The beverages are very good. They need to improve the drive thru. They have 3 lanes and take orders out of order and everyone in the drive thru is thoroughly confused about how to proceed (with 3 merging lanes). Its very frustrating to be in line and the employees popout and start taking orders from cars that just arrived.

Love the coffee and the staff but the wait time in the mornings are ridiculous. The amount of cars I see leaving because we ve been waiting in the drive through for longer than 10 is sad. Even if you order a head of time you re still waiting to get your order. I hope this improves because this is the only good coffee shop in my way into work.

Whoever is in charge of making the staff schedules should be fired for this location. Every single time the line is to the road there s only 2 workers but when i go during slow times and no one is there they have 4 people working. Whoever is in charge needs to look at when the busy times are and schedule more people. I should not have to wait 40 minutes for 2 drinks and then after waiting all that time it s still not right.

Im so disappointed in this company and it gets worse and worse. The line system is so unorganized which always allows for people to cut. I understand there will always been a wait but if I put in a mobile order and still wait 30 minutes for a coffee, that is ridiculous and excessive! I come every morning Monday through Friday and still experiencing this is crazy. And the staff telling to allow other customer with mobile orders to cut me in line because it s gonna come out at the same time anyways is not acceptable! This needs to be fixed!

If I can give an infinite star review I would! The team here at the Kyle location is beyond amazing. I ve been a regular at this location for over a year and I m amazed at how fast and efficient the service still is. I get a Golden Eagle Cold Brew and it s amazing every time! There is another location closer to my house but I d rather drive the extra few minutes because I know my Dutch besties always make sure my drink is amazing! I used to go to Starbucks frequently but after discovering Dutch Bros last year I haven t gone back!! To me the coffee is just creamier and smoother 10x better. If you re in the area don t be hesitant to try!

I love their coffee, but this location has something else going on Cones blocking the drive thru and rear drive way from the main entrance (I guess fire code isn t a thing here ) thus making everyone use the walk-up window vs sit in traffic to go around. We pulled into an empty parking lot that quickly filled up. Idk how they prioritize drinks, but we received our 2 drinks after every other person who arrived after us, 25 mins plus later I travel thru Kyle frequently, but definitely won t add to the already ridiculous wait in Austin traffic by stopping here again.

Love Dutch Bros. Was super happy when this built. Went a few times. Watched server wipe all over drink (including lid) with a towel that she picked up next to the window. It was covered with previous material from wipes and flies. I asked for a clean cup and lid. DISGUSTING. Ive also gone up to walk up another time, thought maybe the time before was a one-off. Looking into the window was terrifying. Stuff all over the floor. Dirty towels all over the counters. I think there was only one person actually working. What a shame.

I stopped going to Dutch. Ordering system is archaic & points I earn drop of faster than I can use them. They want you to go constantly im order to benefit but if Im always going Im spending way more than Im getting. Hence reward system is poor at best. Also can you turn the bad music up louder when Im in line? I just hate listening to my own music I actually like. Edit: ordering system is still trash, so when I went for my BDay drink and 10 cars are there. I miss my free drink.

Im getting coffee at a drive through and if i want to tip then i will but asking for a tip through the tablet every single time is just a little bit over the top. Similar to many others here, the line management is poor and the wait is looong. They have a unlabeled 3rd lane which is just the lane next to the the two clearly labeled and solid white lined double lane for the drive through. It s frustrating because it s not labeled at all and so the lines don t form in it. People pull up and cut the loooong line, because yes they do indeed take much longer than other locations, and then you re just mad because no one likes to be cut when you re patiently waiting your turn. As I write and edit this review I m still in line waiting. They need to cleanly label the 3rd lane because in this visit only one person used it and cut the super long lines. This is an essential part of their customer experience so it s very disappointing.

Poor line management, terribly frustrating experience. A car cut the line in front of us after we d been waiting 20+ minutes. Definitely not educated Barista I ordered what I thought it would be a not very sweet drink according to two employees and it was very sweet. The service wasn t terrible, in fact; I got asked several times if I wanted a pup cup, although I declined kindly. But while I was looking at the menu the coworkers were talking right next to my vehicle and when asked questions couldn t offer much on the best drink options. I also would love if they would create or come up with another creamy tea option than just chai. I love chai but it d be cool to offer another creamy tea substitute that s not chai. As a Washington transplant, I was so excited to hear that we were getting a Dutch bros in Kyle! I finally had an opportunity to visit this morning. Service is just as fast and friendly as I remember it. Got a ba-nay-nay freeze and it was just as good as I remember it. Shout to Ashlyn for being so sweet and bringing the good vibes. Edit: A year later, and Im no longer supporting Dutch. If there isnt someone directing traffic, the the lane situation gets feral pretty quickly. Its not uncommon to sit for 30+ minutes in line because no one is taking orders. Prices have gone up, but your starting wage is still $10/hour. Completely unacceptable in 2023.

I spend a lot of money here, like an absurd amount, but I feel so frustrated. Theres no need to have a third lane open when theres one or two cars waiting in the two inside lanes. I got skipped over once for someone that came several minutes after me then I got skipped over by someone that JUST showed up in the third outside lane. I had been there for almost 10 minutes, she literally just showed up. I left and got Starbucks instead. Im always friendly and tip when I come but this keeps happening. I guess if you wanna skip the line just go to the outside lane and angle yourself in front of the person in the middle lane, they will just take your order right away! I understand an alternating method but a couple people left the line in the middle lane and drove off so that put me somewhere else, but even then the second person arrived after me. The order taker still skipped over 2 people to get to the 3rd lane!

Eh. Coffee fair to middling. Service is hit or miss. Got a great system for high volume, but need to put an experienced person at the window. Fix the app to order and pay online. Price point not competitive. You are not Starbucks or Summer Moon. Drive thru means drive thru prices. When you provide a comfortable place to visit and hang out, you can charge premium prices. Ive tried it 3 times and was not impressed at all. Probably wont go back. Dunkin is less than a block away.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST LOCATION I VE EVER BEEN TO! 5 stars honestly isn t enough. My partner and I go to this location almost daily on our way to work. Even when there s a long line in the morning, they move quickly and always have a smile on their face. The owner is incredible and always remembers our faces, as do many members of staff. This week has been really tough because my partner was laid off. When I showed up this morning one of the amazing team members asked where he was. I told her what was going on and they gave me my drink on the house. I cried all the way to work feeling so grateful and truly touched. This location is the absolute best and this act of sweetness made my entire day more than y all could ever know. Keep being the best Dutch in town and the best team! Y all are INCREDIBLE!

So Ive been here about 6 or 7 times I was taking here back in the day when they had them in Oregon and I was super excited to find out that we had them in Texas now. Every time I came by theyve had great customer service and Im just always happy after I leave I wish it was just a little bit cheaper but the point rewards is on point and yeah I definitely recommend it to a lot of people will definitely come back.
