Went to get a bite to eat with my family stood there being stared at for about 10 minutes by assistant manager Raphael I asked if I needed to go to the drive through to order and he replied no don t you see I have him (the guy taking orders through drive through) busy working drive through I said no I see so should I go through the driver through he said no you can wait senora he ll be with you he then tells the guy to take our orders. I wasn t handed my cups for drinks so I waited till he was finish taking orders and I reminded him about the cups Raphael said why are you giving her cups he said sorry I had forgotten to give them to her anyways finally our food was finished after another 20 minute wait we sat down to eat and the famous bowls were maybe a quarter of the way full the smallest amount of potatoes corn and gravy there was more cheese than anything and 5 pieces of chicken my mom went up and Raphael replied yeah and it s one scoop of everything mind you she wasn t speaking to him she also explained that my fathers food had been missing his biscuit so the boy replaced it Raphael came to our table maybe 3 minute later demanding his biscuit to throw it away we wasn t going to argue with him handed it over and he walked off laughing. The dining area is also extremely disgusting the one highchair they have is so sticky and has food from god knows when caked on it

Went to this Long John Silver last night, drive through. Had a lady at the drive through, obviously hot and tired, which I completely understood. But she was pretty rude nonetheless. Handed us a hamburger sized box of 2 small chicken planks, 6 shrimp, 10 French fries (if that), and 2 hush puppies. It was so light it didnt feel like anything was in there. Then charged $14 for it. Hubby went home, he didnt even eat all of it because wasnt tasting right. Ended up getting sick later last night, and this morning. He usually loves their food. But at that price and dubious quality. Will not be back.

My family went to kfc to grab a quick bite and got the famous bowl. The bowl was about 60% gravy, very little mash potatos and no shredded cheese. The food itself was ok though so at the very least they can make edible food. The managers clearly dont show any regard for the change they issue to customers because they also came back with a almost ripped in half dollar bill. I tried calling the location several times so i wouldnt have to write a negative review however they failed to reach the phone both times i called.

Drive thru worker rushed us through ordering never asked for sides or dipping sauce. When we got to window we were not given a receipt. When I asked if we could exchange the coleslaw because I did not want that as a side I was told its left the window sorry. When I asked if I could have gravy as dipping sauce I was told sorry that costs extra (after we already had paid). And then we were basically brushed off. Id love to call and complain but like I said there is no receipt. This is worst customer service Ive ever gotten from a place that had no customers there.

Asked for tarter sauce, a kids drink with a kids meal and a receipt. They forgot all 3, but said they were in the bag. I asked if there was a wait for certain items, employee said no, took my money and then asked me to park out front and she would bring out my order. We call the store to have it fixed and they were playing music so loud they couldnt even hear me on the phone. Disappointed in quality and portions. Biscuits dry and freezer burnt, no gravy with what were supposed to be mashed potatoes, corn was not fresh (or freshly frozen) and ill-prepared, the extra crispy chicken was not all that crispy, and it had that sat-in-its-own-blood flavor, but the small amount of cole slaw we got was good. Service was quick.

Went to pick up an online order for chicken and decided I also wanted fish. The cashier at the front was on her phone and not paying attention at all. One of the cooks in the back had to get her attention before acknowledging my presence. The ONLY reason I am giving them one star is because of the coleslaw! It was filthy in the restaurant! I know its an old location, but thats no excuse for the lack of drinks in the self-serve fountain, no napkins, no tea, and no utensils. I ordered both chicken and fish with extra sides. ($30.00) At one point a man came in and wanted the family tenders meal, but the cashier told him they were out of tenders and sent him to Popeyes! I should have gone there too! The tenders I got were so dried out and flat I didnt waste my time trying to eat it! The fish dinners were greasy too! Come on KFC! Get it together! :-(

This is not the greatest location for a restaurant, but I wanted to give it a try anyway. Huge mistake. The chicken was disgusting. It had to have been sitting around for who know how many hours. It was cold and the skin was falling off, since it had been cooked many, many hours prior to my arrival. The drink I chose was Lipton raspberry tea. That is not what I got. It was an overly sweet (not drinkable) raspberry drink with no hint whatsoever of tea. Wonder when the last time that was cleaned? DO NOT GO HERE, it is not a well run place. To the owner, if you want to stay in business, make some some changes, starting yesterday! Inspectors, you may want to pay this place a visit to keep the public safe.

The service wasnt the problem even though the employee didnt greet me with a smile. I get it no one wants to work fast food. The problem was the food wasnt fresh!! I have literally never gotten food from this place that came out the way I ordered. I actually used to work at a kfc and thought the food was disgusting after a while. Went thru the drive thru. The operator was angry by the time I pulled up because my car was only halfway up to the speaker (guy in front of me didnt pull up far enough). I told him I couldnt hear what he was saying because I was backed up. He sarcastically said that we werent that busy followed by an angry sigh and I guess He sounded very angry and then asked (aggressivley) Whats your order then? Most ghetto kfc in the area. Had this cust screaming to some worker she knew named Edward in the kitchen. They are Talking bck and forth loudly while me and other cust trying to order. Person taking order couldnt even here what im telling her and Im right in front of her. Just trashy. Then I order and pay and they come bck and and say sorry we are out of original chicken.

Nobody knew what they were doing. Some customers were saying there was no carbonation in the lobby drinks but staff refused to fill their drinks behind the counter for like 10 mins. Cashier didnt know what was going on and just gave us blank stares and the whole place was dirty.

Tip: if the card machine says theres a server error, that does not mean the customers card was declined, so dont announce that to the whole restaurant. Other than rude employees, the place is filthy.

This is a very small KFC place at a gas station. Service and staff are fine, not great. Good for a quick bite.
