Filthy floor. Tables and bench with crumbs and mess. Glass covering ice cream filthy all over. Beagle warmed, not toasted. When I asked about the beagle, I was told it was toasted. No brown color. No crunchyness to the Beagle. Coffee good as usual. I miss the crulers. They got rid of them. That is the worst thing of all! p.s. Just walked outside to my car. Trash in the parking lot, trash in the grass, trash at the front door.

Order a bacon egg and cheese bagel. When I received the sandwich the bacon was left off of the sandwich and inside the bag. It was a to-go order so when I looked in the bag I noticed and took the wrapped sandwich out with the bacon sitting on top of it. The lady at the counter was rude and didn t mind at all. I gave them the bacon back and she very sarcastically said I hope you have a better day. As if it was my fault the bacon was on the outside of my wrapped sandwich.

Most of the start of my days I stop by and pick up a cup of coffee and something to eat. But lately the coffee has been warm, instead of my regular hot coffee. Ordered some donut holes and one hash brown. when I got to the window I got my donut holes right away and then it was about a five minute wait sitting at the window for one order of hashbrowns and when I asked the employee about how much longer do you think, she replies with an attitude saying I don t know whenever they re ready they re ready. And I said oh wow good answer and she replies with. Yeah thank you. Service is horrible. Her name she gave me was DJ this was Wednesday, January 31 at 9 AM corporate let s get it together. And my Hashbrowns were burnt and cold so what was the wait for???

Last time I went to this location I asled for a dozen assorted donuts and they gave me all of the same kind. Just now, I went back after several months and they put a chcoolate donut inside a bag, upside-down, making al the chocolate stick to the bag. Needless to say Im not thrilled with the level competence in the people they hire.... tried again but nope, they still have terrible service so not going back anymore. Great job hiring and training

Horrid! Absolutely Horrid!! Can t even tell you how the food tastes cuz I am to disgusted with the service. The drive-thru was backed up so I parked and went inside. 4 people working the window to fill orders and 1 working the counter. The 1 working the counter put your donuts in a bag then went on to the next customer. NO ONE was getting coffee ready for the counter customers. I finally asked who was working on the standing customers coffees. I was told they are working on it now. In the interim I watched as the drive thru cleared out 3 times!! Not exaggerating. When I left there were 2 people in the drive thru - 1 placing their order and the other waiting to place theirs. Guess there is a reason I have never been to this Dunkin Donuts!! I won t be back. My suggestion: go someplace else for a quick coffee and donut for breakfast. Or go thru the drive-thru

If I could give zero stars I would the lack of customer service the staff has on the weekends is horrible. It makes no sense that you have 7 workers and people still had to wait an hour for there drinks and then when you ask for a refund because of the wait they would tell you to get back in line. I personally drive from San Marcos to this Dunkin on my way to work and I work in Austin and sense I ve gotten better treatment at the Kyle location I wake up extra early to just go there but for the treatment and lack of customer service, trust me I will not be back ever! I will also make a report to the BBB and i will keep doing it until the issues is addressed

The menu has sure changed a lot from my younger days, as well as how the place operates. All in all I do admire how the employees & the manager strive to make customers happy even when it seems nearly impossible. Highly dedicated staff. Thank you very much for helping me understand before I made assumptions. You can never go wrong with the minis, they are affordable, have a variety of different flavors and though I dont recommend this, its easy to indulge while driving .

No joke 3/4 times I ve been here recently they forget the oat milk in my drink.. sometimes it s not on the ticket and sometimes it is but they still use cow milk. I m a barista myself so it s really concerning because someone really allergic can end up in the hospital or something.. i usually love dunkins sausage egg and cheeze croissants but when i go they are always low on everything. Welp. I have been coming to this donuts for years on end, and have never had an unfortunate experience despite the reviews and shifting management. I do frequently come at night when it isnt busy although. Employees are kind, and quick. Although, Friday, was a wreck. Staff seemed stressed or overwhelmed. I went through the drive-thru and was met with a snarky toned woman who seemed to have very little patience or care and was very snappy at me when I misspoke. I received the wrong coffee, went inside, and quickly recognized the voice from the drive thru. She was talking to another employee very hatefully in clear customer view, and gave me a horrible glance and walked off. The employee very quickly helped me as soon as they could, remaking my beverage, and when I asked for the name of the women and all they were willing to say was she was one of the managers. So, I assume they must be under new management when I asked if Peyton had been there because of a previous visit and the employee said she had left. So far, I believe they made a mistake in the replacement process.

We ordered through the app.. didnt receive a time to arrive or any confirmation via text or email. (Ill look into that later).. so we had to guess on when to arrive. Once we did, the manager (who I believe is named Star) said she wanted to remake our order because it had been sitting there a while. There was a huge grumpy lady in the back who very loudly complained about remaking our order. THEYRE AN HOUR LATE!!! Although we had no idea when it was ready or supposed to be ready to begin with. Star was so kind and understanding. We didnt even ask for it to be remade. The fact that Star so effortlessly displayed the initiative to remake our order is enough for me to give HER 5 stars. After revisiting this location, mainly for the ice cream side with Baskin Robbins, I have decided to update my review. Where as before, the staff were averaging between apathetic to downright rude; it appears new staff is highly trained, much more friendly, and hiccups in the mobile ordering process are ironed out. I have been greeted and checked out with ease with zero issues and everything is prepared as ordered and on time. docked 1 point because the location still remains a little dirty. A renovation may fix this, ort they need to hire a little more staff to keep the inside portion clean. old review: There are plenty of businesses in the Kyle area where day time management is handled by what appears to be high school students. The difference there is that surprisingly most of these young folks do a terrific job of managing and customer service. This Dunkin Donuts location is a constant mess. Using the application to do a mobile order nearly always results in you getting your order after everyone in line has already been served. Even if your order was done well in advance with you putting in the work to ensure proper time for pickup. Today was the day I had to leave a review. The application allowed me to send an order through because it is under the belief that store hours begin at 5:30 a.m.. I was informed by the staff that they dont open until 6:30 a.m. also I know for a fact they serve me at 6 a.m. before. I told them the information that I ordered through the app ahead of time so they have my money. I told them that the app says they open at 5:30 a.m. I was not offered an apology or an escalation to a manager I was simply told thats the app. As if in this economy I have to let it take my money and I need to drive to my work location and haggle my time over the phone to get my money back and thats just fine.

Would absolutely give a negative star rating if it was possible. Recently placed an online order for a Charli cold foam and arrived 20 minutes later. Not only was the order not ready, but upon entering, there was no acknowledgement whatsoever from the staff. Think of that scene from the Gremlins where they take over the bar, and there s chaos, pure chaos, for no good reason. Granted, it would be understandable if it were during rush hour (it was not). The only thing that was consistent though, was one person belittling and not contributing to the entire operation. I believe I heard the name Payton or Clayton, when one of the belittled coworkers asked, Payton please, if you could stop being so mean and just help? And that request being met with an eye roll and scoff followed by something something i don t have to Im the lead. Something along those lines. When I finally did get my order, it was still wrong, but I did not even try to get it corrected out of fear of being belittled by Payton as well. I m sorry for being a paying customer Dunkin and Payton, it is not a mistake I will be making again.

This is one of the worst Dunkin locations Ive been to. The last time I was here, my hash browns were somehow simultaneously burnt and ice cold and my avocado toast was served to me in a broken box with avocado fingerprints smeared all over it. The past two times the staff was unfriendly and left the drivethru window open for 10 minutes while they goofed around. I dont recommend and wont go back! This place is run down. Broken/ missing furniture and every single table was disgusting. Nobody cleaned the tables, some with pink ice cream stuck dry and dribbled everywhere. Not all donuts were in stock. Employees were preoccupied with gossiping to bother cleaning up to make the place semi-presentable, however, furniture repair is ultimately managements responsibility. One young female employee was friendly and cannot report on the rest as they were elsewhere. Definitely will not be going back here despite having childhood memories of eating Dunkin donuts and Baskin Robbins ice cream in our youth.

Oh boy , I m very sorry but please please please clean your establishment! Windows & doors are smeared, trash cans are filthy, floors are so sticky that you hear the customers shoes sticking to it! Restrooms unspeakable filthy. Food prep areas are in need of a deep clean. The milk Froster wand of the Espresso machine just got a tiny water bottle squeeze for cleaning, please do proper cleaning of your equipment. Crusted on milk can t get cleaned with a squeeze of water, actual cleaning with solutions and arm grease is needed. Please franchise owners , clean your facility. Honestly, this is the best Dunkin Donuts in the entire area! Every time I m in Kyle I always make it a point to stop at this Dunkin Donuts. The ones that are available in Austin are such a huge disappointment. I am thankful that the Kyle location is so awesome and on point!

The past few times Ive ordered, this Dunkin location has failed to get the order correct. This time, they forgot my kolache, and the wake up wrap I ordered was just awful. Burnt sausage like it had been under a heat lamp for hours, and the tortilla wasnt even cooked! It was ripped in half in the bag and the toppings were all stuck to the bag at the bottom.

This location sucks. I m a customer and Ubereats driver. They are so rude. I work a regular job during the week. When I order online and it s never ready. They completely ignore me every time I walk In. Doesn t matter whether I m wearing scrubs or street clothes. When I do ask the status, I get a condescending response every time. Especially from the girl with the green hair. Last straw is today. I m doing Ubereats. The app says I can use the drive thru. I wait 10 minutes. When I get to speaker I ask for the order. Nope. They want me to pick it up inside. That s another long wait. Lost another customer. Update: Looks like they got rid of all the rif raff. Much friendlier staff. Now approachable.

My kiddo wanted to get donuts for their work colleagues. Normally we wouldnt go here but Kyle donuts was closed for summer time off. Absolutely no hate to them Im glad they do that. Use to enjoy this place but this DD has gone downhill like crazy. Drinks are never consistent anymore. Everytime I order through online app I ask for cold foam they never put it, they hand me my drink and I point to the label and hand it right back. I am counting down the days for Dutch Bros to open I have a feeling DD is going to feel the sting because so many are complaining about the Kyle location on many social platforms.

This place is a JOKE! Just came by at 655 am and they weren t open. Told me to wait 5 or so minutes in the drive thru so that they can open up. Cars from the line just kept leaving because this is just ridiculous. I was really looking forward to a nice coffee this morning before work. But I also have to work so I left to work coffee-less. So disappointing. And about 2 weeks ago I had another AWFUL encounter with this location. I hate to say it but I love their coffee and despise the management. Such a joke. Here I am again. Sadly nothing new. I gave this place a try again, since its been awhile (11 months) and hopefully their policies had changed or different management. Nope. Showed up to get an order, A simple 3 scoop ice cream sundae. First it wasnt ready or even in the process of getting ready. The young man had to go and print the order. Then what came next....Ok mam, we are out of...... Sorry....that was it. I said I am so tired of this. Young man said ok and crumpled up the paper. I may have had too little of patience, but I dont understand how not even ONCE has this store had the inventory to have a complete order or even had it ready. They are always out of something. It doesnt matter the day or time of day you go. This rarely happens at other restaurants so its something with this place or Dunkin themselves. Since a Dutch Bros is opening nearby and will be another competitor, Hopefully it will cause them to provide better service for their customers. I doubt Ill give them another try though. Every time I go to pick up an order from this location its never ready. I mentioned this the last time I went and one of the girls said they dont make it until you arrive so its fresh. For one, That defeats the purpose of a quick pick up. I have orders from other restaurants and all of them are ready or wrapping it up. This has been the case even of its just donuts or ice cream. So the reasoning is doubtful. Second, every time they are out of something that was ordered. I always have to get a substitute. Whoever is the purchaser for their inventory needs to do a better job. That above is probably why they dont have it ready when you arrive. So just a heads up if you order for pick up be prepared to wait 15 to 30 minutes for your order. I no longer will be picking up from this location.

Ive been going pretty regularly for a few months now. The team theyve hired recently are fantastic. They are kind and pleasant. They have been quick and friendly and the only time Ive ever had an issue, its been completely out of their control (out of stock for supplies, or app issues) yet they try their very best to make things right and never hesitate to offer a refund if they cant. Ive never been given attitude or felt like they are annoyed to be there. Even when understaffed, they have managed to have good attitudes and provide great customer service. Im giving 5 stars for 2 specific reasons. Their excellent customer service and theyre breakfast menu and prices. I dont care for their donuts or coffee necessarily but the other two things I mentioned are enough to get me there pretty frequently.

i used to be a frequent flyer at this location, and i remember why is topped going. every single time i go, they somehow mess up my order. i understand the lack of workers right now. i get that, but this is ridiculous. i order the same drink every single time and every time it s changed in some way or form or completely something different. very disappointed, will not be going back anymore.

We stop here for the Baskin Robbins side of it. They arent a true 31 flavors since they dont have 31 flavors. They dont even have some of the flavors that have been BR staples in other locations forever. Its also a hit and a miss with the basics.
