It was perfect! I rented this venue for my Dads Retirement party/Birthday. We used some of the on sight decorations and they were ready upon arrival which helped make setup so easy! Everything was clean and the space was beautiful. I had about 40 guests and we had plenty of space to eat dance and play games. We were able to incorporate all of the extra space and had a blast! The venue attendant was so helpful and assisted with way more than asked. 10 out of 10 experience!

I had my wedding here at Hawthorn Hills Ranch last night and it was a dream come true! The venue was beautiful and the staff was AMAZING throughout this whole journey. Jenna and Amanda made sure everything was perfect and helped so much along the way. We were unsure of the weather and they made sure we had a plan B incase of rain and even helped step up the venue in case! Luckily no rain during ceremony. Could not recommend this place enough!! Me and my husband are so blessed to have been able to find this venue.

We got married at Hawthorn Hills October 2023 and we were just so appreciative of all the hard work the team had put in towards helping us plan our wedding! We loved how accommodating the team has been and the amount of communication we received throughout the planning process. We appreciated not having to pick from preferred vendors with the Blank Slate package and so being able to cater Filipino food for the reception like we always wanted. The outdoor ceremony space was beautiful, and the newly-added patio area was a very nice place to have karaoke. The staff was very helpful when we did not have a few small items that we needed to finish preparing for the ceremony.

My son and his fiancee got married here recently . It was a very beautiful venue. Your website states that it is wheelchair accessible indoors and that is true. My only complaint is that this establishment doesn t have a ramp at the front entrance and there are no handicap restrooms so I couldn t use the restroom throughout the entire event. The step at the entrance is not very high so I managed it with some help. The restrooms can be easily modified with grab bars to make them accessible for the disabled. That is my suggestion.

Absolutely stunning venue! Our wedding ceremony was on April 1st and we were blown away with the natural beauty Hawthorn has to offer. We chose this venue because there is an option to have an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. All of our guests were pleased with the space, location, amenities, and overall quality of venue. Pictures dont do it justice. The staff is friendly and were very helpful throughout the process.

When my fiance and I got engaged, we knew that we wanted to get married on a ranch style property. Finding Hawthorn Hills Ranch felt like all the stars aligned. It was beautiful! There was a pond on site, the ceremony space is idyllic, and they had decoration options. Not only that, the staff is organized and so helpful from the moment you visit. We were fortunate enough to book our first pick date and we went with the most inclusive package for 100 guests. When we booked Hawthorn Hills Ranch, we had essentially also booked catering, cake, staff for the wedding, decor, and another planner. Throughout our planning process, Eylin was available for any questions I had (trust me, there were a lot of questions). Eylin booked our tastings, helped choose the color palette for our linens, and reminded me what our catering options were every time I forgot. During the rehearsal, Eylin and the team set up the majority of the centerpieces once I showed them what I had in mind. When we came in the next morning, the space was ready to go with minimal setup needed. On wedding day, the staff worked seamlessly with the other vendors and made sure that everything went smoothly. We loved our experience with Hawthorn Hills Ranch and highly recommend it!

Absolutely love this venue! We chose them to host our wedding in June 2021. There is a lot that goes into wedding planning (as my wife and I found out throughout the process), but the team at Hawthorne Hills was extremely easy to work with the entire way and made sure everything was all set for our big day. Pricing was very affordable too compared to other locations. The views and facilities at the location are gorgeous (especially at sunset). On the big day, staff was on top of everything that came up and made the whole day worry free for us. They even went so far above and beyond to run out and personally buy us a cake when the cake vendor never showed. Who does that?! Amazing experience with their team and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful wedding venue.

Attended my sisters wedding here and had a good time. Very cool rustic feeling and the weather was good during the ceremony. Inside the reception venue we had a good time. They were so helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail and the added requirements the pandemic has made necessary was impressive. So I was waiting for my photographer to send photos back before my review--now that I finally got them, I cant figure out how to upload them (sigh). So, heres the skinny--without visuals. Hawthorn Hills Ranch was everything that my (now) husband and I were looking for--and some! Despite having our ceremony scheduled during the middle of a pandemic (Memorial Day 2020), Andy and Amanda were more than accommodating for our social-distanced 15-person-max wedding. The grounds were beautifully manicured with a serene vibe and view that spanned many acres. The overall feel was a rustic, old country minimalist aesthetic that really contributed to the sacredness and timelessness of the ceremony. We had our ceremony right before sunset and couldnt have picked a better backdrop/plane to capture all of the natural beauty--it was truly breathtaking. To top it off, there was an old vintage blue rusted pickup truck on the property that really added to the theme of the venue; at our photographers request, Andy grabbed the keys and allowed us to take pictures in and around it! The pics came out to be absolutely gorgeous-so effortless. Despite the stressful situation and uncertainty we were all experience during that time, Andy and Amanda were responsive and generous to us from start to finish, going above and beyond to ensure that our day was everything wed hoped for and tending to every detail to make sure things were perfect and that our day went off without a hitch. Hawthorn Hills made our day as special as wed imagined and made us forget about everything that was going on in the world at that time. Even our officiant was raving about his experience there. Brides, check this place out! You will not regret it! <3

Hawthorn and their people are seriously some of the best in the business. We had to reschedule our wedding and they were incredible in helping, supporting us, and allowing us to have an intimate ceremony to get married when we wanted to. The facilities are beautiful, and you get the privacy away from people for some amazing pictures! They have been incredibly accommodating and truly care for their couples, and have been in touch with us through every decision and issue that came.The wedding world is a crazy place, and these are the people you want in your corner through the highs and the lows!! We are so incredibly happy to be married and cant wait to celebrate again at Hawthorn later this year!

Hawthorn Hills was the first venue we visited in our long search, but no other venues measured up to the feel and aesthetic that Hawthorn Hills provided. Once we made our decision, Amanda and Eylin patiently worked with us to make sure that every plan was perfect, up to and during our wedding day. They made us feel like our wedding was significant and not just another The day of our wedding was absolutely amazing. There was practically no stress felt knowing that everything was taken care of. All of our guests had nothing but wonderful things to say. Thank you to Amanda, Eylin, and everyone else at Hawthorn Hills that made our day special.

Words cant describe how great of a venue Hawthorn Hills Ranch is! My husband and I were married here on October 11th, and it could not have been more perfect. The location is exactly what we were looking for, and the packages they provide make planning a wedding so much easier! Amanda and her staff went over every detail with us before our wedding, including back up options in case of inclement weather, and made sure everything went off effortlessly on the day of. They truly make you feel like you are their only clients, and go out of their way to ensure that your special day is all about YOU. I would recommend Amanda and Hawthorn Hills Ranch to anyone looking for an amazing venue!

I just can t speak highly enough about Hawthorn Hills Ranch. From the moment I first toured the venue to the follow up emails after my wedding, it has all been such a positive and amazing experience! The staff is super friendly and very helpful with answering questions and truly making this part of the wedding planning process so stress free. The venue is really cute and made for gorgeous pictures! I really hope someone I know has an event at HHR someday, because I already really want to go back! Highly recommend!!!!!

I couldnt have imagined our wedding anywhere else. The ceremony area really took our breath away, it was everything I envisioned for the setting of exchanging our vows. Not only was the venue simplistically beautiful, but Amanda and her amazing team really worked wonders through the whole process from start to finish. Unless youre a wedding planner/coordinator, you have no clue where to begin. Amanda did an amazing job recommending great vendors (especially Kelly - our florist - absolutely LOVED her), and she even helped us tie in so many of the little details and day-of-events that I would have never had the patience to sort out with all the other craziness of wedding planning. And I love that they had an open vendor policy - that was something that really made Hawthorn Hills stand out. A few other venues that we toured either didnt permit outside vendors or charged you a fee for doing so. With that being said, we got to have my husbands aunt come DJ for our reception. Our little sweetheart cake melted at some point of the day, and Amanda took the time to clean it up so our pictures of cake cutting would come out nicely! They were just overall awesome, you can tell they are passionate about what they do, they make you feel at home, and they are their to help with whatever you envision for your wedding day. We will forever cherish our incredible day at Hawthorn Hills.

Choosing Hawthorn Hills Ranch will be your BEST decision for any and all events! Not only is it minutes from Denton that gives you a country feel but the northwest view allows for the sunset to take your breath away. The bones of the venue can be dressed up to fit anyone s styles or just stay minimal and it is still FABULOUS. Being the mother of the bride has enough stress however I was able to enjoy the wedding of my daughter s dreams when we trusted the staff at HHR to carry it through. Their professionalism and care was contagious allowing the event to be a glorious memory for all included. Do yourself a favor & trust Amanda. You won t regret it!!

First of all, the staff is AMAZING!!! They did more than I could ever expect on the day of the wedding and with any questions I had up to the wedding. This made having my wedding so much less stressful. The place is absolutely beautiful and they were able to accommodate our very random requests. Through the student organizations that I have been in, this venue has been a gorgeous place to have for an event. The staff are very helpful in bringing your event to fruition and have great packages and plans for any event. The southern charm allows for beautiful pictures to be taken with the perfect backdrop. Highly recommend to anyone who would like to use Hawthorn Hills as their venue!
