagged positive for gluten. I am very disappointed in this restaurant and outraged that they promote gluten free on their website; at the very most they should specify that they are gluten friendly. Edit: had to add the photos I took due to a reply from the manager. Also, the bread stick was eaten by my guest because it was given to me after I ordered the gluten free Marshmallow soup. We decided it was best for him to consume the free bread going forward. The reaction I had was due to a large amount of gluten being consumed late into my dining experience.

If the duck lorange is ever on the menu, go ahead and place an order. It was so delicious I cannot stop thinking about it even over a month after my visit. We also really enjoyed the crab and smoked salmon soufflés. For desserts its a good idea to order a few and share to sample from each. I had really high expectations due to how long ahead of time I had to make a reservation, the atmosphere and service were definitely on point. However, for someone who is new to soufflés I was really surprised how everything had the same texture and lacked in distinct flavor. Both entrees and deserts were bland and similar even though we took the servers recommendations. I would recommend the pecan desert souffle it had a bit of texture and sweet flavor to it.

Wonderful experience on our first visit. Beautiful ambiance, it had the feeling of a restaurant that you would find on your ski vacation in Tahoe, hard to believe its in Dallas. This place is so adorable, the food is beyond delectable and service was excellent. Over the top phenomenal. The bread was so delicious, freshly made so warm I couldnt stop eating it. Unfortunately, I did not try the soufflés but will be coming back as I hear they are to die for. I ordered the Steak & Pomme de Terre 6oz center cut filet with roasted fingerling potatoes, haricot vert, & béarnaise and let me tell you, I have been to many many restaurants, 5-star restaurants, you name it but this little whole in wall place which is enchantingly beautiful had the most succulent, most memorable steak Ive ever tasted. It was cooked to perfection as it melted in your mouth and the vegetables, never have I had such tasty veggies, I am not one to like veggies at all but at Rise they were flawlessly delicious, cant wait to come back with a much bigger appetite so that I can try the soufflés.

We had a wonderful experience at Rise! We were seated and attended to right away. We ordered the Rise salad, Sun-dried Tomato & Pesto Soufflé, & then the Pumpkin Soufflé for dessert! All were delicious!

If you ve never had a soufflé, here s your place to try! When I am pregnant, it s my top craving. Also, the hot chocolate is the best hot chocolate we have ever had!

We have been going here since I can remember. Some of the best food, ambience and service out there. We have been blessed to eat as some of the best restaurants around the world and this is definitely a contender. Food is comforting but still light. Wine is delicious. Desserts are so light and fluffy. And the salads are so light and fresh. Then not only is the food soo good but then the ambience is a vibe.

Rise is the preferred restaurant for most of my friends for their birthday! Me too! Delicious hot bread, savory and sweet souffles that are out of this world, and the Rise Salad is absolutely my favorite salad on the planet! Marshmallow soup is a must try! Gather for lunch on the patio on a beautiful day and enjoy the Paris like street feel. Just DIVINE! Ive often called for reservations and been told I cant get one. Recently discovered that they accept walk-ins at any time but you might have to wait although you can call ahead to get on the waitlist. Mid-afternoon 2:00 to 4:00 is great for girlfriends getting together for a long leisurely lunch. We havent met a souffle we havent loved. Crab, cranberry and champagne, key lime....all sublime! Always a treat to discover a new favorite. Cant recommend them enough! DIVINE!

Love to meet a best friend here to catch up & enjoy a great meal. Love that everything is easily shareable. Love the wine flights. And a great place to pick up a cute gift! Parking: I never have any trouble finding a convenient parking spot, but we also enjoy walking around the shopping center to window shop or stop in Trader Joes while were there.

Our first visit, loved the homey French cottage feel, and the soufflé was absolutely amazing. I had the crab, girlfriend had the duck soufflee amazing savory flavor yet so light and airy. We also shared the raspberry and apricot souffle for dessert. Apricot had a bite which was nice, raspberry sweet and pink. Highly suggest visiting, relaxing and living in the moment.

Never been rushed this way by a waitress , as soon as we sat down she wanted to take the orders and insisted we choose a soufflé. She even wanted to get the order of the starter, entree and desert from the moment we sat down. Waitress also mentioned she has to take the full order now, this is their policy. Bad experience in general, left before ordering. They need also to install a fan for people sitting and waiting outside. Menu is limited and doesn t have a variety

delectable soufflés in a lovely down-to-earth atmosphere. Rise gives a humble, farm to table feel with their antique silverware, custom/recycled dishes, and reusable tablecloths and towelettes. We came for dessert, but it was so good that we ended up getting a savory soufflé as well. I enjoyed the grand marnier for its light, airy texture and citrusy sweetness. The jambon et gruyère soufflé was the star of the evening, deliciously delicate and flavorful. Definitely worth a visit for the parisian vibe and cozy, open air patio.

Such a great service and amazing souffle. We went to celebrate our anniversary. Our server was very professional and introduced their food very well. We got some food recommended from her and most of them are very good. Souffle was very soft and subtle sweet with savory taste. I also got some tuna and steak. Tuna is melting in mouth. With their citrus sauce it s so good. Steak also grilled perfect as I requested. One of my savory souffle has certain cheese I can t eat. The server checked the table asked the reason why I left the whole food. Then she removed the food from the table right away also took it out from my receipt. I was quite impressed for that part. Their dessert are must try items. The pistachio souffle was the best. It has a lot of pistachio flavors with super fluffy top. It s quite fun to make the top go off carefully. Creme bleu is always a good choice. They also do the wine corkage with some fee. Excellent service and fun atmosphere!

A consistently excellent experience. From the welcome, to the table bread, to the charcuterie, to the soufflé, the meal was executed wonderfully. If there is any surprise here, it s that there is no surprise. To deliver such a consistently superior meal and experience requires a dedicated staff and an unrelenting attention to detail. They delivered again. Service is usually superb, pleasant, there when you want them, but not overbearing. We had an obviously new server who, with time, no doubt will rise to the high service standards of the rest of the staff.

We had a Mexican waiter seve us and he showed us absolutely no respect. We left him a 20 percent tip just out of courtesy but I regret that we did that because it`ll only encourage him to keep serving other people the same way he did us. It was a very unpleseant experience. The only tasty food we had was the marshmellow soup. The soufles were not good.

Souffle is good. Both Savory and Sweet. The service is really good and efficient but with a tad bit of attitude. The ahi tuna was excellent. The pistachio souffle was very good, especially the side sauce. My friend and I liked the ambiance.
