Nice park with areas that are shaded as well as areas that are grassy and well sunlit. Kingwood all the way around is a beautiful area!!

The Apartment management is not all that great they are rude and take awhile to get back with you and they also stated it is not a smoking community which is very understandable but they allow people smoking packs of cigarettes right in front of the apartment which is way worst and unprofessional looking vs smoking on your patio you pay for and overall the area it is in its not bad but the rules our just outrageous i lived in nicer areas with real reasonable rules it just seems like at these apartment they get on you about every little thing and it makes it hard to live here as retired old man

This was a hidden gem since this was the first time our family went for the Halloween festivities. I loved the fact that we didnt have to waste time circling around looking for parking since there was plenty. The set-up was your typical pop-up booths selling a variety of items. Would of been better if the booths did not run out of candy so early because that defeated the whole purpose of bringing the kiddos out for an early Halloween trick or treating. One thing I did take notice was I did not see a sign for restrooms or at least a station to wash your hands. Having a toddler and as a parent these 2 things is a must have @ any outing. Other than that I enjoyed the atmosphere the community created making it very inviting. My 3yr old can agree because she loved everything that was going on plus she scored an awesome bubble gun.

What a lovely setting. The weekly farmers market on Thursdays was my intro to this park. Great variety of vendors were set up and I liked the music coming from the big speaker in the center of the park. Of course it was a lovely day and there are benches to sit on if you need a rest or just want to people watch. I did a little of both.

Was visiting from St. Louis, was looking for something to do with my family and saw via Facebook there was an outdoor vendors market that weekend. We caught Sunday and went late. Vendors were packing up but invited us to still look. Everyone very friendly had a great time with some little gifts to take back to Missouri.

Went to the Thursday only Farmers Market. I hear a blast. The were so many eclectic items to choose from. I loved the freeze dried Jolly Ranchers. The Kimchi, just wow. All the sellers were very friendly and helped you make the right purchase and it was not always the most expensive thing they sold.

We went there for the annual car show featuring lots of antique and restored cars. Town Center has interesting architecture as well as a large lawn area and stage for performers. The cars were parked all around the circle road that encloses the lawn area.

Town Center Park is great place to hang out especially when the weather is great. They have benches people can sit and eat food from the various restaurants nearby. Kids can run around and play throw and catch with tennis balls. And now there is a lovely Christmas decoration there for families to take photos with.

There wasnt nearly as much as I expected. What was there was mostly hand crafted stuff. I expected more of a farmers market type of thing since thats what I was told it was. But there was really only 3 or 4 booths that were selling local items that were produce of some type (honey, veggies, peppers, fruit) while a good 75% of what was there was soaps, jewelry and places trying to sell you memberships to their services.
