Aubrey was my Uber passenger and when I realized she worked at a coffee shop and we were headed to drop her off there, I started asking questions. She was so excited about the menu and everything they had to offer. When I got there, I ordered a green apple infused sugar-free Red Bull and a blueberry scone. She asked if I wanted my scone warmed to which I said, sure! She quickly gave me my order and it was the best warm scone I ve ever tasted in my life. I don t live in Kyle, but I hope to be there while they are open next time I m in town.

Perfectly average coffee shop. Its what youd probably expect for an independent coffee shop in Kyle. - Coffee was good and reasonably priced. - Service had an Im bored vibe. They didnt seem all that happy to serve me but werent rude. - The interior was had a half-done feel. Lots of unfinished, partially used space visible to customers. Inventory and other stuff laying around the counters. A messy under-sink area in full view with a pipe that made a constant dripping sound. - It was really warm. It was a hot day and either the A/C wasnt working or they were trying to save on electricity. In any case, it was uncomfortable. I wanted to stay and enjoy my coffee, but left because it was too warm. If they invested a little more into the interior and service, I think this could be a nice, community-oriented coffee shop. Kyle needs one.

Very cute small coffee shop. The have a rewards program that you can opt in for to get points for money off your order. Their staff has always been friendly and though they can get busy in the drive thru, they always try to get through the orders as quick as they can. I go here regularly and is my go to if I dont want to go across the highway to a different coffee place.

Im here to echo the other so-so reviews. Please dont ask for a tip when youre out of everything we wanted to order, therefore having to pick different items. I dont believe that experience warrants a tip. I totally understand every now and then being out of things, but its constant. Popular items like caramel syrup and kolaches should absolutely be in stock on weekend mornings. The verbal would you like to leave a tip? in the drive thru is awkward. Id be much more inclined to tip if I were handed an iPad and allowed to make the choice instead of feeling pressured every time with the verbal question, along with having to respond with how much of a tip Id like to give. The coffee is good and I love the location, so Im hopeful theyre receptive to the feedback in these reviews and make some adjustments.

Then having the audacity to ask for tip? Are you serious? Tipping at a drive thru is already a hard no for me but asking for a tip while messing up my order 3 times!! Very disappointed. I work next to Summer Moon in Kyle, I never go there. That place is too.... corporate for me. IF you didnt know, now you know, they DO have a corporate. Anyways, I LOVE LOVE LOVE KDG, I discovered them when I was home on maternity leave. My husband and I would buy gallons of their cold brew at a time. So freaking delicious! I havent stepped foot in a starbucks in years! Support local, go to KDG! p.s. You can order online, do it, so much faster! If they dont have one of your items they give you call right away. Dont get me wrong, you can get the sweet stuff here but you can also enjoy great cappuccinos, lattes, etc. Havent had the pleasure of enjoying my coffee there - Ive almost exclusively used the app to order ahead which its always done ahead of the ETA. On one of my orders, they called almost immediately after the order was submitted to let me know one of my selections was out of stock. This is definitely a spot you want to start going to instead of corporate coffee shops. Why, well heres why-- Support local Coffee is splendid here Barista smiles while serving you and you dont feel like youre being heared like cattle. Couches and chairs are comfortable, plus several other seating options. Baked goods are yummy. Book options on the coffee table if you forgot your favorite read to sip with. Nice front windows for people watching, lol! Very clean! I loved that I didnt have to ask them to clean any surfaces and just plopped my belongings down on a clean table. They have a drive- thru if youre in a hurry... not sure if you can order ahead and then roll through to pick up at the drive-thru window, but that would be awesome! This coffee shop is exceptional and worthy of your business.

WOW we moved here from Austin a while back and wanted to support some local spots for our coffee fix. HIGHLY recommend this place!! Weve gotten lattes, vanilla lattes, lavender mochas, kolaches, brownies, cookies at this amazing spot. YUM. They do not disappoint. We use their rewards system too and its saved us money as were addicted and have been going like twice a week staff are kind, listen to my requests (like light ice on an iced latte), and Im not a kolache fan but love their sausage and cheese and jalapeno kolaches. Delish! The drive thru is super convenient as well. Try them soon!

I quit big chain coffee places decades ago and always looking for local coffee shops. Tried the white mocha latte, it was good but could not quite taste the espresso :( I wonder how many espresso shots it has. The latte was good, foamy, hot and I enjoyed drinking it but I feel like its not strong enough for my preference, perhaps Ill add an extra shot next time or try something else on menu.

Love the coffee really nice and kind worker. cares about customer service. Great environment overall great coffee shop deserves my 5 stars and better then starbucks and dunkin dounuts the know me by name and every morning before I go to work I get a coffee difficult to choose what I wamt because everything looks so good

Absolutely, loved the staff. Walked in & promptly greeted. They listened to me & my friends silly stories as we were desperate need of coffee (sleep deprived moms). We had a lot of questions & they were able to answer them. I learned the difference between Vanilla Latte vs. French Vanilla Latte. Ive been to other coffee shops & they dont have time to explain to me the drinks. Impressed with customer service, the joy of the atmosphere, the variety of options available... its all impressive!! The kolache are definitely worth the price. I was nervous about the pricing on it, but once I got it I completely understood price. Id of had to of ordered 2 or 3 kolaches to of gotten the same. You can goes inside or take the magnificent Drive-thru. I did not do the drive through, but from what I could tell it was a quick & smooth process! I highly recommend you trying out this jewel of a business. I definitely will support this local soon to be hot spot in Kyle!!

Visited the Daily grind on 7/25 2021. Got their cookies and cream frap, And a chocolate chip cookie. Everything was delicious and fresh. And the ladies were awesome and super friendly!! 100% recommend

Love all the milk alternatives! As someone who is lactose intolerant, soy is not good for me per my doctor and most coffee places Ive been to only do soy or regular milk. I will definitely make this my new to-go place. Thank you!

The muffins here are so delicious! Especially the blueberry. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because the lady taking my order seemed so annoyed when I asked what kind of syrups they had for the coffee. What do you mean? Huh? Then a long sigh. Then she annoyingly named them all. I m sorry, but if you re annoyed by that, you need a new job. Otherwise food & coffee were awesome!
