We did not go inside to give a rating for inside atmosphere. We went through the drive thru at peak lunchtime hours. We ordered and had our meal within 5 minutes of entering the drive thru line. The order was correct, employees were courteous, and my hangry kids were happy as usual after Chick Filet. Thank you for a great experience and making traveling home easy for a busy mom!

Went through the drive thru, and had the worst experience. Before leaving I always check my orders and realize they took my order wrong and items were missing. When I let them know they told me they can no longer cook any food. Yes I understand I went late but it s ridiculous that if they take your order wrong they can t even give you what you order even if you offer to pay for it. Never coming to this location ever again!

Much to my discretion, my husband wanted to try the new maple pepper bacon chicken sandwich in the middle of a huge rain storm. With that being said, these employees were getting soaked. However, they still greeted us with a smile, and not one of them had a bad attitude, unlike many other places under normal circumstances. I vote for team Kyle Chick-fil-A. Great job, team.

At 10:15 am, I submitted my breakfast order via the Chick-fil-A app for pickup. Upon reaching the restaurant at 10:40 am, I learned that orders are only processed upon customer arrival, rendering the mobile order function ineffective. If there was a 0 star, I would make sure this place will have it. Claire, the manager, advised her of a big order that I placed via Uber, told her due to medical conditions I cannot drive and pick it up and she says contact doordash to get a refund . I corrected her and said it was Uber and she said same thing. I don t need a refund, I wanted my order and on top of it, she refused to do a courtesy delivery to correct it and make it right. Couple months ago, ordered Cobb Salad and guess what, found a fly chilling in the salad. Worst place ever to eat or place an order. Unclean, hair in the food, and really bad customer service.

The drive thru line went very fast. The orser taker, and the gentleman who handed me my order were so friendly and professional. However, as this is my 3rd time to this location, all 3 times with the different chicken options(nuggets,strips and sandwich) all were spicy tasting. I can not eat spicy food due to health reasons, so all 3 times I have been unable to finish my food. The staff is wonderful however I dont think I will return due to not being able to eat the food I pay for.

This place is getting worse every day, I wish the owner would pay attention to this restaurant, he came very often with my family, but you have to think about it because it is error after error, they gave us cold potatoes, we returned them and we realized that the chicken strips were cold too, we returned them and a girl in a managers shirt didnt bring them, but they only heated the strips themselves, because they were full of oil:( Something I would also like to warn you about is that it is very uncomfortable to go during the day, because the managers are occupying the tables all the time, and it is also uncomfortable that they are there every day, since there is no office for that? Well, Im not the only person who thinks about this, on some occasion this conversation came up with friends and they also think the same... I would give them none

This place is always fast and usually really good with food. However my list visit I ordered a grilled chicken delux. The chicken was dry and the bread was stale. As someone who used to work at chic-fil-a I know thay means that chicken was sitting in that warmer for just a LITTLE too long and that wheat bread, same. The bread gets harder as it sits there. Was just disappointing. Edit: 12/26/23 This place has only gotten worse. Employees dont seem to have any urgency to actually get things done, I pay for extra sauces that I dont recieve, the buns are usually stale/not toasted, and for some reason an employee told me today that this location doesnt do extra crispy fries. Just sad really. This location could be doing SO much better.

Waited in the curbside for over 20 minutes after 5 different cars arrived after me and received their food before me I got off to talk to them and as I asked the employees each listened and walked away and ignored me when I asked for a follow up. somehow & someway every time I go to Chick-fil-A, they find a way to mess up my order. This Chick-fil-A has really improved in the last few times my family and I have been though the drive-thru. Almost all of the employees have been pleasant when taking my order. Accuracy has been excellent. Food presentation needs a little improvement and work on portions being more consistent wouldnt hurt. My food was just a bit sloppy a few times, however, this last time I stopped in for my high schooler, she said that everything looked way better than before. The drinks have been better too, meaning no more unsweetened sprite or 7 up, not sure which, but it was a bit yucky a few times. This last time was great! 16 min calling and they won t answer the phone . I asked twice about my sauces being in the bag and he read them back to me before handling the bag out to me BUT DID HE CHECKED TO MAKE SURE THEY WERE IN THE BAG ? no. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A location, which I must say, is the worst Ive ever been to. The owner, Joseph, was not only belittling and rude but seemed entirely uninterested in customer satisfaction (especiacvly since I am the highest level signature member they have and spend over $100/week at CFA). To top it off, the food I received was cold and stale, which was a letdown. What really added insult to injury was when they rang up my order wrong (only did large fries and not the large drink) and then proceeded to come back and charge me an additional 32 cents. When I questioned the owner Joseph about this, his response was dismissive, with a baffling Whats the problem? Should we have just given it to you? attitude. This level of customer service and disregard for customers concerns is truly unacceptable. I wont be returning to this Chick-fil-A, and I strongly recommend others consider their options before visiting this location.

We often find the restaurant to be a little run down. Dirty playground, dirty upholstery on the booths and more than once we have seen people bring dogs inside the restaurant. One occasion happened on 8-30 at 12pm. Brought my kids in and a lady brought her dog inside. Maybe staff didn t notice but this is something that should be addressed immediately. Dogs don t belong in restaurants and the staff needs training on how to ask them to leave.

Food was good, but the service was somewhat subpar. Ava was very rude and rushed us so she didn t get down everything we wanted (missed grilled in stead of regular nuggets on a salad) and didn t bother to double check if the order was correct. She was also rude to a little girl who just asked her for some Chick-Fil-A sauce. She was very messy when making our drinks, spilling a bit of one and not bothering to fill it back up, and well as over filling the other and causing a mess on the cup. Had not come to eat here in a long while. Had an egg cheese biscuit. It had a horrible chemical taste. Never had I tasted anything so terrible. Did not eat it. Coffee has the usual bitter taste. Flavored coffee hide the taste with all the sugar they contain. Breakfast potatoes were leaching oil. Never eat breakfast here again. Parking: Trying to cross through cars that are in line to order, to get to front door. Miracle no one has been injured.

I felt like I was at a restaurant and it was awesome, i love it there. Parking: No traffic at all you dont have to wait just to get you meal but you really dont have to wait for someone else to get there meal . Food : 5/5 |

Never bother to eat inside, but they have what seems to be the most efficient drive through system I have ever seen. To top it off, its the only fast food restaurant to never get my order wrong.
