Im furious! Just went to get breakfast for me and my kid just to get back home and see that it was incomplete. What s the point of having an itemized ticket showing what the customer ordered if the staff is not going to do their job right? So I had to drive back and forth once I had arrived to my house just to get the rest of my order only for the drive thru girl to give me a stupid look of disbelief and said oh ok even though she bagged the order herself. So thanks to her our food was cold when we got back home, and my kids chicken nuggets were salty too. Sadly the staff didn t bother to tried and fix the problem by replacing the cold order, they just gave me the missing items and no apology or anything was given for the damn trouble. This new location is not worth it.

So glad to see we have a Chick-fil-A in Kyle now. Great experience going in recently to try the new honey pimento sandwich. Double lane drive thru and staff were friendly. Food was to quality as always! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options

This is a new Chick-fil-A location & they are doing a great job! It was lunchtime & we got our lunch in a reasonable time & tasted great! We also got a sample of the Banana Pudding Shake & it was delicious!!

I tried the new Maple Pepper Bacon Sandwich with grilled chicken, just like the ads Ive seen around. It wasnt great, it was too sweet, tasted kind of like peppered fried chicken and waffles, but with cheese. Just not good, Ill be happy to see it go as it is seasonal. Even my kid was unimpressed and didnt want another bite. Considering how good literally everything else is, I was left wishing that I hadnt bothered to try it.

My husband and I tried to grab chick-fil-A Deluxe Sandwich on the way to home from our baby s doctor appointment. Firstly, we had to wait longer for our order and staff was not apologizing for the delay. My husband asked What happened to our order he said nothing, we tried to cook fresh for you . I thought that was true and happy that we got it fresh until I got sick at 3:30 am. It made my stomach upset and had to throw up. When I see that it was the sandwich I ate around 5:30 pm yesterday.

Looks pretty clean and service is the same as as the CFA in kyle. I think they shouldve used this opportunity to put a canopy over the curbside parking space but I always get my food within 10 minutes of parking so its more of an inconvenience

I drove through the drive thru and Charis Merrie took my order with a kind smile and took the time to help me with a gift card! I got some nuggets, fries and a cookies & cream shake all delicious. My food was out to me in less than 2 min flat. Great job yall, keep it up!

Gave this Chick-fil-A four tries before completely giving up since this location is the closest to home. Slow service, quality of food is terrible, felt rushed while ordering. Will be taking the extra minutes to drive to the other Kyle or location or to Buda.

*Revised I will not be coming back to this location. It does not exemplify the standards of Chick-fil-A. I had a bad experience my first time here a week ago. And the same thing happened again. GROUND HOG DAY!! I m done, will continue to frequent other locations, especially the one in Buda and South Kyle. 6/6/24 Completely unbelievable, how long it has taken to get my food, I repeated my order 4 times. They got it wrong multiple times and I was the first one in the drive thru line. And others got their food before me. I do appreciate the manager making it right, but it just seemed like a total unnecessary event. I only ordered 4 items. More training is necessary. The other Kyle location runs like a well oiled machine.

Had an original chicken sandwich and the bun was cold. In addition the chicken portion was thin and smaller than usual but it was warm and crispy at least. The service was decent but felt like it was a hassle to just order an entree and not the meal at the drive through. I did NOT feel like I got my money s worth at this location.

I recently dined at Chic File and was thoroughly impressed. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, with modern decor and friendly staff. The menu is innovative, featuring fresh and flavorful dishes. I was able to attend and be one of their first guest today! the operator was there and welcomed everyone in and it was a sweet moment to watch the first guest they served was his own new born. Grateful to have been there and enjoyed my breakfast. Beautiful location!
